• Radu (9/5): Superb - A lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings. The bedroom features a large, comfortable bed, and the living room is equipped with a PS4 and a smart TV. It was a true pleasure to sit on the balcony in the evening, enjoying a glass of wine while gazing at the sea.
• Filippo (6/5): Pleasant - The hosts were very kind and they supported us with all our requests.The apartment is in a good position near the beaches, there is a beatiful view of the sea from the apartment. The air conditioner was working properly and the apartment was quite clean. One neighbour is singing in band and during the weekend we enjoied listening nice greek music! We try to be as much as possible objective in the evaluation for the future clients .Here below the points that were not matching our expectations: 1)Upon arrival the condominium appears very dilapidated on the outside, the parking lot is always occupied by the condominium owners and in some places very narrow to enter. There is also a camper parked full of rubbish. 2)There is an elevator but if you use the stairs you have to be careful with children because the railings are not safe and perhaps not even up to standard. I personally was scared of leaning over the railing. 3)The apartment is declared as 5 because there are 2 sofa beds + an armchair. The largest of the sofa beds is very uncomfortable and my son had back problems because there is a protruding metal part in the center. The sofa island comes off and is not comfortable. The double bed is an experience to live, it is practically opening up there are slats just placed that suddenly fall during the night as soon as you move slightly. I have added some photos about it. I think it will not survive on the next visit. 4) The bathroom is located in a room of the apartment, the apartment originally seemed to be a studio. The glass of the shower was broken and we immediately informed the owners who offered to install a curtain but we did not have time to make the appointment during the holiday. 5)On the balcony there is a green net on the parapet probably because booking considered the terrace dangerous for children (as it is outside). Pay close attention to the glass of the table which is not fixed and is very dangerous and the chairs are very fragile, one had the screw loose. 6)The kitchen is small for 5 people but we could not expect to be at home, there were few pots and plates and the hosts were very kind and bought a new pot and some bowls. 7) The apartment was quite clean although we found the mirror dirty, a dirty chair and the living room curtains dirty.
• Tatiana (10/5): Our stay in Greece was wonderful, with beautiful views, a great location, and a very responsive host. - Our stay in Greece was truly memorable. We loved the location and the view from the balcony, which was amazing despite the apartment not being beachfront. The sea was visible from the balcony, adding to the stunning sunrises we enjoyed each morning and the breathtaking sunsets each evening. Additionally, many beaches are close to the property, making it an ideal spot for beach lovers. The host was really receptive and responsive. At checkout, we accidentally left our personal keys inside, along with the host's apartment keys (as per our agreement). We couldn’t open the door from the outside, but after calling the host, he promptly brought another set of keys. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend! The bathroom door, which functions like an accordion, was a bit noisy when opening and closing. This was a small inconvenience during our otherwise wonderful stay.

The property was sparkly clean and situated in a quiet area with a nearby forest and a beautiful partial view of the sea. We cannot be thankful enough for the wonderful hospitality and would definitely consider visiting again.

• Viktoria (10/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment - Very comfortable apartment having everything you needed, from shampoo to games and mosquitoes spray. It really felt like home! The terrace with the lounge chairs was perfect spot after a tiring day at the beach. Kitchen had all utensils you need. Bed was comfortable. Location was bit further from the beach which I liked because it was calm. The parking was on the first floor under the building and it had shade. Highly recommend this place!
• Nikolay (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and cozy apartment. It has everything you could think of even for a longer stay - shaded parking space, cooking facilities, laundry. Attention was also paid to the details - welcome food and drinks, entertainment for children, comfortable bed, etc. Quiet and peaceful location, convenient for walking (by car) to Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa and their beaches. The host was extremely responsive, which we appreciate.
• Radoslav (9/5): Perfect value for money! - Great host, super friendly and responsive! Location is not fantastic as you need a car to go pretty much anywhere but there’s always available parking space in the building which is free to use. Easily sleeps 4 adults and a baby, very roomy, clean and with a fully equipped kitchen. It has a big balcony with sea view and access from both rooms. Overall great place and highly recommended! The only downside - the bathroom door is a little flimsy (harmonica type) and does provide solitude both inside and out.
• Delyan (9/5): Belvedere is an emanation of Greek Hospitality - The design of the apartment is cosy with Mediterranean touch and creates a very comfy feeling. The balcony view towards the sea in the background creates a relaxing feeling while gazing at the horizon. Our hosts Zeta & Vangelis are two kind young people who create serenity with their smiles and friendly attitude. They’ve been very helpful in suggesting us nice beach spots.
