• Aleksandra (4/5): Not recommended for a long stay - Close to Rome Termini. Not a very comfortable neighbourhood. Beds are rock hard. Walls are dirty. Amenities are very basic of lowest quality. Cleaning staff comes every day but you cannot see it.

• Christopher (7/5): - It was clean and refreshed daily. The area did not feel extremely pleasant. The stairs leading to the apartment were dark and not especially clean but once we got in, it was much better.

• Zuzana (8/5): - Dobrá poloha hneď oproti stanice Termini i keď tam bola cesta hluk z ulice nebolo vôbec počuť. Personál bol ústretový, dokonca sme si mohli nechať batožinu na ubytovaní až do nášho poobedňajšieho odchodu. Pri ďalšej návšteve Ríma sa tam radi vrátime.
• Expósito Hatero (7/5): Muy limpio y agradable - Todo muy limpio y bien organizado. El hoster fue muy atento y agradable en todo momento. La zona está cerca del centro, a unos 30 minutos andando. La zona de Termini es muy poco recomendable, de noche se nota muy insegura. No es solo por la indigencia, hay muchos pintas y gente alcoholizada por la noche.
• VladimirS (10/5): A really awesome place, I hope to come back. - The apartment is in a beautiful condition, the bathroom is top notch and marbled. This place is really close to a 10. The only downside to the place is it's neighbourhood. But that is expected in any bigger city, being right across the road from the train station. So, it is perhaps not suited for families with children, wanting to have a nice evening walk. But it was convenient for me. I didn't have to waste time reaching my accommodation and it's in close proximity to the public transport. So, even this "negative" side is individual, depending on your needs.

• Carmen Alina (9/5): Recomand cu incredere - Raport calitate preț foarte bun. Foarte curat. Liniște, deși este la un minut de gara Termini. Ne-au permis să predăm camera la ora 13.00, fără a ne percepe nimic în plus. Recomand cu încredere! Singurul lucru mai puțin plăcut, dar nu tine de gazdă, a fost faptul că atunci când aeriseam se simțea un miros puternic de mancare. Cred că în curtea din spate, unde aveam geamul, avea aerisirea un restaurant. Dar nimic negativ sau neplăcut în ceea ce privește gazda.

Es una habitación dentro de una apartamento muy pe - La ubicación La habitación muy pequeña para una familia de 4, las camas muy incómodas uno se desliza de la cama, se terminan saliendo los pies, las imágenes de la página hacen pensar que es diferente a como se ve.

• Angelica (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno! - Vicinanza alla stazione Termini, caffè e bottigliette dell’acqua ogni giorno. Piccole accortezze: la struttura mette a disposizione anche delle ciabatte. Camera calda e molto spaziosa. Se dovessi trovare il pelo nell’uovo, mancava un asciugamano medio a testa per mani/viso e qualche appendino in più per gli asciugamani. Il bidet manca ma ci si adegua senza problemi.

Embora sua proximidade com Roma Termini seja um diferencial, o ambiente é um pouco pesado, com moradores de rua e lixo na rua.

• Christian (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen. - Die Lage zum Bahnhof bzw. zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist ausgezeichnet. Wir fühlten uns immer sicher und gingen fast alles zu Fuß. Der früher mögliche Check-In und die Möglichkeit das Gepäck bis zum Abflug zu verstauen war auch sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war wirklich außergewöhnlich schön, angenehm groß und es gab immer die Möglichkeit einen Kaffee zumachen bzw. auch einen Kühlschrank um Lebensmittel einzukühlen. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer sauber gemacht und wir bekamen immer frische Handtücher und 2 Wasserflaschen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Kontakt per WhatsApp sehr einfach.

The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a small fridge, coffee machine and microwave oven at the common area for use by guests. Unstable hot and cold water pressure for the shower.

Terminalin yanında olmasına rağmen apartman etrafı çok pis kokuyor. Evsizlerin olduğu bir muhit. Wifi hiç iyi değil. Odada küfe benzer bir koku var.

Había agua, café y snacks de cortesía para los huéspedes. En la noche la calle es algo oscura y parece peligrosa, cuando llegamos el dueño ya estaba llegando a abrirnos. El baño pequeño.

• matsuzaki (10/5): ロケーション、清潔さ、パーフェクトでした。友人も非常に喜んでました。ありがとうございました！ - ロケーションは最高でした。中心の駅が近いと、地上線だけでなく、地下鉄やバスも乗りやすかったです。また、ホテルの道路挟んで反対側にフードコート的なのがあり、そこに近かったのも良かったです。 部屋は思ったよりも広く、とても清潔で、お湯もちゃんと出るので、何も不自由ありませんでした。 マイナスとまではいきませんがあえてあげるとすると、部屋側の鏡の位置が高いので、椅子に座ったら顔が見えないのと、鏡のそばにコンセントが無かったことです。 バスルーム側でドライヤーをかければ問題なかったです。化粧は立ってやってました。
