• Alison (7/5): - Brilliant location, easy walk to the beach, close to some shops/eateries, short drive to the city centre, clean/heated pool, secure parking, neat and tidy Some cutlery and crockery had been packed away dirty, broken plastic chopping board, 2 x cakes of used soap were left in the shower, hair was on the toilet floor, insufficient hot water supply to fill the spa bath, there was the smell of cigarette smoke in parts of the apartment

• Ali (7/5): location was fantastic, beds comfy, very spacious - N/A on breakfast. The host was actually at a different venue we had to go there to get the keys after trying to get in at the venue. We then went back and couldn't open the door he sounded surprised then came to help us and told us there was a known issue with the door and showed us how to open it - was a bit frustrating the key situation was frustrating. The toilet fan didnt work. It was two flights of 16 stairs up and I had a 87 yer old mum and 2 x 26 year old twins with disabilities. When I asked about a lift he said we dont have one and I said who I was travelling with and he said - when did you tell me that ? And I said when did you tell me there was no lift ? honestly that was a bit rude
• Michael (9/5): Room was wonderful. Nice access to beach and nearby cafes. Had a plasant time. - Nice location, good presentation. Quiet residence and nice amenities. Traffic was a little loud at times. The beach was at a period of excessive red seaweed, so only one day was swimmable.

• Anita (8/5): Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location. - The apartment was very spacious (great for our family of 6), well laid out and had everything that was needed. It was perfectly situated across the road from Flynn's Beach with nearby places to eat. There were BBQ facilities and a nice, heated swimming pool set in the middle of the apartments. The grounds were clean and well-kept and underground parking was provided. On first appearances, the apartment was impressive - appearing clean and well cared for however, on closer inspection, curtains were stained and needed good cleaning as did some of the decorative cushions on the beds and lounges. There was also mould in the bathroom. Communication about not being allowed to use the property's reception under any circumstances, was not provided until we arrived and the information came with a long list of rules which was a bit off-putting rather than welcoming.

• Chei (7/5): - We had 2 apartments a 2 bedroom over looking the sea and a 3 bedroom. We liked the location. 2 bedroom was cleaner than 3 bedroom The 3 bedroom apartment has a musty smell. The spa bath was dirty. The pool had allot of mold and falling cement around the edges

• Nicola (9/5): We had a pleasant and relaxing stay. - The location was good - easy walk to the beach and the pizza place! Enjoyed eating our pizza down near the beach in the evening. The pool was quite nice at the property and the unit was spacious. Plenty of parking. There were lots of stairs, so could be difficult for someone with mobility issues to stay here. The place was comfortable but the decor was very outdated and there was no dishwasher (not a big deal really) and no WiFi.

• Carol (8/5): Good, but for the issues that I have stated above. - Breakfast was not included in our package I did not like that, I rang when I booked to ensure that our accommodation was on the ground floor as we are an elderly couple and do not negotiate stairs safely. On arrival I was not informed that we would have to negotiate steep stairs from the car park to the ground floor apartment. I was also not notified of the 15 minute unload area. I also did not like that we 4 people were not supplied with a spare role of toilet paper, as we ran out in the middle of the night and reluctant to ask for more in the middle of the night.

The apartment was spacious and the complex was secure. Only one key was available. We were told the second would be dropped to us but it never was. The lounge was dreadfully uncomfortable.

Not enough toilet paper, a very thin dish rag and sponge which has been cut in half, no chopping board, minimal pans and utensils to cook with, tiny bowls not big enough to have a full meal in.

• Lockwood (8/5): Very good - Was a great base for a beach holiday, walking distance to coffee, food, pharmacy and small grocery shop. The pool was clean and well maintained. The apartment was comfortable, just a little dark which did mean it was cool. The TV, Airconditioning, showers all worked well. A HTMI cable was ready in the TV for us to plug devices in for streaming. We did need the car to get to coles / woolies but just a five minute drive so am sure it was walkable if needed. Key collection was not onsite - just a block or so down the road. Just a little tired- but such a great price and location we were really happy with the accommodation.

• Nitin (7/5): Overall great location next to the beach, nice couple of restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the town beach. About 2 km. - Location is great. It is right next to the beach. There is a cafe and few eateries in 2 mins walk. Unit was spacious. Pool was right outside the unit. Easy access to town . 2km easy and nice walk to the town. It was raining heavily in Port and to go get the keys and drop them at the resort is a bit of an inconvenience, instead install the key drop box on site. Unit has only bathroom. This is not a place for more then 2 people. Bathroom floor had hair from previous stay. Not sure if it was due to the rain , but the bathroom smelled funny. There was ample furniture, however the sofas are really bad for your back. We would normally not stay indoor that long, but it was raining the whole time so sofas proved to be bad for back. Too soft and cheap.
