• Fabiana (7/5): - Ottima la posizione della struttura. Molto comodi il bar e il mini market (piccolo ma utile in caso di necessità). La piscina è grande, pulita e sempre presidiata. Animazione presente ma non invadente. Purtroppo ci sono tante scale, un vero disagio per chi ha un passeggino. Ho pagato a parte la culla, sinceramente non mi era mai successo in altre strutture. Peccato inoltre per il ristorante, gestito da una società esterna, a mio avviso non è all altezza della situazione.

• Silvia (8/5): - Sauber und ruhig, Fahrräder konnten direkt vor dem Zimmer geparkt werden. Pool war sehr gepflegt. Der Parkplatz ist für normale PKWs kaum zu nutzen, da die Baumwurzeln den Belag aufwerfen und ein hohes Risiko besteht, mit dem Fahrzeugboden aufzusetzen.

Immerso nel verde e circondato da giardini ben curati, ha una bella piscina, un buon ristorante/pizzeria con comodo servizio d'asporto ed un fornitissimo bar/minimarket. L'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato era spazioso, luminoso e pulitissimo, completo di tutto il necessario, dotato di aria condizionata e di un' ottima copertura wi.fi. perfettamente funzionante. Aveva anche una parziale vista verso il mare. Staff gentilissimo, professionale e molto disponibile. Abbiamo fatto un soggiorno di passaggio, ma torneremo per un soggiorno più lungo e di sicuro relax. Nulla

• Karina (5/5): Unser Aufenthalt war schön und ruhig. - Erica von der Rezeption hat uns auf Anfrage ein Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick reserviert. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Grösse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllt auf Anfrage Wünsche. Sie kümmern sich gut um die Gäste. Ich vermisste mehrsprachige Prospekte ( deutsch). Die Küchenausstattung ist qualitativ auf dem untersten Niveau (Pfannen ohne doppelten Boden, die auf dem Herd tanzen). Abzug der im Raum endet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht renoviert. Tisch auf der Terrasse ist aus billigem Plastik und hat sehr schlechten Stand. Die Matratze ist viel zu hart und dünn ( sehr schlechte Qualität). Keine Einzeldecken, nur Leintuch für zwei und eine Überdecke, die nicht wirklich hygienisch ist. In der 2. Woche wurde es in der Nacht kalt und es hatte nur eine billige zusätzliche synthetische Decke. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und alt. Keine einzige Ablage, um etwas abzustellen. Handtücher gibt 1x/Woche frisch. Ansonsten muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Die Poolanlage kann wegen der vielen Tigermücken leider nicht ausgiebig genützt werden. Das ist schade, denn der Park ist wirklich schön angelegt und sehenswert. Die Waschküche ist in einem katastrophalen Zustand (dreckig, unhygienisch). Es sollte auf jeder Zimmeretage eine Waschmaschine und Tumbler geben.

• Catherine (9/5): sehr schöne Anlage, die schon etwas älter ist. - Die Residence Solemaremma befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten schönen Park, am Hügel umgeben von Pinien, 15 Minuten bis zum Meer und 30 Minuten zu Fuss bis nach Castiglione della Pescaia. Die Lage ist sehr schön. es gibt alles was man braucht hier damit man schöne Ferien verbringen kann: grosser Pool, Bar, Restaurant, Tennis- und Fussballplatz. Die Leute sie hier sind ausgesprochen friedlich und nett und helfen, wo sie können.

• Torsten (10/5): Residence Solemaremma - Sehr schöne, auch architektonisch, herausragende Anlage aus den 70iger Jahren. Es gibt einen wundervollen Garten und einen großen Pool. Das Personal im Hotel war immer sehr aufmerksam und wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang. Bis zum Strand sind es fussläufig 10 Minuten und zur sehenswerten Altstadt 30 Minuten (wenn man gut läuft) . Im Prinzip hat man hier alles was man will. Strand/Stadt/Grün/Pool. Es ist etwas oldscool aber dafür mit Herz. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Mich persönlich hat es jetzt nicht gestört aber ich denke der Parkplatz müsste mal gemacht werden.

• Ingo (7/5): Sehr schöne Lage mit viel Platz nach oben. - Appartement-Anlage aus den 80 iger Jahren. Hanglage, wunderschön eingebettet in einen Pinienwald.Toller Garten und Pool-Anlage. Obere Appartements haben einen faszinierend Blick auf die Burg von Castellione della Pescaia und das Meer. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert und überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Restaurant, Bar, Spielplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Waschmaschinen sind vorhanden. Ausstattung der Appartement ist dem Alter entsprechend. Feuchigkeitsschäden in der Baussubstanz. Wir haben in einem "renovierten" App gewohnt., wobei man sich nicht vorstellen möchte wie die unrenovierten aussehen mögen. Bad alt mit einigen Mängel in der Installation. Möblierung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei Wind klappern die Rollläden, was einem schon einmal den Schlaf rauben kann. Die Parkplätze und Straßen innerhalb der Anlage sind teilweise nicht zu nutzen, da in sehr schlechtem Zustand.

L'appartamento, dalle ampie dimensioni, è dotato tutti i comfort, fra i quali un piano ad induzione, climatizzazione ed un grande bagno con asciugacapelli. L'alloggio, è immerso nella natura, ben pulito e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. E' presente anche un terrazzo dal quale è possibile vedere panorami mozzafiato in un' atmosfera di pace e serenità. Ringrazio tutto lo staff che si è sempre dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Un grazie particolare va alla sig.ra Grazia per la sua cordialità. Torneremo sicuramente!

• Jenny (6/5): - Förstår inte hur detta kan ha fått så bra omdöme. Dålig wifi som inte gick att vara uppkopplad på i hela längdenheten utan bara i sängen. Det är rätt slitet i lägenheten och runt om på boendet. Köksutrustning var sämst. Fanns inte ens en stekspade.
• Michel (8/5): - Große, sehr ordentliche und gepflegte Anlage mit kostenlosem Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. Sauberer Pool und kostenlose Tennisplätze. Minimarkt mit den wichtigsten Dingen, die man benötigt. Je nach Apartment hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und die Pinienwälder. Sehr hellhöriges Zimmer. Über eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarapartment konnte man die Nachbarn klar und deutlich sprechen und laufen hören. Auf andere Gäste auf dem Flur sind im Zimmer zu hören. Das Apartment ist zwar mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, jedoch fehlte das ein oder andere (Untersetzer, Eierbecher, Pfannenwender, ...) WLAN Empfang im Zimmer war leider sehr schlecht (allerdings war unser Apartment auch weiter weg vom Hauptgebäude. Badezimmer war sauber, allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nur mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.

Wij waren er begin sept dus ik weet niet hoe het in augustus is. De bedden waren voor ons heel slecht.en er waren heel veel muggen je moest je s'morgens al inspuiten ,maar daar kunnen ze daar ook niks aan doen.

• Alessandra (9/5): Vacanza perfetta in famiglia - Posizione eccellente, vicino sia a spiagge libere che attrezzate, se piace camminare a 15/20 minuti a piedi raggiungibile anche il centro di castiglione della pescaia. Lo staff cortese, sempre disponibile, veramente tutti molto carini dalla reception, al bar, al minimarket, al ristorante ci siamo trovati benissimo! Le ragazze dell'animazione e della piscina sempre sorridenti e coinvolgenti. Abbiamo trovato una bella atmosfera. L'appartamento pulito, grande e silenzioso, immerso nel verde se avete fortuna potete vedere anche le volpi. Cucina a induzione e ben attrezzata, in dotazione anche un kit di pulizia cucina e kit bagno. Abbiamo viaggiato con nostro figlio di un anno ed è stato tutto perfetto.

Parking - w bardzo złym stanie. Koleiny na parkingu mogą zepsuć pobyt już na samym początku. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia (szczególnie fugi między kafelkami). Mało bezpieczna droga (bez chodnika) z ośrodka do plaży (800m) - wymaga dużej uwagi szczególnie idąc na plażę z dziećmi.

• STELLA (9/5): Molto bene - Staff cortese e professionale. Vista la disponibilità ci hanno assegnato un appartamento comfort senza addebito di costi ulteriori. Villaggio immerso nel verde molto curato. Ben manutenuta anche la piscina con lettini e ombrelloni sempre disponibili. Ci sono un po' di scale da fare. Le radici limitano la fruibilità del parcheggio. Sono comunque in programma i lavori di rifacimento per risolvere la problematica

Avons été surclassés, Reste proche du centre mais mieux vaut prendre la voiture Pas de navette vers le centre ville surtout en soirée

• Grazia (10/5): - Ambiente curatissimo e immerso nel verde. Bellissimo il giardino di palme e olivi secolari. Locali puliti e silenziosi nonostante il periodo di agosto. Penso di tornarci.
• Marco T'73 (8/5): In generale bello anche se con qualche lacuna - Il residence si trova in una posizione fantastica, soprattutto per chi come me non sopporta il caldo. In mezzo ad una pineta e sulle sponde di una collina, le temperature sono significativamente inferiori a quelle dei paesi circostanti. Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile, la piscina non è mai affollata ed è in generale ben tenuta. La pulizia generale dell'appartamento al nostro arrivo non era soddisfacente e lo stesso era decisamente più piccolo di quanto si vedesse nelle foto. Non esistono porte, in realtà trattasi di un monolocale e non di un bilocale come dichiarato essendoci solo un muretto divisorio che non arriva nemmeno al soffitto. Privacy perciò inesistente. La cucina inoltre è davvero minuscola.
• Marika (9/5): Residence Sole Maremma una piacevole scoperta - Il residence si trova in posizione collinare,ma vicino alla spiaggia e al centro di Castiglione della Pescaia,circa 5/10 minuti in bicicletta che si può noleggiare direttamente al residence. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile per soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Uniche note negative: la mancanza di un ascensore che farebbe comodo sia per trasportare le valigie che per i passeggini dei bambini e il parcheggio dove bisogna stare attenti alle radici dei pini molto sporgenti.

• Daniela (10/5): Obiekt cudowny - godny polecenia!!! - Lokalizacja obiektu jest idealna - niedaleko do morza ze wspaniałymi widokami, które na długo zostaną w pamięci. Na terenie obiektu jest bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Pokoje są przestronne, bardzo czyste i nowocześnie urządzone. Obsługa hotelowa jest niezwykle uprzejma i pomocna. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony sklep i restauracja z przepysznym jedzeniem. Polecam!!!!

• Giulia (8/5): Totale relax - Residence immerso in una natura rigogliosa, con giardini curatissimi e una piscina favolosa. Staff sempre disponibile e cordiale, pronto a supportare per qualsiasi richiesta. Possibilità di noleggio biciclette. Vicina al mare, ma con una strada parecchio in salita per tornare al residence. Anche gli appartamenti ristrutturati iniziano ad essere un po' datati e con qualche sistemazione da fare.

Piękny ośrodek, urokliwie położony otoczony roślinnością, wszelkie udogodnienia na miejscu, duży basen, korty, boisko, piłkarzyki, sklep, restauracja, zajecia i wieczorne animacje dla dzieci. Apartamenty komfortowe, dobrze pomyślane, w pełni wyposażone z tarasami albo ogródkiem, zaciszne, nikt sobie nie przeszkadza. Duży parking. Spacerkiem do plaży. Polecam z całego serca, pięknie spędzony czas.

Posto tranquillo. - La funzionalità dell’appartamento, la posizione dell’appartamento, la vista dal terrazzo, la piscina, il servizio in piscina (acquagym), l’accoglienza, le indicazioni, la disponibilità e la professionalità di Erika. Metterei delle zanzariere alle finestre.
• nicole (9/5): Mooie locatie, prima verblijf! - Ruim opgezet. Heel mooi en veel groen. Groot zwembad. Van 140 tot 220 diep. Alles mocht in het zwembad, bommetjes, volleyballen etc. De appartementen zijn heel ruim, goede airco. Het is wat verouderd maar wel heel schoon! Het dorpje is enorm levendig en gezellig! De kinderanimatie/disco gaat tot 22.30 uur door (inclusief irritante Italiaanse spelletjes etc) en daarna stopt alles en gaat de bar dicht. Als je zonder kleine kinderen reist, is het echt heel irritant en behoorlijk saai s’avonds.
• Teresa (9/5): Un`oasi di tranquillità immersa nel verde - Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa struttura accogliente, pulita e con un'ottima posizione immersa nel verde. Lo staff disponibile e cordiale: al nostro arrivo ci hanno addirittura dato un appartamento più grande rispetto alla nostra prenotazione (allo stesso prezzo). Struttura fornita di ristorante, mini-market, piscina, campo da tennis e spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi. Consiglio il posto soprattutto a chi ama la tranquillità. Noi torneremo sicuramente!
• Thomas (9/5): Nice relaxing holiday - The position of our appartment was really nice,the staff is polite and helpful. There is a minimarket where you can find all the essential and you don't need to go to Castiglione. Our appartment was on the third floor so we parked on the other car park that was near us. We had a really nice and relaxing time.😊 The parking near the reception needs to be sorted it out,it's really uneven. In the kitchen some lids for the pan would be useful.
• Kamil (10/5): Świetny ośrodek na wybrzeżu Maremma - bardzo dobra realacja jakości do ceny. - Obiekt jest niesamowicie zielony- trochę jak Palmiarnia:) Wiekowe drzewa i krzewy i drzewka oliwne. Wszystko pięknie utrzymane ale też trochę dzikie. Do morza trochę daleko- dla jednych wada dla innych zalet- super spacer do Castiglione wzdłuż promenady na plażę bardzo przyjemny. Obiekt nie dla każdego- w szczególności nie dla ludzi z ograniczeniami w poruszaniu lub trudnościami w pokonywaniu przewyższeń- sporo schodów - znowu dla jednych wada dla innych zaleta:) Osobiście uważam że obiekt jest naprawdę świetny i godny polecenia z tym zastrzeżeniem o którym napisałem wyżej - generalnie idealne miejsce dla osób lubiących spacery:) Brak

• Sarah (9/5): - Bra läge, välutrustad och ren lägenhet med det mesta man behövde. Väldigt vackra omgivningar, stort och rent poolområde och fantastiskt läge med mindre än 10 minuters promenad ner till stranden. Underhållningen på kvällarna är bara för barn vilket var lite synd. Mysigt område utanför baren där det hade varit roligt med lite aktivitet, musik och underhållning!

La table de ping-pong Les vélos à louer sur place ne sont pas chers mais en mauvais état. Les logements sont vraiment à rénover. Le parking est dans un état très délabré.
