• Tamara (7/5): Urlaub in Neapel - Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt in der Altstadt, der bekannten Krippenstraße. Die Verständigung mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. In der Unterkunft findet man alles was man braucht und in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt. Um die Wohnung zu erreichen muss man 93 Stufen nach oben, wobei man die leckere Pizza schon etwas verbrennen kann 🙂. Leider befindet sich in der Dusche und beim Küchenfenster schwarzer Schimmel. Das Bett knarzt und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Aus der Wohnung von oben hört man alles (es war leider auch in der Nacht manchmal laut).

Anybody with walking problems or not fit, stairs upto the apartment maybe tough.

Zona molto affollata a Natale... Appartamento molto in alto con numerose scale. Poca interazione umana con i gestori. Peccato, ormai si tratta di personale fantasma e si comunica per messaggi, situaizone molto comune ormai.
• Leyre (10/5): Excelentes dias en Napoles! - Hemos tenido una estancia maravillosa en el apartamento. Todo estaba muy limpio, era cómodo y exactamente tal y como se describe en el anuncio. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso al centro de la ciudad y a los principales puntos de interés. Darío ha sido un anfitrión excepcional: muy amable, atento y siempre disponible, facilitando tanto el check-in como el check-out. Agradecemos especialmente la flexibilidad con la hora de salida, que nos permitió disfrutar de las últimas horas en Nápoles junto a nuestro hijo. Sin duda, recomendamos este alojamiento y estaríamos encantados de volver a alojarnos aquí en el futuro. No hay nada que destacar de forma negativa. Todo fue satisfactorio y cumplió plenamente con nuestras expectativas.

• Robert (10/5): - Great accommodation right in the center and in the heart of Naples, with excellent access to all major sights and attractions. The apartment is small but beautiful, very cozy, and perfect for two people, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The key handover was actually a fun experience for us — almost like a mini quest. We picked up the building keys at a nearby location and then had to find the correct door and entrance. Everything went smoothly, and we really enjoyed the process 🙂. I noticed that some guests mentioned the number of stairs, but it wasn’t an issue for us at all. On the contrary, it was nice to get some extra walking in, especially considering how much amazing food you can enjoy in Naples every day. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, replying to every message within minutes. We were also pleasantly surprised with a small gift — a traditional Neapolitan chili pepper, which was a lovely touch. Overall, an ideal place that offers privacy and comfort. It’s a smaller space, but very well equipped and perfectly suited for exploring the beauty of Naples. Highly recommended, and thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
• Madeleine White (10/5): - Apartament w samym centrum a nawet przy otwartym oknie nie było slychac gwaru z Via S. Gregorio Armeno. Czysto, dobrze wyposażone kuchnia i przesympatyczny właściciel. Apartament jest na ostatnim piętrze włoskiej kamienicy więc trochę schodów do pokonania 😉 Polecamy serdecznie.

• Ina and Dik (8/5): Een prima appartement op een rustige plek in hartje Napels - Het appartement is prima en ligt midden in Napels. Een geweldige locatie! Als je de deur uitstapt zit je meteen in een heel gezellige straat. Je kunt veel bezienswaardigheden lopend bereiken. Let op: het appartement ligt op de bovenste verdieping van een huizenblok. Je komt er via de binnenplaats en via een aantal trappen. In totaal een dikke 90 treden!!
• Natasha (10/5): great location - The location is excelent, in the ❤️ of Napoli. The aparment was clean and comfortable with everything you need. We comunicate with the owner for everithing on whats up in every time. there were many stairs, but after good pizza meal it was ok 😁

It was easy communicating with Dario via WhatsApp for information on the key collection and for any queries we had. Dario was was very prompt with his replies and attentive. The apartment was extremely comfortable and quiet. The kitchen area was well equipped although we did not need to use it. We would certainly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a convenient location in Napoli.
• Paul (8/5): - Ruim appartement midden in het historisch centrum, prima bedden, heerlijke douche, snel en goed contact met verhuurder. Hadden bij start een klein probleem, werd direct diezelfde dag perfect opgelost. Prima verblijf gehad. Geen echte tegenvallers. De vele trappen zijn niet altijd leuk, maar dit was wel op voorhand bekend en het is het wel waard.
• Teles (8/5): In the middle of the center - The location: I could not be more in the city center. You need to be ready to get into the crazynest of Napols just stepping out of your door. Still super quiet flat facing inside the building. The host was nice allowing us to check in before time. The flat has Everything you need, they even leave u coffee, oil, salt, etc. Confortable bed and sofa Some negative stuff (bellow) but i would come back. -You could not use the shower longer than 5 min cause the water wont drain properly and stars to overflow. The shower also needs a Deep cleaning, lots of dark marks probably due to the humidity. -Check out at 10am for me its a bit too early. I know its becoming normal but... -Also not their fault but take into consideration these buildings do not have lift and the flat is a fourth floor more o less. -The roof of the bedroom its not designed for tall people. I'm 1.83 and i could not walk properly

Die Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können (Geschirr war nicht sauber, Schimmel an einigen Fenstern und in der Dusche (Decke/ Wand), Lampen sehr staubig, Couch sehr abgenutzt/ fleckig, Flecken auf dem Stuhlkissen).

• Carmel (9/5): Excellent - It was an excellent place to stay; close to the historic town and easy access to everything. I was aware that there were steps up to the apartment before I booked and that was not a problem for us as we have good mobility. However, we must have been on a higher level, because there were 93 steps up to the apartment and no lift. Dario was so kind and carried our cases up on the first day. We could manage the steps, but this might not be suitable for everyone, and I would not want somebody to book if they could not manage the steps.

But you have to keep in mind that it is on the last floor - for me it wasn’t a problem but it could be for someone who has health issues. Contact with Dario was perfect. • X.B. (9/5): Wonderful place — comfortable and clean! - Wonderful place — comfortable and clean! The location is amazing, right in the heart of Naples’ historic center. The host kindly let me check in early since the apartment was already clean, which I really appreciated after arriving on a very hot day. The only difficulty was that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, and I had to carry a heavy suitcase (23 kg) up the stairs — so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage.
• Nadine (10/5): Explore the streets in the morning!! - Location in the heart of Spaccanopoli!! Felt safe tucked in with locals. Well appointed with all the necessities. My husband is over 6 feet tall and the ceiling over the bed is low - but doable :)

The space was very clean and very comfortable furnishings Extremely good price for the quality of the accommadation. The only minus points were the arrangements for getting access to the apartment. As our flight was delayed we were wandering about in the dark for a while as we had to go to a different location to collect a key and then go to apartment. As all shops etc had shut finding each location was a challenge

• Danilo (10/5): Wonderful gem right in the heart of Naples. - This apartment is right in the heart of Naples buzzing life, yet it's also quiet at night being inside a court. The place is spotless, exactly as in the pictures. Perfect solution to explore Naples. Immediately close are a ton of bars, pizzerias, restaurants, shops, and more. The taxi can leave you close enough, either at via Duomo or at Piazza San Gaetano. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the apartment. The host, Dario, is absolutely fantastic, responsive, and ready to help in any way. Highly recommended. If you have mobility issues, please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor. The stairs are well made though, so it's ok for most people, including kids.
• Kiara (10/5): A modern and clean apartment with great facilities in an area with some fantastic eateries, hosted by a clear and genero - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gregorius Chiringuito! It had a modern look (as reflected in the listing photos) with enough utensils and appliances to cook a meal at home or heat up leftovers if desired. We were pleasantly surprised that even though it’s directly off a busy market street, none of that could be heard from within the apartment. We liked that there were lots of eateries nearby (especially the 2019 Michelin Star pizzeria!) with a supermarket and several pharmacies nearby if required too. The apartment was about a 20 - 25 minute walk from Napoli Centrale or 5 - 10 minute walk to a nearby metro station. Dario was a responsive and clear communicator throughout the whole booking, check-in, and check-out process - we were particularly appreciative of being able to check-in an hour early too. We’d recommend this apartment to other travelers in Naples. Our only comment would be for those that are tall (one of us is 5’2, the other 6’2), as the roof height is reduced for the bedroom and bathroom (as per listing photos), however the shower and main living spaces open up to full height. It didn’t present any problems for the 6’2 person in our party. You’ll also need to be able to carry to your luggage and walk up a few flights of stairs, as there’s no lift.

It’s clean, has a nice space and it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay there (we only asked for an iron that Dario brought the next day). The location is great as it’s in the center, but the flat isn’t noisy at all. The only thing I could say is it has lots of stairs, but we knew this in advance. Anyways, it was worthy for us to stay in the flat and we appreciated the stairs to work out a bit after so many pizza and pasta during that week.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and had all the essentials (a good working air condition, Wi-Fi, fridge etc). I would highly recommend booking this apartment for your stay in Naples. Felt safe, slept well. In my opinion, it was quite quiet during nighttime. Of course there was some noise during the night, but this must be expected - the apartment is located in the middle of a city with millions of residents, after all. The apartment is located in the middle of the historic centre, in close proximity to the city centre and to whatever you may need. Gelaterias, pizzerias, restaurants etc - lots to choose from. A cosy and lively area. Our host, Dario, was very helpful and kind - he made sure that we were okay during our stay, helped us navigate through the streets of the city, carried our suitcase all the way up to the apartment and was always available to answer our questions. He greeted us at the apartment, and we even received a welcoming gift. Everything was unproblematic! There are many flights of stairs up to the apartment. Therefore, I would not recommend booking a stay in this apartment for elderly, those with walking abnormalities and physically impaired. This is the only thing to criticise!
• Khanh (10/5): Definetely a recommandation - This stay is basically in the heard of naples streets and corners. You are in the middle of the Center and can reach everything by foot easily, still quite in the evening to get proper sleep. Everything was clean and modern furnished. Also Dario was super super nice and friendly, giving as the best Locations to get around naples! Really appreciate the little gifts!
