On the downside, the bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable and the apartment felt somewhat dated. Additionally, it was nearly impossible to cook properly on the stove, as the power would repeatedly cut off.

Vaya una MIERDA NO NOS DIERON NI LINTERNAS ni para cargar el móvil tampoco nada lo pasemos súper mal unas vacaciones de mierda por culpa de ellos tendrían que aver dado una solución buena ...

• Alan (6/5): Would not stay there again - I liked the location of the apartment it was very central and there was a nice big pool and plenty of sunbeds The beds were very uncomfortable the sheets didn’t fit properly so kept wrinkling up. The patio was dirty, I sat in one of the chairs and got covered in dust
• Karol (1/5): Good location but bad management - Good location. Electricity was gone for two days starting the day we arrived. We were on the sixth floor so had to use our phones torches to navigate the stairs (elevators were also out). We were told if we didn’t want to stay, we could leave and fine our own hotel (couldn’t during Carnival as all hotels were booked). Booking.com informed us that the hotel wouldn’t engage with them after we had raised our concerns (try getting down 6 flights of stairs in an emergency at night with everyone else).

• Rafal (5/5): - Kompleks mieszkalno-hotelowy z ponad 100 apartamentami, z których ponad 30 składa się na Apartamentos Australia. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: 2 minuty pieszo od CC Yumbo, 10 - do plaży i promenady. Spektakularnie interesujące widoki z poziomu wysokich pięter. Dobre wyposażenie kuchenne, mikrofalówka, toster etc. W momencie mojego pobytu cały kompleks zmagał się z dużymi problemami z zasilaniem, które podobno trwały wówczas kilkanaście dni. Skutkowały one czasowymi brakami w dostawie prądu w całym budynku i ratunkowym generatorem prądu z samochodu ciężarowego zaparkowanego przy windzie, który emitował hałas i spaliny. Z tego powodu byłem zmuszony poprosić o zmianę apartamentu na mniej hałaśliwy. W nowym, zmienionym już apartamencie ręczniki pierwszego dnia miały bardzo zły zapach i nie nadawały się do użytku. W łazience brak choćby małego mydełka, czy kubeczka. W Apt. Australia nie ma bezpłatnego wi-fi, opcja wi-fi wyłącznie płatna. Jeśli chodzi o warunki techniczne, trafił mi się apartament na 6 piętrze, w którym wiele szwankowało. Kabina prysznicowa podtrzymywana przez drut z sufit, część mebli się rozpada, w kuchni z termy kapała woda i zalewała zlew i okolice.

• Johnston (8/5): Clean spacious, good value - Location was just minutes stroll from beach. Beautiful food in Chinese just doors away, karaoke and breakfast across road. Yumbo centre behind. Room was standard, spotless clean, cleaners every day. No bar or resturant in premises. Will use again Due to a problem the pre noise week, they were running on a giant, fumey, generator, which was loud. It did fail a couple of times but was working 5 minutes later each time. It didnt fail at night in the dark, just momentarily at busy times. Very loud carnival in yumbo, so check your booking days. But it seemed great fun for younger people

• Levi (8/5): Good value for money. - Good quality for the price. Excellent location, easy to get the bus to and from airport, close to Yumbo and easy walk to beach. Really nice pool in a good sunny most of the day area. Apartment was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Carnival - the apartments are right beside the street party which goes on until 5am so don’t expect any sleep (I would recommend joining the party and making the most of it lol). Apartments could do with a little bit more maintenance. There were little things that should have been easy fixes (shower head malfunctioning, bathroom door handle broken on the inside)

Beside the yumbo centre. Buses were just around the corner. 2 days without electricty, maybe due the old transformer powering the apartments, burning out on the Friday night, but we don't know. The apartment we stayed in needs updading, some fixtures were broken. needs painting

• Josef (5/5): Peis und Leisterung OK wenns für den ganzen Aufenthalt die Stromversorgung gewährleistet ist. - Älteres Hotel, sehr gute Lage nähere Yumbo Shooping Center, Während des ganzen Wochenende gab es im Hotel keinen Strom. Es wurden keinen Anstrengungen unternommen um die Stromversorgungen am Wochenende wieder herzustellungen. Erst am Montag gab es wieder Strom mittles eines Stromaggregat. Emails an das Hotel bzw. an Booking.com wurden nicht beantwortet.
• Torsten (1/5): Absolut desaströses Management und Krisen Management. - Für den Preis war das Apartment in Ordnung. Gar keine Seife oder Spülmittel in Bad und Küche finde ich sehr rudimentär. Hier wird am falschen gespart! Am dritten Tag kompletter Stromausfall und keine alternative Möglichkeit. Man hat erwartet, dreitage ohne Strom im Apartment zu bleiben. Das ist inakzeptabel. Notunterkunft musste selbst organisiert werden.

• Simon (6/5): Disappointing Stay - Great location close to the Yumbo Centre and shops restaurants etc. The room was clean and beds were comfy rooms are a little dated and the shower was very poor didn't get hot water for long so had to be quick otherwise you would be having a cold/cool shower Unfortunately we arrived to check in and we're told the property had no electricity until the following day due to a vehicle catching fire on the hotel car park and causing damage to the hotels electrics, although they thought it was okay to stay overnight without any electricity this to me wasn't acceptable and as I was travelling with my partner who uses a machine overnight for sleep apnea we had to have electricity so I had to book an alternative accommodation for the first night of our trip which I am still awaiting reimbursement of electricity was restored the following day and we checked in as normal and stayed at the property as planned for the rest of your stay Needless to say the issue with the electricity and having to book elsewhere for the first night wasn't ideal the issue with electric occured prior to arrival and it's disappointing this wasn't communicated to us and we were not given the opportunity of a full refund so we could potentially book.elsewhere rather than having to stay somewhere different for the first night and then go back to the original property the following day, also to point out the contact number on booking.com is never answered and I have sent 3 messaged to the property during our stay no response to either very disappointing needless to stay i wouldn't stay here again

• Eric (2/5): - Bonjour Je suppose que vous êtes déjà au courant que durant mon séjour un grave incident c'est produit. À savoir que le local contenant ce que concerne l'électricité à brûlé. Nous sommes restés tout l'établissement durant 3 jours et 3 nuits sans électricité. Ça nous a causé d'innombrables problèmes. Inutile de vous dire que mon séjour à été totalement ruiné par cet incident. La réception nous à donc dit de nous adresser directement à booking pour recevoir un dédommagement. Je voulais savoir à combien évaluez-vous cette indémnisation. Je vous remercie de me répondre au plus vite. Eric Oberti

Tasto water funzionante a momenti e pessimo odore.Accessori della cucina sporchi ad essere gentili. Televisore minuscolo, finestre tremolanti al minimo soffio di vento. Mi fermo qui ma potrei andare avanti. Per la mia esperienza mi dispiace ma sconsiglio.

De stengte bassenget ved noe vind, nabobassenget holdt ikke stengt. De holdt bassenget stengt til langt på formiddagen etter de hadde stengt hele helga,for rengjøring pga "vinden"
