• Mirella (7/5): Mit der Lage punktet die Wohnung, sie ist auch ganz ok. Bis Denia Zentrum braucht man ein Auto. - Super Lage beim Strand. Schöner Balkon mit Meeresblick. Es war nicht wirklich sauber, die Betten waren etwas unbequem.

• Carmen (8/5): relaxing - La ubicación! salida directa a la playa y ducha en el jardin para quitarse la arena al regresar. La piscina es espectacular tambien.

• Jose (4/5): - La chica de la inmobiliaria muy bien y el apartamento muy bien Que todas las noches tanto en el apartamento de abajo como en el de arriba se han montado fiestas hasta las 2,3 de la mañana y en varias ocasiones se les dijo q molestaban y hicieron caso omiso.Coges un apartamento para descansar y no puedes por gente impresentable.

• Rafael (8/5): Excellent stay. - Amazing hosts and place. The kitchen was fully furnished and the place is great for families. We will consider coming back again. Some of the lights didn’t work, but it was not a big issues

The apartment had rate 10, so I have expected something different than I got. Apartment is quite old, unfortunately wasn't also clean (crumbled sheets at the beds, dust on the furniture in the apartment and dirty furnitures on the balcony). The air conditioning is only in dining room, at the bedrooms are fans. The sofa in livingroom is very uncomfortable even for sitting, can't imagine sleeping on it. There was no kettle to make a tea. Apartament itself is rather 7, so there is no good value for the money. It looks way worse than at the pictures.
