• Andrej (2/5): - Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Stromkabel waren blank gelegen ohne Listerklämmerchen. Weiß nicht ob da Strom drauf war aber sowas vermietet man nicht so. Das Zimmer hatte auch keine anrechenbare 4m² da nee dachschräge vorhanden war. Schalter ging nicht da die Lampe nicht angeschlossen war durch das blank liegende Kabel. Folie der Dampfbremse hat man gesehen und Schalter war defekt.

• Julian (3/5): Zum Glück nur eine Nacht - Das Frühstück war recht gut. Dusche im Keller (stark sanierungsbedürftig), WC auf dem Gang (war nicht so sauber), kleines Zimmer, recht unkomfortable und kleine Betten.

• Stefan (7/5): Es ist günstig und man kann dort schlafen...nicht mehr und nicht weniger - Ausstattung ausreichend wie erwartet. Dafür günstig. Keine Beleuchtung am Bett, Bettwäsche verschlissen (Bezüge kaputt)...aber trotzdem sauber!

• Anuj (9/5): Calming stay close to beautiful nature - Beautiful location. Helpful staff. Bert prepares very delicious vegetarian breakfast. Well it’s not something that we didn’t like but I think we were not aware before that the toilets and Bathroom are not attached with the rooms but were common facilities. Though not a problem for us at all.

Abbiamo prenotato per emergenza dopo le 19:00 per la sera stessa e hanno risposto subito. Nella prenotazione c’era scritto “bagno privato”, abbiamo scoperto che intendevano il solo lavandino in camera. Alla nostra richiesta l’Host risponde “nessuna delle nostre camere ha il bagno privato, per questo costano poco”. Cucina in comune inesistente, non abbiamo neanche potuto mettere le cose in frigo. Camera al primo piano e docce nel semi-interrato. Metà lavandini/docce non funzionanti.

• Thierry (5/5): Je n'y retournerai pas. - L'accueil agréable du personnel. La chambre est bricolée de partout, des vis, des panneaux bois ne sont pas fixés correctement, aucune finition. Du bricolage partout. Le radiateur fonctionne tout le temps, même l'été. Le robinet du radiateur n'est pas fonctionnel. Le la poussière et des miettes partout y compris sur les montants des lits. Le parking en fort dévers ne permet pas de se garer facilement. Il y a même eu un accident de voiture ...

• Hamish (10/5): Exceptional - Set in a quiet and peaceful village, with amazing views. Also great place to stay for a motorcyclist, lots of great riding roads close by. Its not on the main road and it has its own parking, it felt quiet safe parking the bike there.

• France (7/5): Lovely stay - The host was lovely and the location was great. Breakfast and diner were very pleasant. The bathroom was not very well equipped.

• Veronika (4/5): Building itself quite pleasant, but far from the action with no food or food preparation facilities in sight. - The surroundings were quite pleasant and the sleeping arrangements adequate This building is a long way from Baden Baden and it takes two buses to reach it. The host was absent and although his son filled in and was pleasant enough, many facilities were unavailable e.g. coffee machine, optional breakfast, no utensils or cooking facilities for self catering etc. except for a small microwave. Nor were there any shops in the area. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand so I could have been better prepared.

• Julia (1/5): its a sport camp for teens, not a stay point traveling family - there is a nice mountain forest around we were in the basement room without mosquito net, the room was unfinished after reconstruction with raw ceiling. no toilet on the floor, not even potential for coffee
• Florence (8/5): Authentic Black Forest stay!! - Beautiful & twee backpackers hotel - set in lovely grounds with beer garden & playground; overlooking a mountain. Will return next year!!
