• Anton (10/5): - We spent a great time in Knonau! Mirjam was super helpful and welcoming. The place itself is cozy and quiet. The location is great, Ii is really close to Zürich and Zug.

• Thomas (7/5): Hat Spaß gemacht - Kompakte schöne kleine Wohnung für 2 Personen Alles drinnen was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht Fernseher fehlt, aber uns hat’s im Urlaub nicht gestört. Keine Schränke oder Möbel für Bekleidung, man muss praktisch aus dem Koffer leben. deshalb auch nur für einen Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen. Dafür kommen wir aber gern wieder.

• Sylvia (8/5): Vriendelijke behulpzame host, veel privacy en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf. - Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen, dus geen beoordeling. Wat het meest beviel waren de comfortabele bedden, de leefruimte en dat het erg schoon en opgeruimd was en alles aanwezig was wat je nodig had Meer schone handdoeken klaarleggen, zowel voor de keuken als de badkamer. Vind het niet zo fijn om daarom te moeten vragen. De verwarming stond uit de eerste avond en op zondag ging hij pas om half 8 aan.
• Andrea (9/5): Charming little place to stay in the Zug region - I loved the way this ancient little wash house was converted into a tiny house. Everything you need is there and the pellet oven provided warmth (I stayed in winter).

• Reinhard (10/5): hoffentlich mal wieder. - Die Wohnung ist intelligent geplant, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand, die Gastgeber sind sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Dass kein Fernseher da ist (daher Abzug beim Komfort), war bekannt, dafür konnte ich einen Roman lesen, den ich mir schon lange vorgenommen hatte. Das Eisenbahngeräusch hat uns überhuaupt nicht gestört, es ist nur das runde Räderrollen des periodischen Nahverkehrszugs ein paar Sekunden lang (keine rumpelnden oder quietschenden Güterzüge).

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made our stay relaxing. What made it truly special were the owners, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Communication was effortless, and their warmth made all the difference. A place we will always remember fondly." The only small thing to note is that there are steps leading up to the main bedroom, which might be a consideration for those with walking difficulties. It didn’t bother us, but it’s worth mentioning.

• Darren (9/5): Characterful Knonau tiny house - This tiny home is perfect for solo or couples who want to stay in a characterful place. A quick 7 minute walk to a train linking Zug and Zurich makes exploring the region very easy. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. For older or frail travellers, the stairs up to the bedroom might be a bit tricky.

• Mirella (10/5): A gorgeous village stay with boutique hotel standards! - Gorgeous, spotlessly clean, a lovely modern quirky accommodation. It was thoughtfully built/refurbished and using the best materials available. It had all we needed for our stay, including a nice Nespresso machine. The owners, Mirjam and Adrian, were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Fantastic communication from booking to check out. They ensured I knew how to use the heating system, an amazing pellet stove, even after we arrived relatively late after 10:30pm. Great location, near the train station and motorway, Zug, Zurich and Luzern are quickly reachable. Having your own parking spot included in the price is a massive bonus, taking into consideration the parking costs in Switzerland. If you are lucky enough to book this accommodation on a Tuesday or Thursday, make sure to try the local mountain cheese that will be on sale next door. Just delicious! We will surely be coming back! • Volha (10/5): Our best stay in Switzerland! - It was one of the best experiences we had in Switzerland! The place looks very authentic: exterior is a beautiful small house in traditional Swiss style with old elements organically complied in the house, while inside is a completely new space with beautiful, amazingly planned and beautiful designed with a traditional squid touch in it. Overall, our stay was comfortable, exiting, and lucky. The host is an amazing person who we had a great time talking too, she is indeed kind, thoughtful, and caring person, who wanted to make sure we have the best time there. If would ever have a chance to go back to Switzerland, I would definitely come back to this place!
• Judith (9/5): Perfect little home for our short visit to the area. Thanks! - Lovely little place - beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable, and very friendly and responsive hosts. The only slight downside (although called out by the hosts) are the steep, unsecured stairs to/from the bedroom. Not a problem for people without mobility issues or young children.
