• Marija (1/5): Disappointing experience - Location. We did not stay in the apartment we originally booked. Upon arrival, we were informed that due to a broken water heater, we would be moved to another apartment which was presented as a superior alternative. While we understand that technical issues can happen, this should have been clearly communicated to us in advance, not at the moment of arrival. Unfortunately, the replacement apartment was not of superior quality. It was noticeably worse — dirty, old, and in parts unfinished (including exposed concrete above the bed), unsafe stairs, dark apartment. We even found bugs in the bathroom. The elevator also did not feel secure. Additionally, the apartment we were moved to was said to be “Bubuflats Mercato,” but we could not find this property listed on Booking.com at all, which raised further concerns. After we contacted Booking.com about the situation, the host sent us WhatsApp messages claiming they had done us a favor and that we should be satisfied. However, Booking.com support informed us that they were not previously notified that we had been relocated to a different address, which is very concerning. Overall, this experience was disappointing and not what we booked or expected. We would not recommend this property based on our experience.
• Julie (8/5): Great location but be warned of street noise! - The apartment was ready for us well before the usual check in time which was a bonus. We absolutely Loved the location. So central to everything it couldn’t be in a better place, but there is a price to pay for that in terms of noise that isn’t the apartments fault. The property had plenty of facilities for a good stay. The apartment overlooks one of the main squares and thoroughfares in Valencia. This means noise from traffic and people but also the local council carry out their chores like bin collections and street cleaning all in the very early hours such as 4:30am but not every day so you may be lucky and avoid the worst! The apartment is clean and tidy but some of it is a little tired. The floor rug is worn and the bathroom grouting needs updating. Despite these things I would recommend the apartment unless you’re a light sleeper, but then being right in the city centre might not be your first choice anyway.
• Fredrik (8/5): Pyroproffs - Perfekt läge mitt i händelsernas centrum. Ett drömläge för oss som besökte Fallas. Något som fler borde få uppleva. Rummet var taskigt städat med glasbitar i mattan. 2,5-3 tim kötid för att få bra platts på fyrverkerierna. Men det får man ra som entusiast.

• Nicholas (9/5): bello - Innanzitutto la struttura si trovava in un’ottima posizione, centralissima e situata su un meraviglioso palazzo storico. La camera molto accogliente e arredata con gusto. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’acqua calda della doccia che la prima volta non veniva ma poi é stato risolto. Unica pecca che l’appartamento é rumoroso per colpa degli infissi datati, a noi non ha dato particolarmente fastidio ma chi ha il sonno leggero si :)
• Lieve (8/5): Top - Locatie is top! En daarnaast is het appartement mega groot en van alle wensen voorzien. Kan je denk ik niet echt iets aan veranderen maar het appartement was luidruchtig. Niet perse qua geluiden van buitenaf maar het leek wel alsof het van de linkerburen of boven/onderburen vandaan kwam.

Comoda l’opportunità di lasciare le valigie presso il suo hotel dopo il check out. Posizione super centrale e quindi perfetta per girare la città. Come detto nelle altre recensioni, casa poco insonorizzata ma viaggiando a gennaio non ci sono stati troppi rumori notturni, ma da considerare per l’estate, mentre noi abbiamo trovato la casa fredda nonostante l’uso dei condizionatori per l’aria calda (assenza di altro tipo di riscaldamento)

Está bastante más estropeado de lo que se ve en las fotos. En Booking elegí uno de los apartamentos y nos dieron el otro, que no elegí porque me gustaba menos. Se supone que es un error de identificación en los apartamentos en Booking. Deberían revisarlo porque uno se siente engañado. Las ventanas no aíslan mucho del ruido de la calle

Geluid was al vaker aangegeven als aandachtspunt en dat klopt. Je zit pal in het centrum en je hebt enkel glas dus omgevingsgeluid is gegarandeerd. Helaas ook nog een feestje van de bovenburen gehad. Oordoppen wel verplicht dus.

• Doris (8/5): Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und problemlos. - Die Lage war ausgesprochen gut. Alles war zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch die Metro war sehr nahe. Die Gastgeberin Marina hat uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Straße war zu hören, das hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört. Wir konnten trotzdem gut schlafen.

Есть туалет, душ, горячая вода, умывальник, небольшая кофемашина, электрочайник, микроволновка. Небольшой закрытый балкончик с открывающимися большими окнами. Вид на площадь, ратушу. Площадь королевы, центральный рынок - метров 250. Большое спасибо сотрудникам при вселении. Негде было припарковаться, пришлось высадить жену с вещами в кафе и уехать сдавать машину. Пока ездил в аэропорт сдать машину, жену розыскали и отдали ключи. Большое спасибо.

• Kerstin (8/5): Sehr zentral gelegen im Altbau - Hervorzuheben ist erst einmal die sehr nette Gastgeberin Marina, durch deren Einsatz wir am Anreisetag bereits morgens um 10 Uhr in das Apartment durften statt um 16 Uhr. Es ist super zentral gelegen und hat zwei kleine Balkone, von denen man auf den belebten Plaza del Ayuntamiento schaut. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad ist angenehm, das Apartment ist in einem schönen, hochherrschaftlichen Haus. Was wir nicht wussten: Es ist ein abgetrennter Teil einer einst großen Wohnung. Offenbar ist sie in drei Teile aufgeteilt, wir hatten den rechten Teil, der etwas merkwürdig geschnitten war. Leider hatte unser Apartment trotz der Größe von 65 Quadratmetern kein separates Schlafzimmer, sondern der Wohn-Schlaftrakt (im Wohnzimmer war die Ausziehcouch) war nur durch eine Art stoffbezogenen schulterhohen voneinander getrennt. Da Valencia nicht so groß ist, würde ich dieses Apartment auch aufgrund des Lärmpegels nicht empfehlen, sondern einen anderen Bezirk wählen.

• Mai (9/5): We will stay here again next time we come to Valencia. - Perfect location for visiting Valencia - right in the middle of the old town, great for visiting the back alleyways. You can just about get to all the good restaurants near there by walking under 5 minutes. Marina and her family are the best hosts. Noise during the night, but in the city centre it is understandable.

Das Appartment war sehr sauber, liegt mitten in der Innenstadt und hat einen tollen Blick auf die Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine "Nespresso", Wasserkocher). Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage hat auch gut gekühlt. Wer einen Parkplatz im Zentrum benötigt kann dies direkt über die Gastgeberin buchen. Etwas wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, Fenster sind nicht Schallisoliert (hat uns aber nicht gestört).

We loved the apartment - so clean and beautiful! It was difficult to get the WiFi network and password information so that we could begin communications with our hostess, but once we did, she was very responsive.

• Kerryann (10/5): Perfect in every way, beautiful apartment in a great central location - Marina was so helpful, great communication, arranged early check in for us and we had arranged to be collected from the airport, Carlos, Marinas Father collected us for a reasonable fee and gave us some lovely tips for places to visit and eat - Marinas mum had cleaned the apartment, it was spotless! Modern apartment, everything we needed and more, great little touches to make our stay comfortable and it’s in an amazing location! There is nothing we could rate low, we would happily stay again! For awareness this apartment is in a really central location so it does mean it is very busy on the street outside however, with the balcony doors shut it wasn’t too disturbing as it’s in the 4th floor, didn’t bother us at all and we wanted to be central to everything

• Vanya (9/5): Great place in the heart of Valencia’s old town. - You can’t beat the location with this place. The host was welcoming and friendly. The apartment was charming with its high vaulted ceilings, open concept and was well appointed. We liked the noise from the hustle and bustle that comes with the location. But for some people, it may be a little noisy. The bathroom was small and a bit tight. The shower curtain needs to be replaced given it is a little moldy and perhaps past its prime.

The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and charming local spots. What made the stay even more memorable were the hosts — incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they made us feel completely at home, offering helpful tips about the area. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. I couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore this vibrant city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia! The only downside was the noise at night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at times. It’s understandable given the central location, but something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

• Nigel (7/5): Comfortable. Great for the Fallas, maybe not such good value rest of the year. - Terrific location. Room 3.2 provides a good view of the Fallas. Comfortable. Some issues about collecting keys; in the end i insisted on being met, which TBF was done. Room (3.2) was called a 'suite'. It had a bed and 2 chairs, microwave, 2 very small cups, 2 glasses, 2 sets of cutlery, 2 plates. Bottle opener. We bought 2 mugs, 4 glasses, washing up liquid & cloth. Sink is in the bedroom, and not easy to wash up or dry. No table to eat off. You need to be well acquainted to share the bathroom(!)

• Nadezhda (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in the very center of the city, clean and modernly furnished, the bed is very comfortable and you don't feel any noise, there is a wonderful neat terrace with a view of the center of Valencia, so there is everything you could need for a perfect holiday. But the apartment is not just cozy - here in every detail you can feel a special attitude, which makes it truly wonderful. I want to express special attitude to our host Marineta for the transfer from the airport, for the opportunity to store our luggage before the flight, for all the nice places that she recommended and for the overall warm attitude and attention. It was pleasure to meet you in person and I have no doubts, where we would stay, when we visit Valencia again. Everything was perfect

Until 3-4am nois - Location, in the city center surrounded, very nice size of room, fully equipped kitchen, lovely old building fully restored, lift inside building. Noise, though we were on the 4th floor we heard noise from streets until 3-4 am
• Jerome (10/5): Would book again the next time I’m in town - The location and the views were fantastic. Our host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and also gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants. Elevator a bit tight but like that there were 2 elevators
• Izzat (7/5): Good - Location was great. The property had the bathroom’s sink outside the bathroom by the bed. The AC is old and we tried to use it as heater to warm the room and wasn’t working properly.
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was amazing. Very comfortable, very clean and the location is fabulous. But most of all Marineta our host was so obliging and helpful. We were able to drop our cases as we arrived early at 2pm which allowed us to have a relaxing lunch. The apartment is family run and we enjoyed meeting Marinetas parents. The people of Valencia are wonderful. The way they rallied in the face of tragedy and adversity was amazing to behold. We will be back. All exceptional
• Jose (8/5): Great place to stay - Great location, close to every attraction and public transport. The room had pretty much everything we needed and had a great view of the street. We had to get the keys at another location a few blocks away because we didnt know the EXACT time we would arrive, even after I gave a 1 hour range to arrive. It wasnt far but it was very bad to have to walk more with heavy luggage. On the second day the shower was cold. I think the heater is shared between the rooms, so we had a cold bath.

• Juan (10/5): Marina and her father were great hosts. mil gracias, la pasamos fanatastico. - location location location, in plaza Ayuntamiento, everything in walking distance The bed is low but very very comfortable. im 70 so getting down low is harder now.

• Hay (9/5): Superb - Bubu flats is a nice facility. It was clean and comfortable. The ac and wifi worked well and there is a nice well supplied kitchen. Our host was very attentive and offered many suggestions. The location was great. Walking distance to so many things. Valencia is a very interesting city. Our only complaint was the noise at night that continued into the wee hours of the morning. This is not an issue if you enjoy the night life. Bring along really good earplugs. :)
• Braem (10/5): Exceptional - Toplocation!! Very friendly host that can help you with night, everything from night, bicyckes, booking reservations in restaurants....The flat is on the 'time square' of Valencia, which also means there can be noise at night. Noise, but that is mostly due to the location.
• Robert (10/5): Perfectly located, stylish with top class service - A glorious place to stay as a family of 3 (2 parents and a 3 year old). The apartment is full of character, beautifully and comfortably decorated in the main living area with everything the might need for a self sufficient city stay. The real jewel in the crown is Marina, the host. She is warm, friendly and so helpful in thinking about and organising every aspect of our trip. She booked us private parking, bicycles including child seat and made restaurant reservations as well as providing further tips on where to and what to do during our stay. For me it felt like we were staying at a friend’s home who was always on hand should we need anything. It’s easy to provide great accommodation but first class service is priceless. Thank you for a lovely time. Nothing!
• Vincent (10/5): Valencia is a lovely city, the accommodation and the host complemented our stay - Location was perfect to explore the old town area. Marina was a fantastic host and gave us many tips for bars restaurants etc.
