• HMM (10/5): Prima appartement, aanrader! - Een heel goed ingericht splinternieuw appartement in rustig ruim opgezet wijkje, vlakbij het historisch centrum. Fijn balkon om op te zitten.

• Marc (10/5): Pour nous c'était parfait et si je dois revenir dans le secteur, je ne chercherai pas ailleurs. - Situation par rapport aux lacs. Accès facile à MILAN par train (sur un très bon conseil de l'hôte), aucun soucis de stationnement et autres. L'hôte était très sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue nous avons communiquer assez facilement. Très bon conseils de l'hôte à toutes les questions qui lui ont été posées. Le temps qui n'était pas terrible, mais c'est la faute à personne

• DAVID (10/5): - Appartement nickel, grand, propre et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, très sympathique. Il nous a même réservé le restaurant lors de notre arrivée.... Seul bémol, appartement un peu décentré, mais au calme... 😊.

• Stéphane (9/5): Une semaine de rêve ! - On se sent vite très bien dans cet appartement, parents et enfants ont fortement apprécié de rentrer dans ce logement cosy après de longues journées de randonnées et baignades. Tout est propre et neuf. La climatisation est au top. Les 2 petits balcons sont très pratiques pour faire sécher le linge. Le garage permet de garer la voiture au frais, un vrai plus en été. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le lac de Côme, le Lac de Lugano, le Lac Majeur et le Lac d'Orta. Ervin, le propriétaire, est très gentil et très disponible en cas de questions. C'est très appréciable. Merci beaucoup. Seul point négatif : le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de machine à laver. Peut-être faudrait-il le signaler pour ne pas être déçu. En revanche, la laverie automatique est très proche et cela ne nous a pas gênés.

We booked this accommodation for an overnight stay and were more than satisfied with everything provided. The hosts were very friendly and had drinks and snacks prepared for our arrival – a very thoughtful gesture! We would love to come back 👍

• Anna (10/5): Lovely place! - It is a fantastic little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are very friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are little things such as an adapter for North American plugs, or oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in the kitchen, enough cutlery and dishware, a dishwasher (and all the necessities for cleaning, if needed). The wifi is good. We stayed for 8 days, and found everything we needed. The private parking is secure, though was a little hard to get into with Nissan Qashqai. Overall, a perfect place for 3-4 people, and highly recommended! Better? I would really love to have printed instructions on sorting garbage. They do it differently in different places, so I was often unsure where to put what. A municipal infographic or more detailed instructions in English would be really helpful.

• Lisa (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay for the three of us, the hosts were lovely and the location was great for what we needed - The apartment was spotlessly clean, had air conditioning, and lovely balconies off the living area and the main bedroom. It is in a quiet residential area just a short distance from the old village but very accessible to the main road for getting to other areas. It has a private garage with gated access so is also very secure and safe. There was also plenty of wardrobe and storage space and the apartment felt very spacious. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like but it could have done with a few more kitchen items for home cooking, eg. racks in the oven, a larger chopping board (or a selection for raw meat, vegetables and fish etc), a few more sharp knives (there were only two) and a few more saucepans (there was only one along with a massive pan for cooking pasta). For other visitors to be aware of, the apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift. One final comment is that there is not comfortable seating for four people, only a very comfortable sofa for three people so an additional comfortable chair would be good and also a standard lamp or table lamp would be useful in the living area.

• Joachim (9/5): Pleasant time off in modern apartment near Varese - New, modern apartment in residential area, proper heating, all items worked, very good coffee and cooking essentials available; safe parking due to garage available in building; descriptions matched reality; very pleasant hosts explaining the logistics on check-in. Overall above average what we have experienced in the past when renting holiday apartments. Location was excellent for us exploring the Varese area, can be extended to other parts of Lombardy as good connection to major roads and railway. all fine, maybe it would help to have more plates in case that more than 2 people rent the apartment.
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment looks like is very new, so it's extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. Some reviewers says that there is no A/C, but for a visit in October you don't need it, so I haven't noticed it. The terrace is very nice to have your morning coffee or evening wine. The location served us perfectly. Colse enough to Como, Varese and Malpensa airport and you have a parking space. There is no lift in building, so in case you have heavy luggage keep in mind it's on 2nd floor (or 3rd if you count the ground floor as 1st).

The new modern interior was spacious, spotlessly clean, with large private bedrooms, private bath room, well equipped large kitchen and dining area including gourmet coffee and adjoining balcony. The master bedroom had another private balcony. The host, Ervine met us at the door and made us feel welcome, gave us a detailed tour of the property and provided contact info for any requests during our entire stay.l Only that our stay was too short.

In a residential area, so it does not instantly give a holiday-feeling; there might have been a little extra kitchen tools (can-opener and such). Though sometimes planes from/to Milano Malpensa Airport pass over, they are hardly disturbing, and not noticable anymore when doors/windows are closed.
