• Karen (10/5): Highly recommend for a stay in Bologna! - Spacious apartment with all the amenities that you’d need. Easy bus routes to get to and from town. Lots of little cafes & shops around - great comms with Albi the owner
• Claus (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt - Die Wohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb des eigentlichen Zentrums, ist aber durch das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz sehr gut an das Stadtzentrum angebunden. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Kochutensilien mal wieder etwas aufgefrischt würden.

• Dyo Bodiu (10/5): A great place for a city break - The apartment is placed in a quiet area, not far from the centre; we enjoyed walking sometimes on the covered promenade. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the whole apartment is clean and well-maintained. Also, the bedrooms were just perfect, with very good beds. We had a great time here!
• Konstantin (10/5): - A very nice and cosy apartment in a nice and quiet neighbourhood with lots of opportunities for local cuisine and excellent transport to the city centre. Bus stop is a 3min. walk away. The host (Alberto) was very helpful and offered us some very useful tips for sightseeing and local Italian cuisine. The apartment has all the necessary equipment plus extra more (which was a nice surprise for us). Definitely a hidden gem! Strongly recommend for families / couples.

• celine (5/5): - la situation géographique, la facilité pour se garer, commerce et restauration à proximité et surtout le meilleur glacier de Bologne à quelques mètres l'appartement n'est pas insonorisé donc on vit au rythme des voisins du matin au soir , l'appartement mériterait un rafraichissement global ; douche joints noir et en plus elle fuit . La climatisation est inexistante pour avoir 27 degrés il faut la laisser en marche 24h sur 24 sur 16°C impossible d'obtenir moins de 27 ° au plus bas.

• Sissy (9/5): ottimo soggiorno a Bologna - Apppartamento confortevole ,silenzioso con stanze ampie e letti comodi. E' presente anche un piccolo balconcino. Vicino ci sono bar,gelateria e pizzeria ed anche altri negozi. Anche la fermata dell'autobus vicina alla struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato per un concerto allo stadio e la posizione era ottima.Proprietario gentile ed attento ad ogni richiesta . Se ritorniamo a Bologna sappiamo dove soggiornare sicuramente.

• Marisa (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is friendly and helpful. The place was nicely decorated, comfy and clean. The location is nice since it is close to two bus stops. We enjoyed even walking back to it since the walk has a lot of nice streets with things to see and places to hang out.
• Biana (10/5): Exceptional - We loved absolutely everything - the apartment is very well equipped and clean, and it even has a dishwasher that makes life easier. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment itself was on the first floor, so only a few steps up. Albi, the host, is very friendly, available for communication and helpful. We will definitely be back if we're in Bologna again. Getting to the city center is easy because the bus station is a minute walk from the apartment and the bus comes often. Nothing
• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Such a spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment! The host is excellent! Really helpful, friendly and quick to respond to messages. We loved the location and the local neighbourhood. It's convenient for buses and we walked into Bologna in under an hour. Highly recommend this place 🙂

• Yvonne (10/5): Excellent apartment with good transport links in to bologna - Perfect location for getting in to bologna, we used the bus which is only 2 minute walk from apartment and buses regular and cheap. Lovely pizzeria round the corner with an gelato shop next door. Coop only a short walk away too. Apartment has everything you need to for a home from home. Even a cute wee balcony for enjoying the great weather. Host great with excellent communication link, and very helpful. Nothing was a bother for him.
• Kateřina (9/5): Superb - The flat is located in a quiet and clean suburb, it is easy to get to the city center by public transport (bus). The flat was perfectly neat and the double bed felt so comfortable! The host gave us all the essential information in English, he was very kind and helpful. We would appreciate more dishes in the kitchen (plates, mugs, basic glassess..), but it is not a big deal. :-)
• Daniel (10/5): Wonderful apartment. - Property was true to the pictures. Great location as it’s near a bus station and easy to get around. Roberto is an excellent host. Very responsive and attentive.
• Lars (10/5): Visit Bologna, here is a good place to stay - Warm helpfull welcome. Coffee, the, bread + marmelade, cold water and other thinks to make you feel at home right away. Plenty of parking just outside, free parking nearby. Busses (14 & 20), café´s, restaurants, bakery just around the corner.
