• Dagyeom (10/5): 정말 깨끗하고 위치도 좋은 숙소입니다! - 전체적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 특히 관리인분이 전문적이고 친절하게 응대해주셔서 머무는 동안 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 인상적이었던 점은 청결 상태입니다. 숙소 전체가 깨끗한 것은 물론이고, 특히 관리가 어려운 화장실까지 새집처럼 매우 청결하게 유지되어 있어 신뢰가 느껴졌습니다. 위치 또한 장점입니다. 버스 정류장이 가까워 이동이 편리했고, 배차 간격도 짧아 부담 없이 이용할 수 있었습니다.(기차역에서 10분) 또한 근처에 마트가 있어 장을 봐서 숙소에서 식사하기에도 매우 좋았습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶을 만큼 전반적으로 만족도가 높은 숙소입니다.

• Guest (10/5): - La dueña fue muy amable, muy atenta. Había café, leche, agua y mantequilla en la nevera. Había también todo lo necesario para el aseo. Todo estaba muy limpio. Está ligeramente alejado del centro pero es muy accesible porque hay bus hasta las 00.45 y te deja en la puerta del alojamiento.

• Guest (10/5): Hervorragend - Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, unkompliziertes zeitliches Ankommen. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man für ein Wochenende braucht. Sogar Kaffeepads und Wasser standen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Haustür und durch die Bodenseekarte kostenlos. Parkplätze in der Straße kostenlos zur Verfügung. Jederzeit wieder! Es gibt nichts zu meckern.
• Sacha (9/5): - Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement. L'accès au centre ville est très rapide grâce aux transports en commun à proximité et gratuits pour les touristes. De nombreux équipements sont disponibles. Nous remercions notre hôte pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Malgré une faible luminosité due à un emplacement en contre bas du niveau de la rue, l'appartement est agréable à vivre.

• Ioanna (10/5): Exceptional - Totally recommended! The apartment was ideal for a couple. Only a few bus stops away from the city center in a quiet neighborhood of Konstanz. The apartment was clean and cosy. The host was very friendly and sweet and helped us with everything we wanted. We would definitely stay there if we visit Konstanz again.
• William (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights and the owner, who lives on the first floor was really kind and thoughtful and made us feel like at home. The apartment we stayed in was completely new (or at least this was our impression) and it was accurately cleaned. Although the apartment is in the basement, we didn't noticed it because from the window enters a lot of light. The kitchen had everything we needed and the shower was big and new. Lastly there is the bus stop near the building that brings you directly to the center of Konstanz in nearly 10/15 minutes. Nothing
