• Sharon (8/5): Great location! - Great location, but can be very noisy at night due to kick boxing & clubs. No coffee or tea provided, and a clothes dryer would have been great as there is a washing machine available. Small additions like these would really improve the overall guest experience.
• Sarah (5/5): - The accomodation is next to a kickboxing gym which is very loud and kept us awake that along with the busy street noice we did not sleep much. The host provides earplugs which is the only way you can sleep but travelling with Children I did not feel comfortable sleeping with earplugs as I want to hear my kids if they need me during the night. I would not recommend staying here unless you can sleep with earplugs. The actual location is great just very noisey.

• Dianne (7/5): The apartment is great and they helped us out last minute with an extra bed so the teens didn’t have to share however th - The property is in a great location near Namba station, shops and restaurants. It is also big and I appreciated the space to hang clothes to dry and table that was big enough to sit around and have breakfast. We stayed Friday to Monday and as it is in the middle of it all that also meant the middle of the nightlife. My error in not reading the previous reviews better but it was so loud Fri and Sat nights with clubbing music until 3-4am that me and the teens barely slept. Sunday was a bit better but still noisy. The gym was annoying on Friday but was ok for the rest of the stay. Might be better mid week but I wouldn’t recommend a weekend stay unless u are hitting the clubs also!

• Mélodie (10/5): Je recommande fortement !!! - L'hôte était disponible pour répondre aux questions. Les instructions pour entrer dans le logement étaient très claires. Le logement était beaucoup plus grand que nous l'avions espéré. Il était très propre. Et la location était parfaite. L'eau de la douche n'était pas extrêmement chaude. Mais après des journées chaudes et humides, ce n'était pas un désagrément.

Muy buena ubicación En otros comentarios hacen referencia a un gimnasio al lado del alojamiento que hace ruido, pero no está abierto por las noches, por lo que no es problema. Quizá algo de ruido, porque la calle está animada y tiene ambiente, nada que no se solucione con tapones.

• Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect. Close to Dontonbori and lots of local restaurants. The main bedroom was huge and the lounge room was very open. We had plenty of room for my wife and I and our 2 daughters aged 11 and 15. Kickboxing gym next door but earplugs were provided.

There is a bar underneath which was a huge problem on the Friday night, very loud music and karaoke until very late, it was so loud that it felt like it was in the apartment and even with earplugs in it was impossible to sleep

• Brett (10/5): Great apartment in a great location at a great price.i loved this place. - Great large and clean apartment right in the middle of the action in Dotombori. A little bit noisy, but that is what you get when you are right in the middle of it.

• Kieron (1/5): Great location however there is a noisy nightclub - The apartment was in an excellent location and had everything we needed. However there is a nightclub across the road that plays extremely loud music until 4:30am!!!! It felt like the speakers were inside our apartment it was that loud. We are all good sleepers but this was just impossible to get sleep. The owner does leave ear plugs so I feel rating the apartment low is harsh but I do want to warn others because lack of sleep can really impact your holiday. The only complaint was the noisy nightclub across the street
• Tina (8/5): Very good - A very spacious apartment. Great size for a family. A good location but also very busy and noisy. A gym next door so lots of thumping sounds from boxing.

• Gemma (8/5): Very good - Great spot for Dotonbori - district can be noisy on a Saturday night but ear plugs provided. Nice touches in the apartment and plenty of space. Bit noisy at times at night, could use some extra pillows. A couple of establishments close by that are less than salubrious but generally still felt safe to stay there with the family.
• Georgina (9/5): Great location, great space, little too loud at night. - Great space and comfortable. Can hear all the partying outside on most nights until early in the morning.
• Bas (8/5): Well located and spacious - The apartment is located on the edge of the popular Dotonbori area, which makes it easy to walk to a lot of popular places. Right nextdoor is a kickboxing school. The impacts on the punching bags transfer through the concrete to the apartment. Thankfully this doesn't continue very late into the evening.
• David (6/5): Great location, good luck sleeping. - The location is amazing, you are so close to everything. It is almost impossible to sleep at night, there was a a boxing gym next door and bars and restaurants right below the accommodation, the sound proofing of the building is horrible and this is why the host has a bowl of earplugs for you to use.

• Jeffry (9/5): Spacious - The apartment is amazingly spacious and furnished with modern furniture and really great beds. It is also conveniently located with easy walk to namba walk. Found out that the nightlife on Saturday night goes on way too long.

• Florian (6/5): Not recommended, avoid the loud boxing gym just next door - Location is good, centrally in Americamura, good food stores and shopping options close-by. Apartment is also spacious (is a combination of two apartments). However, it is not really useful. Many dead ankles It is terribly loud. There is a boxing gym just next door and they are playing super loud music the entire night (stopped somewhen around 3:00 AM). Even with earplugs it was just exhausting. Furthermore, there is an emergency exit sign, which is that bright that it illuminates one half of the room through the night. On top, the apartment is partially very basically equipped. I think we had one knife in total and 3 forks, plates were dirty. The bathroom is very basic and old.
