• Michael (8/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auch wieder buchen. - In unserem Apartment befand sich ein neues Badezimmer. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war landestypische und umfangreich. Stefano hat uns für die Umgebung nützliche Tips gegeben und alle Fragen nett beantwortet. Leider war zur der Zeit als wir dort waren auf dem Anwesen noch die Vorbereitungen für die beginnende Saison in Gange. Der Pool wurde gerade erst mit Wasser befüllt.

• Ralf (8/5): Es gab ein tolles Frühstück und die Aussicht auf die Umgebung ist schön. - Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich. Es gab beispielsweise Kuchen und Pistazien Hörnchen frisch aus dem Ofen und wir bekamen Cappuccino an den Tisch gebracht. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung und den Terrassen auf die Umgebung im Tal ist traumhaft - eine Landschaft wie aus einem toskanischen Bildband. Das Appartement ist schon etwas älter und könnte wieder einmal renoviert und die Küchen Ausstattung aktualisiert werden.

Ottima la colazione e molto disponibile il gestore che ci ha dato tantissime informazioni su dove andare e cosa vedere. Ci hanno dato anche una sistemazione più grande di quella richiesta, su due piani con due stanze, due bagni e cucina.

• Roberto (10/5): Estancia perfecta en un entorno tranquilo y cuidado con hermosas vistas y excelente desayuno - Nuestra estancia en Agriturismo Bellavista fue excelente. El entorno es tranquilo, con vistas preciosas y un ambiente ideal para descansar. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, cómodas y bien equipadas. El desayuno fue abundante y de gran calidad: los cornetos estaban deliciosos, al igual que los fiambres, el cappuccino y la panificación. El dueño fue siempre amable y atento y nos hizo muchas recomendaciones. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable para disfrutar y relajarse.

• Catarina (6/5): moyen y'a mieux mais y'a pire - beau cadre , un peu vétuste quand même, le propriétaire est sympathique , bon petit déjeuner et plutôt varié . plusieurs équipements indiqué sur le site mais inexistant en vrai , il n'y a pas de jeux pour enfant , pas de machine a café dans l'appart , les équipement dans l 'appart sont très rudimentaires, le coffre fort H.S , l'airco fonctionne a moitié, il n'y a pas de restaurant ni superette sur place , enfin heureusement la vue est belle , le personnelle agréable mais on s'attend a autre chose quand on voit les photos , ca manque cruellement d'entretient .

• Ineke (7/5): - We hebben genoten van de plek en een fijn terras, hoewel je als het vol is wel op elkaars lip zit. Bij het uitstekende ontbijt, kijk je over de Toscaanse heuvels uit. Ook prachtige zonsondergangen. Bij aankomst bleek dat het restaurant en zwembad dicht waren. Restaurants in dorp te ver om te lopen. Het was koud in het donkere appartement, geen verwarming tot half oktober (regeringsmaatregel). Warm water daarentegen in overvloed. Het was moeilijk koud te krijgen. Het appartement is erg gedateerd. Slechte matrassen en onvoldoende dek. De badkamer zit vol schimmel, geen haakjes om iets op te hangen enzovoort.

• Patricia (9/5): - Das Agriturismo Bellavista liegt sehr schön und ruhig. Die Zimmer/Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und richtig lecker. Stefano ist immer darauf bedacht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Immer hat er gute Tips was Ausflüge oder Gaststätten betrifft. Der Ausblick dort oben ist fantastisch und San Miniato lädt zum Verweilen ein🥰 Für uns war der Parkplatz sehr toll, da wir mit Auto, Anhänger und zwei Motorräder angereist waren. Alles hatte Platz👍 Da gibt es nichts 🥰

Właściciel bardzo przyjazny, udzielił kilku wskazówek na początku przyjazdu. Śniadania przepyszne, duża różnorodność. Basen ogólnodostępny w cenie apartamentu. W pokoju brakowało nam ścierki do wycierania naczyń natomiast nie wpłynęło to na ocenę obiektu. To drobnostka.

• Jolanda (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub - The owner of the Agriturismo went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and to make us feel at home. The apartment was cozy and met all our needs and even while some may have said that the interior may be outdated, to us it added to the certain family charm. When we got sick they went out of their way to help us, which added to our feeling welcome and appreciated not only as paying guests. Add to that amazing views over Tuscany, nice evenings on their terrace drinking wine, a breakfast buffet where you miss nothing at all, and calm and silence and you get a most amazing and wonderful vacation. I wish we could have stayed longer - and we will definitely recommend the Agriturismo to our friends. Nothing.

Bardzo duża życzliwość ze strony gospodarza (wskazówki w zakresie miejsc do odwiedzenia czy sklepów w których warto zrobić zakupy). Bardzo dobre i obfite śniadania oraz pyszna kawa (każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie). Dobrze wyposażone apartamenty (aneks kuchenny, dobrej jakości łącze internetowe), a także świetnie utrzymany ogród i basen gdzie można odpocząć. Obiekt dobrze zlokalizowany jak baza wypadowa do dalszego zwiedzania (mniej więcej w połowie drogi z Florencji do Pizy)

Het appartement was schoon,ruim en van al gemakken voorzien. Een mooi zwembad met prieeltjes voor de schaduw. De eigenaar, Stefano, is een fantastische gastheer, die met adviezen voor uitstapjes, voor je klaar staat. Het ontbijt is meer dan fantastisch en voor ieder wat wils. En dan het uitzicht vanaf de agriturismo: adembenemend!!! Overal zitjes om van het uitzicht te genieten. Kan niks bedenken

• Jean Christophe (9/5): À refaire sans hésitation - Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Bella Vista à San Miniato ! La résidence est un superbe agriturismo, niché au milieu des vignes et des oliviers, avec le chant des cigales en fond sonore. Notre logement était parfait : un duplex très bien agencé, avec deux chambres, deux salles de bain, un séjour spacieux et surtout une grande terrasse offrant des couchers de soleil absolument magnifiques chaque soir. L’accueil de notre hôte a été remarquable : chaleureux, disponible et toujours de bon conseil. Il nous a orientés vers des visites hors des sentiers battus, en nous préparant même des itinéraires personnalisés pour éviter la foule. C’était un vrai plus et cela a rendu notre séjour encore plus unique. Le petit-déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : tout est fait maison par notre hôte et sa cuisinière. Entre la focaccia encore chaude, les pâtisseries et les produits locaux, c’était un pur régal chaque matin ! La piscine est également très agréable, parfaitement entretenue, avec des transats à l’ombre ou au soleil, dans une ambiance calme et respectueuse. Idéal pour se détendre en famille (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants). En résumé : un lieu magique, une hospitalité rare et un cadre enchanteur. Nous recommandons vivement le Bella Vista à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la Toscane dans les meilleures conditions !

• Stephanie (9/5): Une très belle semaine relaxante en Toscane - Le cadre ( la vue sur la Toscane est magnifique), les espaces de détente, les petits déjeuners, la gentillesse du personnel et la proximité avec les villes de Florence (prendre le train à Empoli), San Giminiano, Sienne, Lucques. Peut être ajouter quelques équipements dans les appartements ( saladier, grand couteau, cafetière)

Het ontbijt inbegrepen bij dit verblijf is uitgebreid en erg goed verzorgd. Zwembad is schoon en er zijn diverse zitjes en ligbedden. -
