- Arnolda (10/5): Saulėlydžiai... - Patogi vieta: šalia pc"Saulės miestas", traukinių stotis, Šiaulių bulvaras. Tylu-nesigirdi triukšmo iš gatvės, beveik nesigirdi kaimynų. Švaru, tvarkinga. Puikiai įrengta virtuvė, visa buitinė technika. Patogi lova. Labai erdvus vonios kambarys, šldomos grindys jame. Rūpestingas savininkas. Buvo palikta kavos, vandens, pyragas. Be galo nuostabūs saulėlydžiai. Butas 5 aukšte, pro langūs matosi gražus vaizdas. Erdvus balkonas su apšvietimu, yra nemažas stalas balkone. Ne visas gyvatukas šildė, viršutiniai vamzdžiai nekaito. Truputį per aukštai, tačiau vaizdas pro langus atperka tai, kad aukštai reikia lipti laiptais.

- Sonata (9/5): - Viskas buvo puiku, mus priėmė anksčiau nei 15 valanda, vieta puiki, butas šviesus, šiltas, tvarkingas.

- Marika (10/5): Nākošo reizi labprāt tur atkal paliktu. - Ļoti skaists un mājīgs dzīvoklis. Tur ir viss nepieciešamais, kas vajadzīgs , viss tīrs un svaigs , moderni iekārtots. Mēs esam ļoti apmierināti. Viss ļoti patika.

- Iryna (9/5): Отличная квартира с удобным расположением - Отличная квартира, очень близко от жд и автовокзала. Вход в квартиру по кодам, хозяин ответил быстро и прислал все в сообщении. В квартире тепло, уютно, чисто, кровать хорошая. На кухне все есть. В шкафу был чай и кофе. В ванной тоже было все необходимое, полотенца, мыло. С удовольствием воспользуюсь этой квартирой при следующей поездке. В душе был слабый напор воды, но, возможно, это из-за ра положения на последнем этаже. Но это не критично. И на кухне не хватает сахара.

- TattooCortes (5/5): Ni bueno ni malo - El bulevar de Siauliai y la zona es céntrico La puerta de la entrada no me gustó con tantos números, prefiero abrir con llave como los apartamentos que he alquilado anteriormente. La cama incómodo, luego la ducha esta rota, no me podía ducharme bien.

- Nicola (10/5): - The building from outside may look scary, but the apartment is super well furnished and very new. Walking distance from the station, from the city centre, and from a great shopping centre. The owner is very friendly. Overall, an excellent place! The apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator. It wasn't a problem to me. But I think it is worth mentioning.

- Johannes (9/5): Marvelous appartment. The best I’ve stayed so far in Lithuania. - What a beautiful modern appartment. Don’t let the staircase up to the appartment misguide you. That is like stepping in the Sovjet era. And know that the appartment is on the top floor, with no elevator available. But it is worth the ascent. What a marvelous appartment this is. Just one thing. There are no curtains or shades at the kitchen window. Which means that the appartment will still be light at night (because of railroad lights) and when it dawns.

- Venla (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - The apartment was newly renovated, nice and big! The kitchen was well equipped with AN ESPRESSO MACHINE (LOVE IT!!!), toaster, microwave etc. The whole apartment was super nice and clean. There was also coffee and tea available, a big fridge/freezer and a washing machine – this place would be great for even a longer stay. Location was super: under 5 minute walk from the railway station. There was no curtain in the kitchen window and since it's an open kitchen a lot of light came in the apartment very early in the morning. The bed is not a real bed but more like a sofa bed and not a very comfortable one.

Good facilities and host ensures you have all the stuff you need for cooking, cleaning etc. Timely communication from host on how to enter apartment etc too. The shower is...odd. Can only have both shower heads on simultaneously which might sound good at first but not so when one is always hot and one is consistently cold.

- Roberts (10/5): Exceptional - The interior is tasteful and the parquet floor is an excellent design choice. The flat is located next to a railway line, however we didn't hear a single thing while in the flat during the day or at night. Also, we got a good use of the air conditioner, considering it was a really hot day. The TV had a Netflix and other streaming accounts, that was nice too. The kitchen is fully equipped, but oil was missing, that would be a good addition to leave in one of the cupboards.

- Tomasz (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, modern in good location. HVAC. Balcony. No Wi-Fi. Parking is crowded, there is available parking on street but is paid on workdays 8-17. Missing vacuum cleaner and clothes dryer.
