• Madalina-Diana (10/5): - Locatia a fost perfecta, la 12-13minute pe jos de centru, am avut cafenea in fata blocului, la fel si un bar, la care ne-am relaxat seara. Camera a fost foarte curata, spatioasa, baia de asemenea. Arata chiar mai bine ca in poze apartamentul. Nu am nimic de reprosat! (Poate pretul putin cam mare😋)

• Alison (10/5): - Property was in a great location, could easily walk to it from the central station and from it around the whole city centre. There was a large supermarket a minute’s walk away. It was impeccably clean and well equipped making the stay very comfortable. Host was easy to contact via WhatsApp making check in easy and also was able to assist us efficiently with a problem we had with a key. Would definitely recommend.
• Kinga (10/5): Idealna lokalizacja - Świetna lokalizacja, przytulne mieszkanie idealnie dla dwóch osób. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka. Łóżko wygodne. W mieszkaniu bardzo ciepło, ale jest klimatyzacja. Myślę, że gdybym wybierała się do Bolonii ponownie, to wybrałabym to samo miejsce. Do dworca bardzo blisko spacerkiem, do głównego placu, do wielu restauracji i klimatycznych miejsc. Tak naprawdę mieszkanie w centrum wszystkiego :) Miałyśmy tylko problem z kratami, ciężko było je otworzyć ponieważ klucz się ścinał. Reszta bez zarzutu :)

• Kym (7/5): Disappointed - Close to old town Clean apartment yet poorly designed. Shower was horrible. Water went everywhere as there was a big gap under screen and water flooded the bathroom. Very dangerous TV faced the bathroom not the lounge area. Very poor layout of apartment. Hot water service was loud at night. Bed was too soft. One window in whole apartment
• Nancy (9/5): Great except for the giant bruise on my butt and my messed up knee! - Clean, modern and well stocked with necessities. Only complaint was I slipped exiting the shower, fell and boy it hurt! They need a bath mat!!! It was at the end of my vacation, but it really could have ruined it! The shower door does not adequately keep water within the shower. There is a 5” step when exiting and a towel is not enough to make this safe!

• Samandi (8/5): Espaço acolhedor, simples. - A caldeira faz um barulho de aquecimento, durante 30 minutos. Os canais da televisão não estavam com boa sintonia. Aconselho que apostem um pouco mais nos utensílios de cozinha.
• Venetia (10/5): - The apartment is in a good location with modern furnishings and a lift in the building. There is a large closet space for those who need it too. At night it was a quiet location for sleeping and had Aircon.

• Erwin (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf in centrum Bologna met alles op loopafstand - Fantastische ligging, ruim genoeg en volledig uitgerust. Airco werkte niet de eerste dag maar dit werd de volgende snel opgelost door verhuurder. Douchebak heeft geen opstaande rand dus vloer kan snel nat worden.

The apartment is perfect for a couple and excellent value for money. We will be back when in Bologna again and will recommend to friends and family.

• Varyti (10/5): I will again. Everything was perfect - This apartment is even better than the photos . Very beautiful and new . the hostess let me get in the apartment one hour earlier and that was so helpful. You can find everything you need for your stay.that was the first time I found a good hair dryer in an hotel so that is an extra plus. 😂 (Women know )! I can’t find anything. The only think was that I would love to have a pair of slippers

Good bus connections and in walking distance to the station. Kitchenette well equipped and spacious bath. The communication with the host was good. The communication with the host was good. The fixing of the check-in time went a bit in circles.
• Helen (9/5): Close to everything - Location was great. 15 minute walk from the train station. It is very close to the city center and all the restaurants, cafes, shops and sights. There are buses close by as well. The apartment is secure in an apartment building. It was very clean and had everything you need for a 5 day stay. Kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has a heated towel rail. There is aircon also in the main room, which we didn't need. The room is nice and light and there is an opening window. We had a problem with the wifi when we arrived (Sunday) and Krystyna fixed it immediately on the Monday. The bed is comfy and there is room to store suitcases and plenty of hangers and hanging space. A lovely big mirror, lots of power points, bedside tables and bedside lights as well. Nice an quiet at night.

• Neil (6/5): Pleasant - Location, quiet as looks into inner courtyard, access to everything food, supermarkets, bars, etc. Also close to transport links such as main Bologna Station. Fittings in bathroom, towel rail, toilet roll holder all loose. Main concern was overhead shower head pipe was at an angle and not secure to wall. Aircon not effective for sleeping especially as should be in bedroom area.

Also very clean. I'd love to have the little towel (since I'm Italian and we are in Italy) other than the bath and face towel.

• Anna (10/5): Lovely apartment with a perfect location! - The location of the apartment was perfect and the apartment was even nicer in real life than in the pictures! The apartment was quiet and safe. Kristina was a lovely host and she was super helpful. We had some problems about an hour after our arrival and she was kind enough to come back to the apartment to help us. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing to complain!
• Polly (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly host, clean and spacious modern apartment with free Netflix and strong AC in a centralized location which stands perfectly between the old Town and the train station. Everything is just perfect.
• Nisrine (10/5): Exceptional - This is my third and so far favourite stay in Bologna! Everything you need (caffés, supermarkets, groceries, restaurants, shops, the famous mercatos, beauty salons and the main city attractions...) is at easy walking distance. The apartment is beautifully decorated and maintained, the shower is at perfect size! The kitchen is well equipped to make your morning coffee or even cook meals. Good-sized and quiet fridge. Very calm and safe neighbourhood at late night. Krystyna is always reachable and responsive. I was quite in luck to be able to book this wonderful place at the last minute! The air-conditioner sometimes gets loud, but you can easily stay in the apartment day or night with the AC turned off.

• Cristescu (10/5): Cozy, comfi studio in city center - Great studio in the center if Bologna. Modern design, everything looked new, comfortable bed, kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. The host was very nice. Very close to a supermarket.

The apartment was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for 5 days. We did have issues with internet connectivity but Krystina continued to communicate with us. We would have appreciated an iron and board.

• Cintia (10/5): Exceptional - Confortable and well located apartment with everything you might need during your stay. Cristina was waiting for us for the check in. She was very kind and explained us all the details about the apartment. I hadn't seen her messages via Booking, so I only gave her one hour notice about our arrival time but she still made it on time. The communication was very fluid and fast. Only few minutes walk from downtown. I really recommend this place for a stay in Bologna.
