- Susanna (8/5): Viaggio con amici - Ci siamo trovati bene, eravamo un gruppo di amici per l'ultimo dell'anno. Appartamenti belli, puliti, un bagno per ogni camera. Torneremo sicuramente! Qualche problema iniziale con riscaldamento poi risolto e collegamento alla tv. Purtroppo al piano di sopra inquilini rumorosi e maleducati: impossibile dormire.

The place is full of character and reflects the real spirit of Italy — from the charming interior to the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the small details that made the stay feel cozy and personal. It felt like living as a local rather than staying in a typical tourist place. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations and tips about the area. Communication was easy and pleasant from the beginning to the end of our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the surroundings, enjoying local restaurants, and experiencing everyday Italian life. We truly felt at home here and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay in Italy!

- Sarah (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt mit Verbesserungspotenzial - Unsere Unterkunft Iris war sehr gemütlich und hatte einen traumhaften Ausblick vom Balkon. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass Hunde willkommen sind und das weitläufige Grundstück viel Platz für Spaziergänge bietet. Nach kleinen Startschwierigkeiten funktionierte auch die Klimaanlage zuverlässig. Der Pool war zu Beginn leider sehr trüb und führte zu Haut- und Augenreizungen. Vor Ort war niemand verfügbar, weshalb wir sämtliche Dinge selbst nachfragen mussten (z. B. WLAN-Code, Toilettenpapier). Schade war auch, dass man uns nie aktiv gefragt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Laut Zimmerhinweis sollte die Bettwäsche nach 4 Tagen gewechselt werden, was jedoch nicht erfolgt ist. Das Gemeinschafts-WC war bereits bei Ankunft sehr verschmutzt und wurde während der ganzen Woche nicht gereinigt. Hinzu kamen viele Ameisen, eine sehr knappe Küchenausstattung (nicht einmal Salz oder Öl vorhanden) und das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig.
