Goran Mancic (10/5): For every recommendation / für jede Empfehlung - You will be staying in the same house as the owners (which are in the floor above), but the apartment is positioned in a such a way that you will have complete privacy. House is on a slope and the apartment is on the: ground floor (when watching from below the slope), basement (when watching from above the slope). Landlord are pleasant in their demeanour and helpful. Kitchen is completely equipped (but really!) we even had a baking paper for the oven. For coffee lovers (as I am) there is a coffee machine in the flat (appropriate “cartridges” can be bought in the Spaar down in the town). Flat was perfectly clean. --------------------------- Sie wohnen zwar im selben Haus wie die Eigentümer (die eine Etage höher wohnen), die Wohnung ist jedoch so gelegen, dass Sie absolute Privatsphäre haben. Das Haus liegt an einem Hang und die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (von unterhalb des Hangs aus gesehen) oder im Untergeschoss (von oberhalb des Hangs aus gesehen). Vermieter sind angenehm im Auftreten und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (aber wirklich!), wir hatten sogar Backpapier für den Ofen. Für Kaffeeliebhaber (wie ich einer bin) gibt es in der Wohnung eine Kaffeemaschine (entsprechende „Patronen“ gibt es unten im Ort im Spaar zu kaufen). Die Wohnung war tadellos sauber. Tis is not a critic but rather an info for the ones that stay longer. There is no washing machine in the apartment, so if you are planning longer ski-holiday and need to wash “smelly” clothes, it can be a burden. Check with Landlords I am sure there will be a solution. We didn’t needed the washing machine. Calculate additionally “municipality tax” which has to be paid. It is 2,8€ per person (above 14 years) per overnight stay. For this you will get bus-ticket which can be used during the stay. --------------------------- Dies ist keine Kritik, sondern eher eine Information für diejenigen, die länger bleiben möchten. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, wenn Sie also einen längeren Skiurlaub planen und „stinkende“ Kleidung waschen müssen, kann das eine Belastung sein. Fragen Sie bei den Vermietern nach, ich bin sicher, es gibt eine Lösung. Wir haben die Waschmaschine nicht gebraucht. Berechnen Sie zusätzlich die „Gemeindgebühr“, die bezahlt werden muss. Sie beträgt 2,8 € pro Person (über 14 Jahre) pro Übernachtung. Dafür erhalten Sie ein Busticket, das Sie während des Aufenthalts nutzen können.
