• Didier (9/5): - Le cadre, l'accueil du restaurant tout proche (rez de chaussée) où l'on se sent chez soi. Cuisine très bonne, qualité prix sans appel. Très bonne ambiance familiale. Nous conseillons 😋 Il est mentionné sur Booking qu'il faut récupérer la clé dans une boîte à clé. Ce n' est plus le cas ; il suffit de taper le code communiqué le jour ''J'' entre midi et 14 h, directement sur la porte. Merci de rectifier.

• Jorge (8/5): - El emplazamiento es lo mejor. Poder ver el amanecer en el mar, o ver salir la luna (nos coincidió luna llena y era enorme y roja) en el horizonte reflejada en el mar. Y todo ello desde la terraza o tumbados en la cama. Es un lujazo!!! Me sorprendió lo limpio que estaba todo cuando llegamos. Hemos estado en otros apartamentos y nos ha tocado fregar todo porque daba asquete sólo ver las cosas. Y en este estaba todo impecable. Hay algún detalle a revisar y actualizar. La persiana, por ejemplo no bajaba hasta abajo y las cortinas no llegaban a juntarse una con la otra. Con lo cual, al amanecer entraba muchísima luz a la estancia y te despertaba. La mesa no tenía nada en las patas para evitar que deslizase por el suelo y era bastante molesto porque en cuanto te apoyas un poco al comer, la mesa sale "huyendo" constantemente 😅 La nevera es muy pequeña y estaba un poco viejita. Enfriaba demasiado, al punto de congelar las bebidas.

Kambarys buvo prirūkytas, kartais buvo jaučiama kanalizacijos kvapas, visas namas triukšmingas, drabužiai liko plaukuoti nuo gyvūnų, vinioje buvo matomas, galimai, grybelis. Šeimininkas neatsako į žinutes, negrąžina užstato.

• Kathleen (7/5): For a few days trip it is totally enough - You have a fantastic view directly onto the sea. You can quickly get to the beach and go swimming in the sea. The balcony is huge and the apartment is beautifully bright. There's a washing machine and there's absolutely no traffic noise. Unfortunately, there was no chopping board in the kitchen. Luckily, we had one with us and didn't have to improvise. The beds are two single beds, which might be uncomfortable for couples. Unfortunately, there are also people in the building who smoke in the hallway, and then all the smoke drifts into the apartment. We can't recommend the restaurant on the ground floor; there are cockroaches running out of the kitchen. The description stated that there was no internet access and that one should use public spaces. Unfortunately, the internet didn't work in the public spaces (or there isn't any, as it wasn't indicated). In this days, internet access shouldn't be a problem and could easily provided.

De douche was niet heel schoon (naden/ kit/ voegen). In de keuken miste het een en ander. Geen waterkoker, geen aansteker om het gas aan te steken. Borden en bestek een allegaartje. Bed had de langste tijd gehad, we lagen in een kuil.

Que la persiana esté automatizada (aunque hace mucho ruido para subir o bajar por la noche). Tener que estar pendiente de grabar vídeo a la entrada y salida para recuperar la fianza. Esto cambió mi percepción y comodidad en al alojamiento. En general el apartamento es un poco viejo pero por calidad/precio considero que está bien. Si habría que cambiar un poco cosas como la renovación de sartenes, y mejorar la limpieza de detalles como telarañas en el el techo (en una esquina solo) o limpiar el polvo del ventilador cuando hay mucha acumulación.

• Svitlana (7/5): Good - I liked the Sea view from our balcony, it was the same as on the pictures. It was so pleasant to hear the waves and the sea breeze all along. That was the highlight of this place The apartment itself was cozy and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to make food. Maybe because of high humidity in the region, there was a slight musty smell in the wardrobe, so I didn't put my clothes there. But over all, we liked staying there.

• John (9/5): A great place to relax and unwind by the sea for an off season experience - The room had a big balcony with beautiful sea views. The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. A staff member even gave us a lift to the train station on our last day. We were notified of the extra charge for having a pet after we made the booking. The train station was quite far away (1 hour walk) and, without a car, you have no choice but to walk!

• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - wonderful location. Great Seaview from balcony. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Beautiful beach just few steps from the door. At the bottom of the same building is an excellent restaurant, the same hosts. Very tasty and reasonable price. All was good.
• Marat (8/5): Perfect location, old hotel. - The hotel is perfectly located. First line, breathtaking sea view from the room. Also, the beach and the sea inn front of the hotel are very beautiful and clean (compared with another beach at Alicante) Some guests in the feedback were complaining about cockroaches, but we didn't spot any. Almost everything is old. The shower leaks. The ceiling ventilator fan didn't work, as well as the toaster. There was no electric kettle when we arrived, but the host provided us with a small one upon request. The furniture is also quite used. But all in all, we were happy to stay there.
