Issues with key and multiple booking with no comms form owner. - The apartment was being cleaned even though we had arranged an early arrival so we left our suitcases but then the cleaners didn't leave a key in the keysafe. The key collection was chaotic, with no key in the keysafe, we waited an hour until luckily, someone (the flat above ours) walked in who had a key and let us in after we showed him our booking. We were also awakened by people arriving at 1.30am on the first night, knocking on our door, showing us a booking they had made for the same apartment via AirBnB! We showed them our booking and they left (we exchanged numbers). The property owner has still not returned any messages on booking.com or via the phone number supplied. The other people were having the same issues.

• Mariavita (10/5): Eccellente - L appartamento dei miei sogni , luminoso, accogliente, arredato proprio come nei miei gusti, c è tutto il necessario, ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Parcheggio sotto casa. Super consigliato e ci ritornerei dovessi andare di nuovo a Imola. Mi è piaciuto tutto

• Teresa (10/5): Comodità ed efficienza - Struttura ben tenuta, nuova e ben arredata. Completa di tutti i confort: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro ecc.. Posto auto comodissimo. Efficiente. Host molto disponibile. In bagno aggiungerei qualche gancio per appendere i teli doccia e le asciugamani. E qualche cuscino in più x dormire.

• Emmanuella (4/5): - Keine Heizung, es war kalt Der Anbieter hat gar nicht beantwortet an meine Anruf Hat nur online die Zugangsdaten gesickt obwohl ich hatte ihn gesagt schriftlich dass ich konnte nicht eine online Check machen Hat außer dass die Zugangsdaten gesickt um 14,20 und die Check in wäre um 14 Uhr Hat aber die Check out Info geschickt ( es gab Mindestes ein wlan ) um 5,12 morgens! Ich habe Gottseidank eine offene Laden gefunden um weitete Infos zu haben über die Unterkunft, und es war so dass der Inhaber vom dieses Ferramenta Laden war der Gastgeber! Obwohl ich hatte gefragt für weiter Bettlaken, ich habe die gar nicht erhalten! Es ist die erste Unterkunft die ich finde mit einen nicht erreichbar nicht verfügbar und nicht hilfsbereit Gastgeber !
