- Bauer (8/5): - Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber die Lage ist sehr angenehm und ruhig Mauterndorf ist ein angenehmer ruhiger Ort an dem man sich gut entspannen kann. Sauna und Whirlpool waren fantastisch.Waschmaschine und Trockner sind optimal. Das Wohnzimmer unddie Balkone sind traumhaft. Garagenplätze perfekt. Das Personal konnte uns in keiner unserer Anliegen weiterhelfen.Die Antwort war stets, das sie unsere Anliegen bedauern aber uns nicht weiterhelfen können. So ein teures Chalet das kein Babybett organisieren kann. der Staubsauger war kaputt und hat laut gepfiffen der Staubsaugerbeutel war voll.mit dem Lungau Karten konnte die Dame uns nicht weiterhelfen kein Ausdrucken ist möglich. das Chalet ist sehr minimal ausgestattet wir mussten Besen Schaufel kaufen, Wischmop gibt es auch nicht.Die Betten sind sehr unbequem die Matratzen sehr weich eines Nachts ist unsere 12 jährige Tochter vom Bett gefallen. Etwas später als um 9 auschecken durften wir auch nicht.
