- Gabriela (4/5): Mit einigen Reperaturen könnte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gerechtfertigt werden. - Die Wohnung war angenehm warm mit der Fußbodenheizung. Im Schlafzimmer war diese nur kaputt, fand die Temperatur aber trotzdem angenehm zum Schlafen. Die Küche ist groß, guter Herd und Geschirrspüler, das Bett war bequem. Die echten Pflanzen waren nett. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Es sind viele kleine Dinge, die nicht viel Aufwand bräuchten, um sie zu verbessern, kleine Reperaturen, Schönheitsfehler, die aber einfach so gelassen werden...das ist schade. Die Wohnung hätte viel Potential. Der Rollo im Schlafzimmer beispielsweise einfach kaputt. Die Lichtschalter teilweise auch nicht gut montiert. Zum Wohnzimmer fehlt eine Tür. Die zum Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht schließen, geht immer wieder auf. Die Badewanne mit Whirlpool Funktion wird beworben, funktioniert aber nicht (eindeutige Täuschung!), und es kommt nicht genug warmes Wasser für ein Vollbad. Das Haus war an meinem Besuch komplett eingezäunt von Baugerüsten - davon natürlich nirgends eine Info. Unter solchen Umständen sollten keine Feriengäste angenommen werden, die wirklich Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Also alles in allem in der Summe dann leider enttäuschend.
- Amy (5/5): Large convenient space but missing comfort and cleanliness - I had to knock on the owners door to get keys. They have an infant so I felt bad bothering them but I did ask for some coffee for the next morning as I arrived on All Saint's Day and the next day Sunday everything was also closed. The kitchen was large but sparse. I needed coffee for the first morning which they gave me. The kitchen dish soap was left with one squeeze in the bottle. I am not in the habit of having to buy supplies for an short term rental. There were not cleaning supplies. Other items on their listing were not available at the apartment. No toiletries; I was given one towel for a week, no slippers, no iron, to washing machine, No fan, drying rack or sanitizer. The jetted tub which they think is wonderful is so corroded I don't know that anyone would use it as a bathtub. There was also not enough hot water to fill it. I am an older woman and the undulation of the tub bottom made it very difficult to climb into and find a flat place to stand that didn't put water all over the floor. I am sorry to write such a negative review but if I had read a previous google review I likely would not have booked this location. The photos show the lack of cleanliness and also a bowl of cigarette butts left on the very unstable deck. The bed pillows are atrocious and there was no top sheet (but maybe that is customary here, I don't know)
