- Roman (9/5): Great location, good amenities, and excellent value for money. - Nice area within walking distance of Dotonbori and many other popular spots. There’s a 7-Eleven right next to the building, which is very convenient. The beds are comfortable, and there’s a free washing machine available on the second floor. Overall, it’s a great value for the price. It would be even better to have three chairs instead of two, as the room is designed for three guests.

- Satomi (9/5): 心温まる良い旅になりました - お部屋が広く、綺麗に整えられていてとても快適でした！洗濯機も使えたので、すごく助かりました！ カトラリーもあったので、お部屋で食事も取れました！ オーナーさんが親切にして下さり、このお部屋に泊まれて本当に良かったです！

- yumi (8/5): 満足 - 隣りにコンビニがあり、荷物の発送もできた。徒歩圏内にスーパーもあった。バスタオルとタオルがあってよかった。 少しご迷惑をおかけしましたが、親切に対応いただきました。 堺筋本町駅からは若干距離があり、荷物を持っての移動がしんどかった。部屋にレンジがあればうれしい。シャワールームが狭め。朝のエレベーター付近はたばこ臭がするので、こどもを連れていると気になる。

- KANAYA (9/5): 快適でした - チェックインもチェックアウトもフリーだったので自分の家の感覚ですし 隣にコンビニも有り朝食の確保に便利で お部屋も広くて良かったです ゴミの分別の説明が日本語がなかったのでわからず検索して読みました。

- Blake (9/5): - Staff was great, when we arrived we noticed the fridge wasn't working. I messaged them and within 5 minutes they were knocking at the door installing a new fridge, was really excellent service. We also enjoyed the room as it was very spacious compared to others. The full wall of windows was also great, very unique room. The only noticeable downside was the bathroom floor was very squeaky. So any late night uses woke some of us up.

- Lennart (9/5): Super Sache, Preis Leistung für die Lage top - War sehr gut. Zum Personal kann ich nichts sagen, da nie gesehen. Check-in läuft quasi kontaktlos. Zimmer ist für die Lage und den Preis absurd groß. Haben eine Waschmaschine aber ich glaube die hat keine Trocknungsfunktion. Konnte es aber auch nicht lesen. An sich ne super Sache. Oben auf dem Schrank könnte man mal Staub wischen. Ansonsten war es sauber aber man hat das schon von der Seite gesehen wie staubig der oben drauf war

Yamato office is just few meters away which is very helpful if you want to send your luggages to other regions to save you the trouble carrying your luggage when traveling. 7/11 is just beside the building as well. The owner let us in even before check-in time Nothing, the owner doesnt speak English so be prepared to use translation apps. Shes very accommodating though

- Corinna (8/5): Convenient location, large room and friendly staff - A nice, quiet and fairly large room in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Shinsaibashi station. Pleasant, quiet neighbourhood with a few small restaurants and convenience stores on your doorstep. Very friendly staff - they run a small karaoke bar on the second floor, so you can get a drink there as well (I understand it closes at 11pm - we were not kept up by any noise). Comfortable beds too. There is a microwave on the second floor. Would be very happy to stay here again. We didn't attempt any cooking, as there was only one scratched sauce pan and only a small, random selection of crockery and cutlery. (Though I'm sure we could have got more, had we asked, as they are very accommodating there.) A few more hooks/ rails to dry our towels would have been welcome.
