• Terrats (8/5): - Está muy céntrico, el baño es muy grande aunque hace mucho frío y la decoración es muy bonita. El frío que hacía en el baño y que la ventana es muy antigua y no cerraba del todo y entraba ruido, luz y frío. Y necesita un cambio de almohadas.

• Beringuet (6/5): Déçu, car la prestation affichée n’est pas au RDV. - L’emplacement est au top avec un parking privé payant au pied de l’immeuble (assez chère pour un week end de 3 jours mais pratique) La chambre est propre et très grande. L’accès à l’appartement est facile grâce aux indications reçues par email. Ce qui devait être un plus sur cet chambre avec baignoire avec vue sur la mer s’avérait inutile. Du coup je regrette beaucoup l’effort sur le prix payé différenciant des chambres classiques. En effet la baignoire était inutilisable car un très fort visu avec les immeubles voisins très proches. Pas de rideau aux fenêtres et pas de film opacifiants. Une des fenêtres était inutilisable. Les montants étaient liés avec un ruban adhésif disgracieux. Les fenêtres double vitrage doivent être de mauvaise qualité car les bruits extérieurs de véhicules et même des personnes parlant fort étaient largement perçus même la nuit. Des marques d’humidité importantes sur les murs extérieurs de la pièce de bain. Le radiateur ne fonctionnait pas … en décembre pas top ! Une chambre simple et bien moins chère pourrait alors être le bon compromis. Assez déçu globalement

The room is also large enough and comfortable. Lovely! The bathroom could take a little bit of upgrading and better cleaning. The door doesn’t close fully or lock. We didn’t like the shower curtain, and maybe somewhere to put our things in the bathroom would have been helpful.

Le thé et le café a disposition mais il ne restait qu une dosette... dommage 😠 Enregistrement à distance pas très clair et pas tellement d explications. Il a fallu appeler pour avoir le code immeuble car personne n est sur place. Puis rappeler une fois l enregistrement fait pour avoir le numéro d appartement et le code pour la clé. Du coup perdre une demie heure à la porte alors qu on a un temps dégueulasse...😡🤬

• Holly (8/5): Very convenient location and a lovely room with a gorgeous view - Perfect location making walking to the famous pinxtos bars, the beach and shops very easy and relaxed, the view from our room (4) was gorgeous and the design of the room is beautiful. Fantastic value for money. A lot of noise from the very busy street below made it a bit difficult for me to sleep and the bath doesn’t produce hot water and the plug doesn’t go down properly so it can’t even fill with cold water. The WiFi also wasn’t very good.

Me ha gustado en general, pero creo que podría mejorar en un par de cosas: - poner una balda en el baño (por ejemplo debajo del lavado, haciendo esquina) porque no hay espacio para dejar los neceseres ni apoyar nada. - arreglar la contraventana, entra bastante luz.

Fantastic view of the beach right in front of the building. Owner not as responsive as they should have been. I was told somebody would be there when we arrived to show us where to store our bags. Nobody was there and it took quite done time to get an answer on what we needed to do. The WiFi was also not working at all.

• Guest (3/5): Je ne conseil pas - Pas grand chose hormis la literie pas trop mauvaise C est uniquement une petite chambre. Même la machine à café est sur le palier et sans café de disponible. Uniquement du thé. Bruyant dans l’immeuble et dans la rue car les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées du tout et ferment mal. Cela ressemble plus à une auberge de jeunesse. Le palier est une salle de pause pour étudiant. Ménage très limite énormément de poussière.

• Thi-Coralie (2/5): Avoid for more than one night! - Unfortunately, the view and the location are the only positive points of this room. For the price, everything in this room has to be reviewed: matress has to be changed as it is completely dead, cleaning has to be done properly as the floor in the bathroom was sticky, better quality towels would be appreciated as long as better quality shampoo and showel gel, and furniture and equipment need to be added in the room (kettle, coffee station and a sofa...).

La puerta estaba abierta cuando entramos. Las puertas de la terraza rotas, por lo que no cerraba del todo y entraba toda la luz. La puerta de la ducha rota, se salia todo el agua.

• Jane (9/5): - Excellent location, close to the beach, and the Old Town. We chose Room 8 for the space, and based on previous reviews, which was great with an extra big chair near the balcony. We had a partial sea view, which was hampered slightly by scaffolding up. But it wasn't an issue. Work started for a different part of the building around 8.30am but it didn't disturb us. The ability to make a hot drink was an added bonus. With the supply of a kettle, tea bags and coffee machine in the vestibule was great. Nothing

Además, podría haber pagado los dos días con anticipación. Y evitar el sufrimiento de los múltiples mensajes pidiendo el pago del segundo día. Yo, había dicho que pagaría en euros antes de alojarme, a la secretaria. Dijeron, que alguien iría a cobrar. Mmm! No apareció nadie. No me gustó! Además, es muy inseguro. Se accede, al piso por una puerta abierta. Ustedes, deberían informar mejor. En la vida, no es todo negocio. Bye

Lo que no nos gustó fue que en relación calidad precio las instalaciones son bastante mejorables como la ducha, que la cortina está fatal.

• Richard (7/5): Great location, not so great interior decoration - The location was great - easy walking to restaurants, bars, shopping and transportation. It was kind of like a university dorm - very plain with a sad common area. I thought I was getting a sea view, but didn’t only saw the buildings across the street and the scaffolding in front of the room next door (but there are rooms facing the sea). Not sure what was up with the random 20 digit WIFI password. Is there a serious WIFI theft problem in San Sebastián? Also, a shelf on the bathroom would be nice.
