• Thomas (8/5): Emplacement calme et appartement sympa - L'emplacement calme et sur l'île giudeca plus authentique! L'appartement est sympa et propre au sol ! Y avait tout draps, serviettes, matériel de cuisine et vaisselle.... Des moustiques, un accueil qui pourrait etre mieux (plusieurs appels avant ouverture, pas d'indication pour les poubelles), une bouilloire ou une vraie casserole avec manches pour servir du thé !

• uwe (9/5): Perfektes Ap. für einen guten Aufenthalt in der Lagune - Das Ap. liegt sehr ruhig und hat in der Nähe ( ca. 4-5 Minuten) die Anlegestelle Redentore von dieser man eine gute Verbindung in die Lagune und zum Bahnhof hat. Im Umfeld gibt es einige gute Restaurants und Bars mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Lagune. Supermarkt, Lebensmittelgeschäft und Metzgerei ganz in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und umfangreich - geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Es fehlt an fast nichts. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat bestens funktioniert.
• Shari (4/5): Underwhelming but could improve - Quiet location, nice looking kitchen, modern bathroom with excellent shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Dish washer and clothes were in good working condition. Overall, we were not comfortable with the cleanliness of the apartment as well as the flying and crawling insects. The kitchen area was sticky around the oven hood and microwave rack, the baseboards and decorative items were dusty. The sofa cover was torn and had paint on it. There were insufficient supplies for the duration of our stay such as laundry detergent, toilet tissue, coffee and bath towels. We were told this was the housekeeper’s error and they would reimburse us for our purchase. We were allowed to check without knowing the lounge ac unit was not working - someone came to look at it on the second day but it was not fixed. We were advised to flip the circuit breaker and if that did not work, drain the water. The circuit breaker flip did not work and a repair person was called on the fourth day. The bedroom ac unit was loud but I was assured it was “normal” so it was not addressed. The €40 tourist fee was waved due to the ac inconvenience. The support structure attached to the stairs in the entry makes us feel that perhaps the building is unsafe. (Management told us it was not their responsibility, but the building was perfectly safe.) Finally, when we tried to checkout early, they refused to refund any nights.
• Eli (9/5): great apt in very quiet, but easily reachable area. - great big apartment. the only place i stayed that was not cramped. even though i was traveling solo, it was really nice to have the space. for a family, this would really be awesome. i was happy to stay in a quieter area, on an island that’s not overrun with tourists which is easily reachable by the vaporetto (water bus) but if you must be in the center, this is not that.

• Yanina (10/5): Exceptional - Location is good. It's on Giudeca island, right in front of Venice old town. The vaporetto has a good frequency and takes you to Venice in a few minutes; also to Lido, Murano and Burano. It's better to buy a transportation card valid for several days, otherwise a one-way ticket is 9.50 EUR. The appartment was clean, spacious, with everything you need to cook, washing machine, AC, dishwasher, etc.

• Jo (8/5): Excellent location away from the busy main areas. Well serviced by the water bus and lots of restaurants and bars nearby - The location was great. At first we were concerned that we were not on the main island but soon realised that it was lovely to return to a quieter area after the tremendously busy main areas. Lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. The property could do with a lick of paint. Also, a tea towel would have come in useful.
