- Amy (4/5): Decepcion en toda regla, pero buena ubicación. - Muy buena comunicacion, facilidad para llegar y recibir las llaves del departamento, ubiacion a pasos de la U de C y cafeteria en la esquina del edificio, conserge amable. Requerimiento del arrendatario que no se fume en el piso y nada mas entrar apestaba a tabaco. Limpieza muy pobre, salpicaduras de algun tipo de bebida en la mesita de noche, pared de la habitacion con pintura desconchada, baño con manchas de moho en el techo, cocina con utencilios pobres, tostadora defectuosa (tienes que aguantarla con la mano para que tueste), sabanas con agujeros, taburetes de cocina ruidosos, pantalla de ordenador llena de polvo (puesta ahi, sin ningun sentido), limpieza general del suelo DEPLORABLE.
