• Amanda (10/5): Ramgarh Heritage pleasure. - We adored our three night stay at the WelcomHeritage Ramgarh. We were kindly upgraded upon arrival to a beautiful room in the original part of the hotel. We really appreciated this. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We ate all our meals at the hotel restaurant. Chef Thapar was so friendly and our meals were amongst the best we’ve eaten in India. My husband swam in the pool each day which was impeccably clean and refreshing. We loved the hotel so much but it is a little out of central Chandigarh.

The kitchen and the experienced chef , cater to your specific requirements too, if needed, and the restaurant staff are very polite and helpful. Ready to cater to your needs The menu is exhaustive , Very good menu for a big party , like a wedding. Breakfast was good , with ample options. The room and amenities are good . There were frequent power cuts, it took a while for the backup to come up . Hope they take care of it .

• Hashim (1/5): Worst stay for such a huge amount that too with such poor staff (sachin) - Nothing at all The best of their room which costed around 8k per night and it was extremely average...useless...the staff sachin at reception was very rude and very bad mannered and didnt help us at all with our booking...and we ended up paying 17.2k for 2 rooms that too for one suite room and one basic room...and he didnt compromise...their best room bathtub was useless and was leaking The pool isn't functional and it wasn't mentioned before and now they updated ... The snooker table charges were 700 per hour...which is 6 times the price in the 5 star hotels... We were treated like fools Hated this place
