Janine (8/5): Sehr schöne Hotel, gutes Hotel zum entspannen, freundliches Personal - Essen war alles sehr gut, Personal freundlich, super Lage zum entspannen. Jeden Abend haben sie sich ein kleines Programm einfallen lassen (Bingo, Live Musik) In unserem Zimmer ging die Dusche nicht richtig. Entweder nur eiskaltes Wasser und wenn man auf warm stellen wollte kam fast nix mehr an Wasser raus. Nicht gerade vorteilhaft, wenn es 30 Grad im Schatten hat.

Barbara (9/5): Der Urlaub war Spitze!!!! - Die Lage war super. Das Hotel bietet dem Gast sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und helfen wo es geht. Essen war auch sehr gut. Service alles TOP. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen!!!

Tom (7/5): Familiär geführtes Wellnesshotel mit leichten Defiziten - Das Hotel liegt recht gut in Fügen. Das Zimmer entsprach absolut unseren Vorstellungen. Das Essen ist gut und alternative Menues sind verfügbar. Frühstücksbuffet war ausgewogen. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Auf Wunsch und gegen Bezahlung auch überdacht. Leider hat die Dampfdusche in unserer Suite nicht funktionier. Dies ist anscheinend schon länger bekannt. Es würde keine Ersatzteile mehr geben. Das Wasser im Bad war in den Tempetaturen für ein Sportbecken, zu kalt für ein Wohlfühlbad! Sowohl Gegenstromanlage als auch Whirlbereich haben nicht funktioniert. Alle Punkte für ein Wellnesshotel eigentlich inakzeptabel. Die eigentliche Hotelbar ist geschlossen und die Bar vom Restaurant am ersten Abend mit einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft belegt.

Emanuel (9/5): Excellent stay in Fügen - The service staff at the hotel is very nice and friendly. There are a lot of cool amenities, like the adults only indoor pool (starting at age 16) and the family indoor pool. There is also an outdoor pool but we couldn't use that because of the weather. The game room and the gaming tables in the lobby are also a nice touch. My sister and I played board games almost every night. There is a snack time from 1pm to 5pm but this truly is like an extra meal. If you have the half board option you really don't need a meal at lunch time. There is plenty of food at snack time. It is also nice that the breakfast and dinner times are extended. Breakfast until 11am and dinner until 9pm. Sometimes the vegetarian dishes were very dry. I had a dumpling dish once and a mushroom dish the following day and both dishes could have used a nice gravy. All the meat/fish dishes usually came with that and that was the only thing that was a little out of order. The hotel seems to be very environmentally conscious, so I was very surprised that they exchanged the towels on a daily basis. Most hotels these days only exchange the towels when you put them on the floor.
