The property is both roomy and - Our group consisted of fifteen individuals, and we arranged for two houses to accommodate everyone. We contacted the host to facilitate our stay in adjacent chalets, and they kindly complied with our request. Communication with the host was highly efficient. The accommodation is conveniently located only a five-minute walk (slightly uphill) from the Marchenwald slope, providing almost ski-in and ski-out access. Additionally, there is a ski-pass ticket machine situated at the base of the Zirbenwaldbahn lift, allowing guests to obtain ski passes when ski out from the accommodation. Be sure to bring condiments (oil, sugar, salt, pepper) if you are preparing meals in house.

• Erich (8/5): Die Unterkunft kann im Großen und Ganzen empfohlen werden. - Besonders gefallen haben der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer auf die Berge sowie die Sauna im Untergeschoß. Auch der sehr große Kühlschrank war ansprechend. Die Betten sind bequem und die Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 erwachsene Personen. Die Einrichtung ist modern-rustikal, passt zur Umgebung. Alles ist sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir werden trotzdem wahrscheinlich nicht wiederkommen, was aber nicht an der Unterkunft sondern am doch recht überschaubaren Schigebiet liegt. Der Schistall befindet sich im Untergeschoß und von dort ist die beschriebene leichte Erreichbarkeit der Pisten über einen Weg auch bei guter Schneelage nicht gegeben. Wir haben uns mit dem Schidepot in der Talstation der Kornockbahn beholfen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eindeutig zu wenige Steckdosen. Der Fernseher befindet sich über der Sitzgarnitur und kann daher nur von max. 4 Personen bequem eingesehen werden. Bei Vollbelegung (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) ist der Platz schon sehr knapp, insbes. der Stauraum für Bekleidung.

• Věra (8/5): - Krásný objekt, s krásným výhledem. Na sjezdovku se muselo dojíždět autem. Neupravené parkovací stání u domu. Neodhrnutý sníh, který se přes noc stal ledovou plotnou. Jeden účastník si první den dovolené na tomto místě zlomil ruku.

• Sanja (8/5): Nice chalet, cleaning should be improved - beautifully designed chalet, also very nice furniture and kitchen, great sauna! the cleaning left to be desired. For a fee of 250 euros, I expected immaculate - but it was far from that. The living room had a weird smell, there was hair (maybe dog?) on the couch, the bedroom floor was not clean, we found left overs (pills) onnthe floor. The fridge had a strong smell.
• Silke (6/5): Schönes Haus mit einigen Abstrichen - Das Haus ist von der Größe angenehm. Wir waren aber auch nur mit 4 Personen dort. Saunabereich ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Weg zur Skipiste nicht weit. Leider nicht so sauber im Haus. Sehr dicke Staubschicht auf Holzwand, Fußleisten schmutzig, Waschbecken lief nicht ab. Vermieter nimmt nicht am Gästekartenprogramm teil, so dass Skipässe teurer bezahlt werden müssen als mit Gästekarte.
• Michael (7/5): Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen, aber insbesondere die Parkplatzsituation sollte verbessert werden. - Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich sehr geräumig mit drei Badezimmern. Die Parkplatzsituation war sehr schlecht. Ausreichend Parkplätze standen nicht zur Verfügung. Entgegen der Beschreibung liegt die Unterkunft nicht an der Piste und man muss entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zum Lift. Obwohl das Haus recht neu ist wirkte es an einigen Stellen schon etwas abgewohnt und die Ausstattung in der Küche war etwas dürftig.

• Ingrid (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in tollem Ambiente - Tolle Unterkunft (Doppelhaushälfte), Erdgeschoss und 2 Untergeschosse Hanglage, gute Größe, schön eingerichtet und viel Platz in der Küche, wunderschöner Ausblick, gute Lage, 10-15min zu Fuß bergauf zum See oder zur Liftstation, bei viel Schnee auch entlang einer Straße und über Bach und Wald direkt runter zur Piste. Kleiner eingezäunter Bereich auf Kellerniveau gemeinsam mit Nachbarheinheit zum Spielen für Kinder. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation nicht ganz so optimal, keine fix zugewiesenen Parkplätze bei jeder Einheit, sie sollten fix zugewiesen sein, sonst parken andere dort. Toaster hat gefehlt. Leider ist der Skischuhtrockner im Keller, und es gibt von außen keinen Zugang dorthin, dh man muss sie 2 Stockwerke hin und hertragen.

• Bojan (5/5): Not sure it is good value for money - location was ideal noise from the other part of the building was very disturbing. The sanitary e.g.drainage in SPA area was not functional, flooding the whole area upon showering. Couch was very uncomfortable. The "half-chalet" would not have been ideal for two families. Lucky, contrary to our plans, we were a family of 4.
• Balazs (9/5): Perfect ski holiday for largee - Fantastic location, lodges in the forest… (it is not too easy to find) Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. It was perfect for 9 people from 3 families to enjoy a ski vacation. Easy to access the ski resort… you can ski in and out from the house. The sauna after ski is marvelous! Not easy to find, and the instruction received was not self explanatory…(should be registered on google maps)… Parking is a bit challanging.
• Christoph (5/5): - Simple Kundenwünsche (wir waren insgesamt 4 Familien mit denselben An- und Abfahrtsdaten die zusammen in einem Doppelhaus wohnen wollten, dies wurde uns auch nach Rückfrage zugesagt aber war dann ohne Begründung doch nicht möglich) werden nicht berücksichtigt. Generell muss man bei der Kommunikation die Kundenfreundlichkeit mit der Lupe suchen. Schlafräume sind ohne Ablageflächen sehr klein und die Matratzen bieten keinen guten Schlaf. Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sind gut, aber das war es auch schon. Es handelt sich offensichtlich um ein Investitionsobjekt, das von Deutschland aus betreut wird aber ohne persönliche Ansprechperson vor Ort bzw ohne das jemand außer dem Reinigungspersonal vor Ort nach dem Rechten sieht. (Staubsauger hat bei Gebrauch extrem gestunken und die Geschirrspültaps waren schimmlig). Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.

• Réka (9/5): Great apartment with perfect view and sauna - The accommodation is 1st class both in design and convenience. Nice location and easy access by car. Love the fact that everybody has a bedroom and upstairs the livingroom is really for socializing. The sauna comes also handy after the whole day skiing. If there is anything to mention, it would be great to have an access to the lower road from 3B & 4A houses for easier access to the slopes or even by foot as this way you need to go around.

• Nikola (9/5): - Lijepa kuća na dobroj lokaciji, svega 5 minuta hoda od centralnog dijela skijališta. Domaćin putem poruka ljubazan i uslužan. Sauna je bonus. Kuća je mogla biti čišća, TV je kompliciran i daljinski ne reagira bez obzira na upute koje smo dobili kako koristiti.

• Emília (10/5): Pihentető napok gyönyörű környezetben - Gyönyörű kilátás nyílt a házból. Szép környezet, nyugodt környék fogadott bennünket. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt volt. Mélyhűtő, Nespresso és filteres kávéfőző is rendelkezésre állt. Az ágyak kényelmesek, kettő szoba terasszal rendelkezett. A modern, szép bútorok és az igényes berendezés igazán otthonossá tették a helyet. A szauna és a hozzá kapcsolódó pihenőrész különösen tetszett. Ilyen nem volt.

• Brigitte (8/5): Erholungswert eins plus !!! - Traumhafte Lage!!! Viel Platz im Haus, tolle Sauna, Küchenausstattung reichlich. Dank dem Schlüsselsafe und Code konnte jeder von uns jederzeit ins Haus. Es gab pro Person nur 1 Dusch- und 1 Handtuch für 10 Tage. Je 2 wäre bei der Zeitspanne schöner. Im Urlaub will man nicht unbedingt waschen. Die Hausnummer war umständlich zu finden, besonders im Halbdunkel. Nette Anwohner waren uns behilflich. Die Schotterwege an der Anlage sind weder fürs Auto noch zu Fuß angenehm. Bei Trockenheit stauben sie furchtbar, bei Regen gibt es Sturzbäche in den Rinnen.

• Stanislav (8/5): Nice and just a short walk to the slope. More thoughtful and caring host would make it even better. - The place is quite well located, though it is not easy to find it. The instructions we got before the arrival were not clear enough. We expected the chalet to be ski in ski out which is correct, but it takes some 5-10 minutes of ski boots walk to get to the slope and the road is quite dangerous when it is slippery. The sauna is a big bonus and the place is spacious and quite cozy. The heating can be controlled separately in each room which is very convenient. The beds are on the softer side but quite comfortable. Kitchen with dining room and living room are well designed and comfortable but be aware you need to bring everything to cook there including salt, oil and coffee. It would make a lot for customer satisfaction for very little money if you would find some 10 nesspresso capsules for the machine there and a few grams of salt when you arrive. Also some map with instructions on how to get to the slopes and whether you can buy skipass there would make nice impression with no effort and at zero cost. The host was not very responsive. There were several messages sent via booking with no reply. Some 2 days before arrival we changed number of guests and the bed linens for that one extra person were not there when we arrived so 1 of us had to sleep without it. The next day it had to be reminded to the host and then he arranged them. No apology no extra effort to make the guests happy. The kitchen is quite poorly equipped but you find most of what you need there. The biggest disadvantage is that the chalet has 3 stories and the ski room is on the lowest floor while the entrance is on the top floor. It is not clear why you cannot access the nearby road to the slopes right from the ground floor which would make it much more comfortable and save you some walking in ski boots. There is a door on the gorund floor next to ski room, but you cannot use them as you would only get to the small fenced backyard. Also, be aware the heating is via heat pump and the boiler room is on the ground floor and so you will hear noises from the boiler room in all of the bedrooms on the floor above.

• Jason (4/5): Disappointing - Good location. You can go direct on the ski resort from the apartment. To get back you have to walk about 50m uphill. The apartment cleaning is not the best. There was someone with an animal before us and there was a lot of hair on the floor and couch. In one bathroom was a dirty towel.

• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the apartment and had an awesome time! From the apartment it’s a 5 min walk to the ski lift. In our opinion the whole town was in a walkable distance. We also enjoyed walking around the lake. The apartment has comfy beds and there was enough space for our group out of 7 persons. The kitchen was very well equipped. The sauna was awesome! When we arrived everything was very clean. Highly recommended! Our experience was very good so, overall there is nothing to claim. But what we can mention is: The location of the ski room is not good in our opinion, as you have to move with all your stuff from the top floor to the lowest floor. And we missed something to remove the snow. As we arrived the parking lot was full of snow, and no snow shovel was available. We managed by asking the neighbors.
