• Andreas (8/5): Tolle Lage, ruhige Wohnung - Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und der Zugang zur Wohnung wurde uns detailliert erklärt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und bietet genügend Platz für Familie oder Freunde. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es in der Wohnung ruhig. Ich denke, wenn die schon in anderen Bewertungen genannten Mängel im Bad behoben werden würden, würde die Unterkunft eine Top-Bewertung erhalten. - Bad-Tür lässt sich nicht richtig schließen - Duschkopf lässt sich nicht an der Halterung befestigen - Schimmel an der Duschkabine.

• Athina (7/5): - The apartment itself was lovely, beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfectly located. For the quality you get, it’s definitely value for money. We had a very stressful experience with the check‑in process. Be aware that late check‑in is not possible, and the host is extremely strict with their policies. The host made it clear that if we didn’t arrive exactly within their check‑in hours, they would mark us as a “no‑show” and cancel the whole reservation. I spent too much time communicating with Booking.com because the host stopped responding at some point, and I needed reassurance that we wouldn’t lose all our money. After a lot of effort, we finally managed to check in next day and stay for the rest of the days. It was a stressful situation that could have been handled with more flexibility and clearer communication.

• SIROPT (9/5): Appartement très propre et très calme au cœur de Vérone - Appartement très propre, spacieux et absolument calme, alors qu’il est situé en plein centre de Vérone. On est à quelques pas de la Piazza delle Erbe, des commerces, restaurants et des lieux remarquables à visiter. L’accueil est bien organisé, l’hôte a facilité notre séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement parfait pour découvrir la ville.

• Svetlana (8/5): good apartment in the old center - a nice large apartment in the centre of the old town, the host is very responsive and accommodating, with very fast and easy communication; the staff member waited for us at the apartment, and we were allowed to check in an hour earlier which was very convenient. Overall a good stay. There is one AC in the corridor, but it cools the whole apartment with no issues. The apartment needs some attention overall, like the drain in the shower was semi-blocked, and we had to unblock it removing the hair stuck in it; the bathroom door does not close properly; the floor was not clean which is not really noticeable as it is a dark parquet floor in most part of the apartment, however after a few steps barefoot it was obvious that we need to wear shoes inside. The AC main switch is not fit well and loses connection if touched—make sure you follow the "do not touch" note on the switch in the bathroom. Really nothing major and easy to fix, but adds up overall.
• Anita (9/5): Location was perfection and noise level was super minimal. Comfortable and super spacious. - The girl who met us to drop of the keys was so so sweet. She helped us with our luggage, explained everything we needed and gave recommendations, made us feel very welcome and that is so important for first impression. The apartment location was exactly what we were looking for, nice and quiet from street sounds but steps away from everything you need and sites. We traveled with our 2.5 year old who still takes afternoon naps so to be able to go back to the apartment in the afternoon was really important and not to hear parties outside in the evening. Beds were nice and firm which is how we like them, plenty of extra towels, linens, soap etc all stocked, the baby cot was also really good and sturdy enough. It was like staying at your nonna's house:) It was a bit dark inside the apartment as some of the lights did not work/did not have light bulbs in them, not that big a deal in the grand scheme of things. The air conditioner did not work but we also did not need this in May as weather was mild but this might be important for people travelling in high summer so make sure to ask if it works! The shower is quite narrow so might not be comfortable for a larger person but doable. We did hear the neighbour/s cat doing zoomies in the night and also the moving of chairs and what not, again not a big deal unless you sleep early or are sensitive to noise.
• Susan (7/5): Great location in the heart of Verona - Great location in the heart of Verona. Comfortable and clean. The apartment is dark and the kitchen old. Small kettle only big enough for one cup. Only 3 mugs so had to keep washing instead of using the dishwasher.
• Pennyjd (7/5): Verona Great location - The location was perfect for all sites. Very helpful host. We were able to check in a couple of hours earlier, which was great. It had everything you needed. Apartment is in need of updating but was in a traditional style and very clean with comfy beds.

Train station is like a 20 minute walk away but this apartment is bang in centre of shops etc and restaurants but also nicely hidden away. Security was 10/10 with three keys to get us in safely.

Quiet, clean, very functional with s - My wife and I along with another couple spent 2 nights at Santa Cecilia apartments and were very pleased with the accomodation: The location was just the best: in a very quiet alley, litterally steps away from the best pastry shops, coffee shops and food specialty shops, 5 minutes away from the place of herbs. Our entire stay in Verona was done without our car that we had left in a public free parking 10 minutes away from the apartment. We only brought the car on the day we left to load the suitcases. The apartment was very comfortable and clean (I do yoga in the morning and since I did not bring a mat, I exercised on the floor and appreciated the cleanliness of the wooden floor in the living room. The style was simple and tasteful. We liked that the kitchen is separated from the sleeping quarters so that when I ran the coffee maker early in the morning I did not wake up our friends who are waking up later. We did not cook meals but had our breakfast in the morning in the kitchen and appreciated the Nespresso machines and for people who stay longer, and want to eat on site, the fridge and freezer of large capacity may be very valuable Everything in the apartment was functional and easy to use. The elevator next to the lobby of the apartment made it easy to carry luggage and shopping bags. There was nothing we did not like. The shower in the bathroom is small but very functional and this was not an issue for us

• Barbara (9/5): Wonderful flat in the city center! - The location was so perfect in the center of the city. The propery manager was so responsive and helpful. He gave us many restaurant and cafe recommendations. The living room was not that comfortable. There was no coffee table or foot stools for hanging out. There was a dining table and a couch-that's all. Other thing was a lack of a bedside lamp near one of the twin beds. So, small thinks, otherwise it was nice.

• Luke (10/5): Exceptional - Superb location in the old town. Incredibly quiet considering its location. The main bedroom probably has one extra closet than is needed. There is plenty of storage in the farthest closet, and the removal of one of the closets would make the bedroom feel more spacious.
