His welcome was genuinely gracious and heartfelt. I enjoyed a restful night’s sleep throughout my stay, and the accommodation's central location made it all the more convenient. • Kenny (10/5): - 정말 최고의 숙소였습니다. 위치도 최고였고 청결도나 구비되어 있는 물품도 완벽했습니다. 도보 3분 이내로 해변이나 산타바바라 성이나 시내 입구까지 이동이 가능하며 비치에서 즐길 수 있도록 매트나 우산, 공이나 탁구 공, 라켓, 우산 등 고객을 생각하는 마음이 남달랐습니다. 특히 주인 아저씨윽 마음씨가 너무너무 친절해서 좋았습니다. 제가 알리칸테에 머문기간 동안 비가 많이 왔지만 마치 자기 잘못인냥 미안하신지 저희를 공항까지 태워주시는 친절함에 정말 놀랐습니다. 다시한번 주인 아저씨에게 감사드리며 적극 추천합니다!! 없습니다.

• Wioleta (8/5): Kleine Wohnung, tolle Lage und sehr netter Gastgeber - Mir hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem, und er ist sofort gekommen und hat uns geholfen. Die Lage ist super – sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist klein, eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung, aber für eine kleine Familie reicht sie aus. Wir waren zu dritt und für uns war es genug. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner gibt, was sehr praktisch ist. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher und nur wenige Fenster (ein großes und ein kleines). Für uns war das aber kein großes Problem, weil wir sowieso meistens draußen gegessen haben und den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.
• Anna (8/5): Najlepszy Gospodarz - Lokalizacja doskonała to ogromny plus, blisko plaża, restauracje, sklepy, przystanek autobusowy i do wszystkich atrakcji można dojść na piechotę. Gospodarz Vincent bardzo uroczy i gościnny, niesamowity człowiek. Czułyśmy się bezpiecznie i zaopiekowane. Łóżka piętrowe, materace wygodne. W mieszkaniu znajduje się ekspres, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki, jest w pełni wyposażone. Mieszkanie jest mniejsze niż na zdjęciach i wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia, czuć taki stęchły zapach.

• Magdalena (10/5): - We had a great stay at this apartment. Two big highlights really stood out: First, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, in a lovely building facing Santa Bárbara hill and the Santa Maria Basilica. It’s just a short walk to the beautiful beach, close to all nice tapas bars, yet very quiet at night with no car traffic at all. The second highlight was the host, Vicente. He was very kind, attentive, and took great care of us throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and well looked after. Highly recommended!
• Carol (10/5): - The apartamento Villavieja was a fantastic place to stay. The location is easy walking distance to the beach, public transport, restaurants and attractions. The apartamento is very comfortable and well set up. Vicente is a brilliant host who is very helpful and thoughtful.

• Olesea (9/5): Casa en pleno casco antiguo de Alicante, en una zona tranquila. - En pleno casco antiguo, cerca de playa Posteguet, y de todo los transportes posibles, aeropuerto, AVE, transporte público. Vicente el anfitrión muy amable nos recogió en la estación y a la salida nos acerco en coche a la estación de AVE. La casa está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios.
• Daniela (9/5): - O apartamento tem uma localização fantástica, fica numa rua silenciosa o que é otimo para descansar mas ao descer a rua estamos perto de tudo (restaurantes, praia, bares). É ainda mais cómodo e espaçoso do que nas fotos. Equipado com tudo (guarda sol, cadeiras de praia, ferro de passar, steamer, tudo). Os beliches além de serem de casal são super confortáveis. A amabilidade e disponibilidade do senhor Vicente é 5*.

• Piotr (10/5): - Jest tutaj wszystko czego potrzebuję rodzina żeby odpocząć po intensywnym dniu zwiedzania i zabaw na plaży. Apartament czysty z klimatem , bardzo blisko wielu restauracji, nad mieszkaniem góruje zamek świętej Barbary który warto zobaczyć, bardzo blisko do plaży . Właściciel przemiły człowiek który tworzy bardzo fajny klimat że zaraz po wyjeździe chce się wracać tutaj spowrotem i napewno tutaj wrócimy.
• tomasz (10/5): Alicante jest piękne. Pogoda gwarantowana, plaża znakomita, mnóstwo miejsc do zwiedzania. - Zawsze oceniam dwa kryteria: lokalizację i wyposażenie apartamentu. Tutaj lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, wyposażenie zaś pełne i praktycznie wszystkie sprzęty są nowe. Ponadto właściciel jest super.
• Andre (10/5): Great retreat for a little vacation! - Vincente, the owner is really sweet and kind, he will help you with anything and everything you desire. The location is great, just outside the busy center and only a short walk from the beach. The interior has recently been renovated, so everything is new and modern. Thin walls, you can hear the street and neighbors. (It’s probably like that with most houses in the area though.) Bring earplugs and you will be golden.
• Oleksandra (10/5): Great - The location is great very close to the center of the city and beach. Also, it is next to tourist hot spots of the city. The flat has all facilities you need. The host and his assistant Vincente are very friendly and helpful. It was a bit hot as I stayed during August. The flat does not have air conditioner but it has fans on the ceiling.
