de Kruijff (10/5): Supermooie en ruim verblijf in een mooie omgeving - De woonkamer is enorm groot met een gezellig ingerichte eetruimte. Alles was netjes en compleet (handdoeken, beddegoed, wc-papier, afwasblokjes enz). Supergave omgeving met winkels op loopafstand met een bakker voor de broodjes in de ochtend. Echt een aanrader en mooier dan verwacht. Eigenlijk niets

Zhitong (1/5): extremely disappointing stay - Do not choose this hotel, the landlord will make up reasons to deduct your deposit! I Would give them minus one star after I was charged 137 Euro of So-called garbage disposal fee, dishwashing fee, table damage fee. Please see attached pictures and let me know,where are the garage, dirty dishes and damaged dinning table? Actually I 've cleaned everything, no any table was damaged. These photos were made at 9:58am ofJanuary 2nd when I was checking out. - Unreasonable and arbitrary charges without any explanation,refusing to refund. -The sound insulation of the house is poor, every night I hear the footsteps and conversations of the residents upstairs. -One of the bedrooms in my two-bedroom apartment is on the other side of the stairs, and I have to go through the lock in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. -The wooden floor is worn out and full of scratches. -The plug in the bathtub is always leaking and there is no hot water after 7pm every night...
Michelle (5/5): Not interested in returning to this property. - St Johann in Tirol is wonderful. Property is close to supermarket, hiking trails, and easy access to nearby mountain towns. Apartment is spacious. 1) host gave us the wrong code to the key lockbox, multiple times; not ideal when trying to get into the apartment after a long trip. 2) two of the bedrooms are down in the basement... little daylight, bit stuffy. 3) living area is very spacious but lacks the coziness of your typical Austrian chalet. 4) construction happening at the neighboring lot meant constant and incessant noise, starting early morning. You'd expect that's something that the host would warn its guests about ahead of time and/or compensate for. They didn't! 5) host was more interested in collecting every last cent of the booking (and actually overcharged us) than asking us about how our stay had been. Bit disappointing. They must have recognized that since we received an apology from the host after the fact by SMS.
