• llinasenc (7/5): Spacious and clean - The appartment was clean and renovated. We found that a microowen is a must. The location is a bit far from city centre, and the bus stop, although it was nearly in front, didn't help as the bus driver didn't understand us and buying the tickets was a nightmere.

• Steven (10/5): Clean and spacious! - Very spacious and clean appartment. Nearby train station (10 minute walk), but also a bus stop in front of the building. Open air swimming pool is in this part of Ulm, great with kids! It's outside of the city center (but we knew that) and can be a bit noisy with the train tracks nearby
• D.Y. (9/5): - New, modern interior and utilities. Close to train/bus station, supermarkets, restaurants. Availability of washing machine and dish washer. Fifth floor, so many stairs. Top floor, so can be quite warm. Bit noisy because of trains.

• Rachel (9/5): Nice place - Easy walk from the train station and takes you right past the grocery store. The residence was very clean and simple accommodations. There was no actual staff because it is an apartment but the apartment owner was very communicative when we had questions. I cooked both nights so the kitchen was nicely stocked. We stayed there with three young boys and it worked well for us. Has a washer and a drying rack with a huge shower and bathtub. If I'm being particular there could have been an extra pillow or two as they were fairly thin but honestly nothing really to complain about.

• Caren (9/5): - Badezimmer ist top, Wohnung sauber und gepflegt. Bei Buchung bitte auf die vierte Etage hinweisen- für gehbehinderte Personen eine Herausforderung. Und die Parkplatzsituation ist problematisch, weil man kein Tagesticket lösen kann.

• Madleen (6/5): Für eine kurze Zeit in Ordnung - Moritz ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der direkt auf Nachfragen reagiert hat. Die Lage war für uns genau richtig zentral. Parkplätze sind an der Straße mit Glück verfügbar. -Aufgrund der Lage Nähe der Bahngleise, hört man die Züge beim offenen Fenster sehr stark. - hätten wir gewusst, dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock Altbau ist (sehr hellhörig!) hätten wir sie mit Kleinkind + Opa eher nicht gebucht. - die Haustür ist von innen nicht abschließbar gewesen, auch hier mit Kleinkind super gefährlich. - optisch alles ansprechend eingerichtet, aber beim genaueren hinsehen leider eher etwas enttäuschend: (- 2/2 Plissee defekt und keine Vorhänge, eins komplett ohne Abdunklung, - Kaffeemaschine auf Fotos sichtbar aber nicht in der Wohnung, die Bettdecken u Zimmer rochen extrem nach Schweiß und die Betten haben bei jedem Drehen gequietscht, Die Haken im Bad sind immer wieder abgefallen und für uns war es zu wenig Besteck ,WC Papier und Küchenhandtücher.)

• Martin (9/5): - Sehr schön hergerichtete Wohnung. Bad sehr comfortabel. Der Vermieter hat sich bei Fragen schnell gemeldet und war sehr hilfsbereit . Sofa im Wohnzimmer unbequem, zu wenig Besteck.

• Gertjan (6/5): - Schoon en net opgeknapt. Geen airco of ventilatie aanwezig, enorm warm en verre van comfortabel op zomerse dagen. In de nacht nog steeds warm met als gevolg slechte nachtrust..... Daarnaast behoorlijk wat geluidoverlast (ook in de nacht.....) in de vorm van het treinspoor dat zich in de nabijheid bevind.
