- Sandeep (5/5): Good property with bad caretaker - Good property at a good location. The flat is well decorated with sturdy furnishings The caretaker is absolutely useless and doesn’t have a good attitude. When we entered the flat the toilet seat was broken, there was no soap in the bathroom, the microwave was very dirty from inside and the bathroom had no floor towels. When we highlighted all this he gave some flimsy excuse and disappeared. We had to follow up and get things done which is very time consuming

If only a look by cleaning stuff into the cleaning of spoons and utensus especially the tea cups and please change the electric tea cattle is there dirt and rust and the toilet seat fixed Overall good experience..

- Harish (6/5): Could have been a good stay. - Excellent location and comfortable for a family of 3 or 4. Basic amenities are provided. Free covered parking is provided. It would have been ideal for is if not for the horrible experience we had. We had a poor experience for which I am not blaming the owners but I think they could have handled it better. We lost water supply at night around 11. We could not use the washrooms. We texted the caretaker and owner but no one saw our messages. In the morning there was water in the taps (and flush) but only for half an hour. Only one person who got up early was able to use the toilet. We left the property in the morning without using the washroom and went to a hotel nearby to freshen up. The owners apologised to us and tried getting a water tanker but it was a bit too late for us.

- Kuber (9/5): Pleasant , comfortable stay. - Property is same as shown in the pictures. Well ventilated , tidy and close to the temple. The sheets in bedroom were not very clean . Seemed like they were not changed after the last guest left.

Curley provided was a little dirty when we took the suite. But that’s ok. I’m sure the team will be more careful about this going forward. Will stay here again for sure.

The mini studio Appartment is just perfect small place for a neuclear family . Just a small little request with the vinodji to keep the Appartment well cleaned . The nature of the owner and the caretaker all are very helpful and polite .the atmosphere around is very good . Highly recommended place 👍👍 Just a humble request to keep the Appartment well cleaned.

Also, everything was kept ready for us.. attention to detail was great! Very happy! The night time watchman should not be partial with the guests. Had an argument with him regarding parking space.
