• Stefania (8/5): - Siamo stati nell appartamento dove si vedono i due letti nella stessa stanza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, due adulti e due bambini piccoli 😊 I bambini si sono trovati molto bene. Appartamento confortevole, pulito, spazioso. Bagno e cucina comodi. Vicino al centro di Verona, basta attraversare il ponte a piedi. Proprietaria gentile, risponde velocemente ai messaggi. TV, appartamento caldo, wifi, frigo, cucina a gas ecc.. Ci sono le tende alle finestre, che si possono alzare e abbassare. C è l ascensore, comodo per valige e passeggino. Molto carino anche il bar che si trova nello stesso marciapiede, abbiamo fatto li le colazioni. Ha vicino anche la farmacia. Posteggio auto strisce blu 1€ l'ora dalle 8 alle 20.

• Anne Marie (8/5): Perfekt location, nice view, big rooms, clean. - Nice view, big rooms, clean, great location, good beds also if one is a bit soft. I will come back. The AC is very old and they make a lot of noice. We did not use the AC but is was not a problem as you can get fresh air from the 2 windows/terrace doors.

• Gabriele (4/5): - La posizione Il/La titolare ci ha lasciati fuori dalla porta di entrata 20 minuti con 0 gradi all'esterno prima di aprirci in attesa che inviassimo la foto dei documenti etc anziché preoccuparsi che glie li inviassimo prima del nostro arrivo. Le coperte erano macchiate e leggere per la stagione in cui ci troviamo. Bastava così poco per avere un voto decisamente maggiore, peccato!
• francesco (2/5): - L’unica cosa buona della struttura è la posizione Appartamento sporco, riscaldamenti non funzionanti, pavimento completamente bagnato dall’umidità ed ormai muffa alle pareti. In bagno manca la tenda alla finestra.
• Enzo (5/5): Al di sotto delle attese - Il vero valore aggiunto è la posizione, a due passi dal centro. Per il resto la struttura sembra un po improvvisata, piuttosto piccola per 4 ospiti, non particolarmente pulita, impianto elettrico malmesso e non completamente funzionante. Letti non molto comodi e cuscini assolutamente non adeguati. L'ingresso e le scale sono in ristrutturazione, quindi non particolarmente accoglienti almeno in questo periodo.

• ROBERTO (8/5): - Estaba relativamente cerca de las calles principales, en 5 minutos caminando estabas al principio de una de las calles principales con más restaurantes y tiendas. A lo mejor en diez o doce minutos caminando ya estabas en el centro histórico. Tranquilo. Que en el baño faltaba una cortina para que los de los balcones de enfrente y al lado (dos alojamientos) no te vieran ducharte o haciendo tus necesidades. Tuve que poner una toalla de ducha para mantener nuestra intimidad. La ducha pegada al retrete sin separación. Dos ceniceros en el balcón que habían usado (supongo los anteriores inquilinos) y estaban llenos de ceniza y colillas, con el consiguiente pestazo.
• Rosa Anna (9/5): - La posizione è eccellente, ideale per chi, come me, aveva impegni nella vicina università, ma anche per qualsiasi turista. L'appartamento è carino e arredato in modo essenziale ma piacevole. Impagabile l'ascensore che si muove solo se si tiene premuto il tasto del piano al quale si vuole salire. Alcuni dettagli che si potrebbero migliorare: nella stanza ci sono due sgabelli che possono fungere da comodini, ma non c'è alcuna illuminazione vicino al letto. Nel bagno esiste un solo piccolo gancio sul muro e non c'è dove appoggiare o appendere le proprie cose e gli asciugamani. Il cucinino è simpatico, ma piuttosto singolare: l'unica presa non è raggiungibile da nessuno dei piccoli (microonde e macchina per il caffè) o grandi (frigorifero) elettrodomestici, a meno che non li si sposti dal punto in cui li si trova posizionati (non ho provato ad attaccare il frigorifero, perché per una notte non ne avevo bisogno, ma avrei dovuto infilarmi sotto il tavolo). Forse basterebbe una ciabatta con prolunga? Inoltre i coltelli non tagliano, ma questa è una piccola scomodità comune a tutte le locazioni turistiche che ho avuto occasione di visitare. Le prese in generale sono piuttosto vecchie. Poi l'appartamentino può ospitare 4 persone, ma offre in tutto 4 grucce appendiabiti, forse un po' poche (tanto più che non c'è attaccapanni). E infine: non ho trovato un ferro da stiro. Migliorare questi dettagli renderebbe l'appartamento ottimo anche per permanenze più lunghe e non di una sola notte come la mia. Quanto a me ho apprezzato comunque il soggiorno e anche le capsule per il caffè, quindi grazie all'host.

Parcheggio difficile da trovare. Un paio di scalini in casa da segnalare 😅😂 Un po’ rumorosa la mattina perché finestre su strada.
• Giulia (8/5): Ottimo ma da migliorare - La posizione dell'appartamento è decisamente il punto forte della casa e con un bel kit di benvenuto. La pulizia dell'appartamento era sufficiente, alcuni punti della cucina non erano pulitissimi e il divano letto blu aveva delle macchie, ma nel complesso accettabile. Nel nostro caso non cerano problemi ma se qualcuno ha disabilità potrebbe riscontrare dei problemi nei due gradini all'interno della casa (anche se servito da montacarichi)

Owner allowed us to store our luggage before room was available Shower rocked as not secured to the wall safely. Kitchen bench stuck out making it hard to enter kitchen, also shelves in bedroom a hazard with pointy edges. Very sterile space, no artwork on the walls. Only 1 coffee pod offered. Overpriced for what was offered
• Kay (3/5): Beyond basic property in a great location. - The apartment looked nothing like the apartment pictured on the website. The wet room included a toilet almost under the shower, within the shower curtain area. The toilet was in view of a window that was overlooked, with no blind or tinted glass. We had to cover the window for privacy to use the toilet. The room felt damp and there wasn’t even an electric kettle. Something I find shocking in 2025. We wouldn’t visit again. The location was perfect. The host was a great communicator. The check in and check out was easy.

• Carolyn (3/5): Poor - While the mattress was very comfortable and the heating worked well, everything else was of a very low standard. We booked for 1 night. It was a very stressful and complicated check in process requiring 3 different Apps plus constant internet access. It took multiple WhatsApp conversations over two days. At least two people who replied on the WhatsApp Messenger for this property requested the city tax be paid via PayPal before they would give check in information. (even after I paid and sent them proof). Once we finally got into the apartment, it was like student accommodation. The bedding consisted of lumpy, thin, very old pillows and a single blanket that covered only 2/3rds of the width of the bed. The external, roll up blind on the glass balcony door only went up 1/2 way. The miss-matched crockery was chipped and multiple other things were broken or missing. The bathroom smelt bad. We did not use anything in the kitchen or take a shower and left very early the next day.

• Ovidiu (6/5): A pleasent place, a short walking distance from the old town. - For a short stay the place is OK. IT is quiet, not far from the old town. God size bathroom and also it has a small balcony. The picture on the site is not actually the unit you will stay in. The host have a few units and the pictures are from the nicest unit. The layout is kind of weird, with a feeling of a cramped space. The bed is in the corner of a small room which is not comfortable for the person sleeping by the wall. For a short stay, one or two nights is Ok.
• Paul (5/5): When on holiday you should be able to relax. Someone else should look after everything for you. - The apartment was a good size and the location was perfect for access to the old town. Plenty of small supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. Shower had good pressure, Nice big fridge with complimentarty water bottle This property was in need of some TLC. Whilst no one thing was that bad, collectively the numerous issues made our stay less than acceptable. Depsite having an instruction to operate the lift, we were not able to do. neither were building workers who we met during our stay. This meant we had to climb numerous flights of stairs with heavy luggage. We were not able to open both doors so the space to access the apartment was tiny. Numerous light bulbs were not working. The one over the step just in side the apartment was a concern. We had a coffee maker and a microwave but no adapter so unable to use on our first morning. We purchased both adaptor and toilet paper as that was also noticeble by its absence. Unusally there were no instructions for the various serices in the apartment. (air cons, TV, Coffee maker etc, etc). This meant we had no airconditioning in the bedroom on the first night. It turned out there was a sockeet near the floor that need to be turned on. It was extremely hot and the fan on a stand did little to help. The air conditioners were extremy old and exrtremely noisy. The toilet seat was not fixed to the fittings so remained a challenge at times. We were provided with one tiny bar of soap and just 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 of soap gel. This for 2 people for a 3 night stay. The sensor lights on the stair wells werre not in sync so pitch dark at night walking upm the second set. Our host was helpful when information was requested but a quick walk through the premises would have resolevd most problems and some printed instructions would have fixed the rest. 130 euros per night was way too much for what we got.

Parking is right outside the apartment building and is quite cheap, place itself was very tidy and clean, would definitely recommend! A bit noisy outside but after long walks in the city it didn’t matter at all :)

Even if the owner was advised long time before check in about our time of arrival( we specified hour) , we lost one hour trying to get in to the apartment and nobody was waiting for us (it was self check in but that information wasn't stated on description).I needed to ask somebody for help because the owner expected us to call her, send the copy of the passport in order to get the passcode to the room.

• Felicia (7/5): Good - Great location with walking distance to the city. Wi-Fi was really bad and barely worked. Would be better if we would not have been required to pay the tourist tax in cash and could have paid with card instead.

No laundry detergents despite laundry being advertised as an amenity. Also, the bathroom was full of mould and stank, no matter how long I would leave the window open. Loud arguing neighbours. No luggage deposits nearby, and the host was very unhelpful about holding my suitcase for a few extra hours when I encountered a sudden change of plans. All they did was send a picture of luggage deposits, which are a minimum of 20 min by foot—-I had very heavy luggage so this was not going to be possible in a city that is covered in cobblestone!!!
