No es de recibo que te hagan eso y justifiquen que es por overbooking, vamos, que la han cagado con la agenda o que al estar Sevilla con una grandísima ocupación, a lo mejor han aprovechado para poder obtener un precio mejor al que lo reservé...

• Lucía (8/5): Apartamento en el corazón de Triana - El alojamiento está perfectamente equipado y tiene mucho espacio. La cama del salón es enorme y los colchones y almohadas son cómodos. La cocina tiene de todo y hay un vestidor bastante amplio. Está en una ubicación inmejorable y todo el edificio es muy agradable. Se llega andando a todas las zonas turísticas. Hay humedad y produce olor, pero se puede estar perfectamente ventilando al llegar. En los días que estuvimos había una obra cercana y se oían ruidos temprano.

• Selma (8/5): - Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Räume sind sehr schön groß, mit hohen Decken. Die Unterlunft war sehr sauber. Im Nebengebäude sind Bauarbeiten, wodurch es tagsüber hin und wieder mal zu Lärmbeeinträchtigungen kommen kann. Wir waren aber ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs in der wunderschönen Stadt Sevilla.

• Ilka (5/5): Diese Unterkunft werde ich nicht nochmal buchen! - Sie lag zentral im triana Viertel Ich hatte bei Ankunft noch keinen Code bekommen, für jeweils 2 notwendige Türen und hatte erhebliche Mühe, in die Wohnung zu kommen!!! Zudem hatte ich unter einem überaus großen Aufwand eine dritte Person mit hinzu gebucht und auch sofort bezahlt! Jedoch war die Schlafcouch nicht vorbereitet worden; keine Schlafdecke, sowie Bettwäsche etc. Mussten wir uns alles zusammen suchen!! Es gab kein WLAN-Code!!!! Auch nicht auf Nachfrage! Und eine Internetverbindung war auch nicht gegeben! Zudem hatten wir 2 große Kakerlaken im Zimmer!!

• Fátima (8/5): Entregar dos copias de llaves - Que una persona del apartamento de al lado se pusiera a gritar y dar porrazos para que su compañero le abriera la puerta. Se puede evitar entregando dos juegos de llaves . De esta forma no obligas a todos los miembros del apartamento a entrar y salir a la vez. En nuestro caso, eramos cuatro personas
• Lorena (6/5): Apartamento muy bien ubicado y limpio, pero debil calidad de insonorización - Ubicación, limpieza… La habitación daba a un patio interior, con unas ventanas de escasa insonorización, por lo que se escuchaba a la perfección toda la conversación de los que ocupaban el apartamento de abajo (que estaban de fiesta)
• Irene (10/5): Estupendo!!!! - Los colchones y almohadas eran súper cómodos, algo que se agradece, no son las típicas blandas que no tienen donde apoyar bien la cabeza. Estaba muy bien equipado y limpio La única queja que podríamos decir fue que una de las alcachofas del baño perdía agua y la mampara también. Encontramos hormigas en la cocina y habitación, algo que comunique a los dueños y solucionarán. Además algo que se agradece es que nos preguntaron si todo iba correctamente durante nuestra estancia.

Per quattro non é ottimale se si vuole usare la cucina perché il divano quando é aperto occupa molto spazio, ideale per 2, l’ambiente é un po’ umido.

During our extended journey, laundry facilities were a critical requirement, leading us to specifically book this apartment based on its advertised in-unit washing machine. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the washing machine was not located within the apartment as stated. Instead, two washing machines were situated outside the unit. One of these was non-operational, and the other was in use by cleaning staff for an estimated six-hour cycle. This situation rendered the laundry facilities inaccessible during our single-night stay, which was a significant disappointment.

• Bruno (8/5): Comodo per due, se più persone si fatica un pò . - Posizione ottima, comoda per arrivare in centro a piedi (almeno 500 metri) e nel tipico quartiere di Triana. Cucina con tutte le stoviglie e tanti elettrodomestici. Grande il tavolo con 4 comode sedie. Bagno senza possibilità di appoggiare nulla degli effetti personali, lavabo per nulla profondo e divano letto scomodo. La terza persona non ha modo di appoggiare i propri effetti senza entrare nella stanza matrimoniale. Stesso discorso per il bagno. Appartamento n. 3 buio, ma non è discriminante, visto che non si deve stare in appartamento :-)

La formula del check in online con chiavi di sicurezza da maggiore indipendenza al cliente facilitandone l’arrivo a qualsiasi orario. Host reperibile nel breve termine e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problematica. L’appartamento presenta problemi di umidità. Pecca che potrebbe essere risolta con qualche accortezza

• Niamh (10/5): - The location was brilliant, right in the lovely little streets of Triana. The apartment had everything you need and was very big and spacious. It was self check in but the owner was easily contacted and checked in throughout our stay via message to ensure everything was well. We found it a little cold at night due to the time of year but there were some extra blankets provided and the AC can be set to the heating setting. I would've liked just a few more blankets provided as there wasn't enough for everyone.

• Gayeong (8/5): - 중심지보다 조용해서 좋았어요. 보통 아파트숙소는 1. 이메일로 체크인정보가 오거나 2. 숙박사이트 메세지로 안내 되거나 위챗을 보내면 즉시응답이 오는데요, 당일날까지 안내가 없어서 위챗을 보내니 정보는 다 예약내역에 포함되어있다고 답이 옴과 동시에 부킹닷컴으로 안내가 왔습니다. 위챗으로는 그 메세지 외에는 다른 말이 없어서 제가 다른 업체에 챗을 보냈나? 헷갈리더라구요. 체크인 시간을 인지는 하고 있었으나 일찍 도착하게되면 짐을 맡길 수 있냐는 질문에 답이 없었습니다. 부킹닷컴으로 보낸 메세지도 마찬가지이구요 ㅜㅠ 그런데 도착예정시간보다 더 빨리 버스가 도착하는 바람에 다시 채팅을 보냈으나 답이 없어 고민하다 리셉션이 있을지도 몰라 짐을 들고 갔더니 청소중이신 분께서 직원과 통화하여 짐을 먼저 보관해주시고 예정보다 이른 시간에 들어갈 수 있도록 도와주셔서 그 점은 감사드립니다만 소통만 좀 됐어도 싶은 아쉬움이 있습니다. 특히 리셉션이 없기 때문에 여행객으로서는 그런 불확실성이 스트레스여서요. 안된다고 하면 짐 맡길 곳을 찾고 다음 행동을 이어갈 수 있기때문에.. 그건 그거고 배려에 감사드립니다. 중간에 불편한 건 없냐는 메세지가 왔는데 확인을 못했습니다만,, 잘 머물고 여행하였습니다.

Que hacía frío y la calefacción no funcionaba demasiado bien. Alguna papelera no estaba vaciada, poco más. La verdad que ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

• Christie (10/5): Fantastique - L’appartement est proche de tout : rue piétonne, bar, commerces de proximité, le pont isabel II a 3 minutes à pieds environ. Le quartier est sympa et animé il y a le même des magasins de céramique dans la rue. L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. La climatisation fonctionne très bien ce qui est très appréciable avec les températures très chaudes de Séville, un lave linge est à disposition avec tout le nécessaire pour laver ses vêtements et une terrasse au dernier pour les faire sécher. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Le patio est très joli et l’appartement que j’occupais était au rdc et ayant un bébé je n’ai rencontré aucune difficulté avec une poussette au top. Allez y sans hésiter. Si je reviens à Séville un jour, j’y retournerai les yeux fermés. Rien

Por suerte fuimos en temporada baja y salió más o menos económico. De la humedad ni hablamos. Personas con problemas respiratorios mejor valorar otras opciones

• Sergio (6/5): Mucho frío y un trato muy básico - Buena ubicación en la ciudad, apartamento muy amplio ideal para varias personas. Es un alojamiento muy muy frío. Solo teníamos bombas de calor en las habitaciones y en el salón y un radiador eléctrico. Pero era imposible poner todo para calentar algo la casa porque saltaba la luz y al ser un alojamiento tan grande y no estar acondicionado, porque de hecho del frío que hacía, los cristales se empañaban por la condensación. Además, al llegar había un olor a humedad que luego fue desapareciendo. Había algunas zonas que podrían estar más limpias (refinar algunos rincones). En la cocina el horno fuimos a usarlo y decidimos no hacerlo debido a la suciedad. Tampoco había ningún detalle de cortesía, que generalmente en otros si los hay, que son detalles que gustan al cliente. Además, el ruido debido a la zona de los bares que hay cerca era incómodo a ciertas horas. Referente al frío, como he visto en reseñas del año pasado, a mi me han dicho que lo tomaran en cuenta para futuros clientes, pero veo que lleva desde un año o más siendo igual y no han tomado ninguna medida. Este sitio en invierno es un iglú. Por último, la comunicación ha sido muy básica y las horas de los check-in muy malas, siendo estas muy tardes.
• Rafa (6/5): Muy buena ubicación, piso sencillo. - Ubicación fantástica. Piso muy limpio pero algo simple, tiene escaleras para llegar a él. Para llegar al baño hay que atravesar la habitación, si se hace uso del sofá cama del salón, esto resulta incomodo.
• Esteli84 (9/5): UN SITIO PARA VOLVER - la ubicación está muy bien, el apartamento para ser céntrico es silencioso ya que da a patio interior ya que es apartamento, en otros que he estado había cafetera y capsulas de cortesía... añadiría eso. nosotros íbamos a ser dos parejas, pero finalmente una no pudo ir... lo que vemos mal, es que el baño está dentro de la habitación, entonces la pareja que duerma en sofá del salón está obligada a pasar por la habitación para acceder a él.

• Svitlana (9/5): Lovely place to stay - Great location, easy access to the city center and main attractions. The apartment was comfortable, very clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The heater helped to cope with the cold in the bathroom. Easy check-in and check-out process 👌 The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was fine for a few days. In my opinion, check-in at 4:00 PM is pretty late. I asked permission to check in earlier, but no one answered, and we had to walk around the city for two hours with our bags. Overall, though,our experience was great 👍
