Lekko (9/5): Meie pere jäi rahule! - Asukoht oligi valitud selle mõttega, et kõigil pereliikmeil oleks enam-vähem ühe palju maad kohale tulla ja sobis selles mõttes hästi. Toad olid soojad, magada oli mugav, vajalik "instrumentaarium" lauanõude ja köögitehnika näol täiesti olemas. Meie pere jaoks oli see esmakordne jõulukokkusaamine niimoodi koduseinte vahelt väljas korraldada ja see, et üldine arvamine oli, et järgmisel aastal võiks samamoodi (ja võibolla ka samas kohas) teha, näitab juba midagi! Põhiruum või saal (kuidas seda nimetada) on külmemal ajal ikkagi suhteliselt jahe. "Külmavaresed" kogunesid kõik selle hiigelsuure kamina ümber. Kamin on muidugi vägev ja küttis ka kogu aeg.
