• Silvija (1/5): It was infested with ants, not clean, and host is harassing us for money after the stay. Don’t recommend staying here. - Hundreds of ants were on the couch and around the living room. Host was rude and didn’t believe me, told to clean them up myself until I sent a picture and demanded to fix the hole in the wall. The house wasn’t freshly cleaned because there were old coffee stains, dust, hair, and spider webs in every room. The host returned to the other house on the same property at midnight without informing us, so we were so scared because we thought someone’s trying to break in. For a few days since leaving he’s harassing us for money off the platform to cover supposed minor wall damages. He also threatened police. We also encountered very rude neighbors yelling at us, threatening police, and physically intimidating us for going 5-10 km/hr over speed limit. Neighbors were also blasting very loud music at night. It was a terrible stay, especially for our newborn who couldn’t sleep peacefully due to noise and poor conditions (dusty, not well ventilated, hot).
• Hiruni (9/5): Superb - The location was very good, and we especially appreciated the outdoor play area for the kids. The house interior was also lovely and comfortable. It would have been a nice extra touch to have some coffee powder available for morning energy , but that’s just a small suggestion. One thing to mention is that the description of the beds on Booking.com seemed a bit unclear. It indicated there were three beds in one room (2 full bedsand1 queen bed) , but there was actually only one bed. (It made us a bit uneasy because its very important for us to know about sleeping arrangements in advance since we are with kids) We hadn’t double-checked the photos since we relied on the text, so perhaps it would be helpful to review and update the listing details on booking.com for future guests.
