• Giuseppe (9/5): - Tutto. La proprietaria, la sig.ra Francesca, è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Indicazioni per il check in chiare e dettagliate. Appartamento comodo e luminoso dotato di tutto il necessario. Il parcheggio privato, comodissimo, è nel cortile con accesso diretto dall'androne della villa. Il fatto che si trovi a poca distanza dalla stazione della Circumvesuviana di Ercolano scavi lo rende un'eccellente base di partenza per visitare Napoli, raggiungibile in 15 minuti di treno. Niente

Host was helpful via WhatsApp with local information and places to eat. Sofas and mattress are worn, still just about comfortable but could do with replacing soon

• Alice (10/5): - Amazing place!!! Francesca very kindly accepted our booking and let us check in early with one hour notice and upon arrival gave us snacks and a drink! It made such a difference and perked us up after a very hot and cramped train journey. The apartment is lovely, great location and can't fault it. Thanks for a lovely stay and for all the recommendations for where to visit and eat! We loved eating at Tubba Catubba and visiting the Ercolano Archaeological Park.

• Paulien (10/5): - Heel ruim en goed uitgerust appartement in een prachtig oud gebouw. Appartement kijkt uit op een grote groene binnentuin (aangenaam wakker worden ;)). We waren met de auto dus handig ook dat er een parkeerplaats in de binnentuin is. Heel vlotte communicatie met Francesca! Niets
• Ramona (10/5): - Wir waren dort für 3 Nächte, um Neapel und Scarvi zu entdecken. Die kleine aber feine Wohnung war perfekt dafür. Die Lage ist ja perfekt. Der Parkplatz ist die Krönung, da wir wissen wie schwer man in Ercolano einen sicheren Parkplatz findet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Francesca war auch wunderbar. Die vielen Tipps waren super und wir waren sehr dankbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

• Morena (9/5): Molto piacevole - L’appartamento è in una zona tranquilla, circondato dal verde ed è molto vicino agli scavi di Ercolano. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno permesso di lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio dell’appartamento anche oltre l’orario di fine soggiorno.

• S_F_N (10/5): - Esta muy bien ubicado, fuimos andando a Herculano, al vesubio en 25 min y pompeya otra?media hora. Hay un MD supermercado en frente q tiene de todo. Y hay una playa cerca gratis porq casi todas laa que hay son privadas. Lo mejor esq puedes meter el coche dentro y un problema menos. Los anfitriones muy amables en todo momento.

• Adam (10/5): Possibly the best stay ever during long journeys - We did not expect such an amazing place for the money we paid. This makes you want to come back to the city and stay again. Inside the area is a park directly in the city and the room has 2 levels. Clean, cozy and quiet! All our recommendations. We stayed with two young kids.

• Oleh (10/5): I strongly recommend this apartment located in one of the best historical villas in Ercolano. It was an exceptional stay - The apartment is located in a nice historical villa, very close to the train station and to Herkulaneum. There was a nice private parking. The contact with the owner was very good, she was very helpful, provided clear instructions about check in, and also lots of other practical information about Ercolano and other places nearby 😀 The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, without a lift, which could be important for some visitors. However it had no impact on the great overall experience in my case

• Steussy (8/5): Was able to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Vesuvius . - Great location for being able to visit Herculaneum and Vesuvius. Take circumvesuviana train to Torre Anunciata, then switch trains to get to Pompeii. Air conditioning worked well, very nice apartment. Great for family, comfortable bed in loft, kids slept on foldout beds from couch and recliner. A musty smell when we first arrived but it improved.
• Nair (10/5): Highly recommended! - Everything was perfect! A very welcoming and charming old villa with a beautiful garden. The location was great, very close to Ercolano station. The house is equipped with everything you'd need during your stay. Francesca is one of the warmest hosts I have come across in a while. Will visit again if I get a chance! Loved everything!

We had good communication with the host, who gave us a lot of information on how to find the property, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment was rather dark, lacking daylight and the shower cabin is quite small.

• Noble (6/5): - Wonderful location, close to the train and walking distance to everything Ercolano has to offer. Francesca was very friendly and helpful during my stay. It was okay, but be aware that there are many steps which could be difficult if you have heavy luggage.

Tinha temperos, oleos e azeites que permitiram cozinhar pequenas coisas com facilidade. Aguas de cortesia que foram bastante úteis aquando da nossa chegada. Apenas tinha o ralo do banho a entupir um pouco no banho

Presenza di caffè e macchinetta Bialetti per gustare un delizioso caffè, e dotazione di Parcheggio interno ottimo, palazzo silenzioso e circondato dal verde. A pochi passi dal parco archeologico e dalla splendida Villa Campolieto. Scomodità letto e cuscino, ma è soggettivo.

Ofrece parking gratis Poca limpieza, deficiente mantenimiento como humedades, desperfectos y mucho frío por los cerramientos muy defectuosos. Solo dispone de una cama. La otra cama es un sofá-cama bastante incómoda.

• Pierre (8/5): Bien situé - Très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare et du départ en navette pour le Vésuve. Supermarché en face de l'appartement. Herculanum est accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied et Pompei à 20 minutes en train. La climatisation est située sur la mezzanine, il est difficile de chauffer le rez-de-chaussée qui reste froid.

• Giulia (8/5): Non vediamo l’ora di tornare presto! - Camera ampia, struttura comoda per un soggiorno breve ma con tutto il necessario. Francesca è un’host attento e puntuale, gentilissima e molto disponibile. Grazie mille! Stanza un po’ fredda date le dimensioni, il riscaldamento non si accendeva ma abbiamo compensato con l’aria calda.
• Orsolya (9/5): - Szép, tiszta, igényes apartman egy igazi villában. ( amit én kastélynak hívtam ☺️) Nagyon jó elhelyezkezdéssel, közel a vasútállomás, bolt, éttermek, belváros. Kedves segítőkész kommunikáció. A foglalásban szereplő ingyenes kétirányú reptéri transzfert nem teljesítették. Mi csak a hazautazásnál számítottunk rá, ezért is bosszantó, hogy hiába kértük.

• Steve (8/5): - Localização excelente, perto do comércio de Erculano e 5 minutos do parque arqueológico. O estacionamento é grande e perfeito para quem vem de carro. A Francesca foi muito solicita e gentil conosco. Boa relação custo X benefício. As instalações das áreas sociais do prédio precisam de mais manutenção. Observamos cheiro de urina de gato.
• Gea (8/5): - Appartamento molto grazioso, spazioso e accogliente nel contesto di una villa storica con bellissimo parco. Parcheggio interno alla struttura. Posizione eccezionale per la visita agli scavi di Ercolano. Francesca è una host molto disponibile e presente. All’arrivo era molto freddo, problema risolto con il riavvio della caldaia ma perché l’appartamento si scaldasse ci sono volute comunque alcune ore.
