Опитваше се да запали колата си, едно непрекъснато бръмчене и говорене... с малки деца бяхме и не успяхме да се наспим добре. В двора миришеше на боклук през цялото време.
• Kostova (3/5): - Clean room Dear Booking.com Team, I am writing to share my very disappointing experience with my recent stay. The accommodation was advertised as a whole house, but upon arrival we were only given a very small studio. This completely changed the conditions of our trip — my daughter and our toy poodle had to sleep on a sofa instead of a proper bed, which is unacceptable for the price we paid. The garden was also in very poor condition. It was not clean, and my dog had a very bad experience there — his fur and skin were full of sharp plants from the grass. The garden walls were broken and the area was open, with visible farm chemicals around, which is highly unsafe for both children and animals. Although the studio itself was clean, this was the only positive aspect. The listing also highlighted “close to the beach,” but this was misleading, as it was not possible to walk safely with our dog due to aggressive street dogs. To make matters worse, another family staying at the same time told us they also expected to have the whole house, so it seems this is a recurring issue with the listing’s description. As a very regular Booking.com client (my daughter, Angelina Gausterer, books frequently through your platform), I feel extremely let down by this experience. I kindly request a partial or full refund due to the misleading listing and unsafe conditions, which did not meet the standards expected from Booking.com. I look forward to your response. • Bistra (10/5): Cozy, peaceful, and wonderful hosts! - Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the house – cozy, clean, and well-equipped. We truly felt at home. Everything we needed for our stay was available, and even more than expected. The hosts were extremely kind and easy to communicate with, as they spoke English. There was also a beautiful, well-maintained garden available to us. The place is quiet and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing holiday. We have no complaints. Everything was perfect.

• Veselin (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very spacious, clean and everything is in walking distance from it - the beach, the main road, the gyros place and the only tavern in the village. The only think I didn't like is that there was no place to hang the headset in the shower.
