- Sigita (3/5): - Not recommended. We booked an apartment for 4 people. Two weeks before arrival, we tried to confirm whether there would be enough bedding and proper sleeping places for four, but received no response. A week before arrival, we had to confirm our check-in time, but the host also failed to confirm it and did not respond to messages or calls. When we arrived in London, we had no idea if we would even have a place to stay, so we had to find somewhere to store our luggage. Only through Booking.com support did we finally receive a message from the host saying that the booked apartment had no hot water and offering us another apartment instead. All of this happened at the last minute. We had to collect our luggage from storage and travel to the new place. The apartment we received was smaller and less comfortable than the one we had originally booked. Poor communication and the chaotic situation caused a lot of stress, extra hassle, and additional expenses, especially since we had a concert the same day. The experience was very unpleasant.
- Vanita (8/5): - Good location on the bus route dropping off just outside. The accommodation was lovely but could have done with fans as being on the 4th floor can get very warm. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor seating. Despite traveling from Cheshire & undestandably arriving at 8pm unable to check in to our original accommodation & had to stay somewhere different. Rare these days not to have a key box or somewhere you can collect the key from. No lift so had to take luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The barrier around the outdoor seating did not appear secure.
