- Vineeth (2/5): Bad experience. Not up to standard - Nothing. As room was very dirty and bathroom was not cleaned properly. We had to inform Reception to clean the bathroom and they did it. The intercom was not working and morning complimentary breakfast was not good. The hygiene is very bad in serving food at 5th floor. Very bad experience. Cleanliness, Service and Complimentary Food services very bad.

No breakfast. 3. No toilet paper in bathroom. 4. No phone in the room to contact reception. 5. TV did not work. 6. Staff seemed to have a couldn't care less attitude. 7. Manager blamed it all on "renovation in progress" and did not take any responsibility. 8. Hated the fact that they claim to have a "Star" rating. In reality it is just a third-rate motel.

- Prasanth (2/5): Overall analysis says the room and the property does not meet the guest expectations. - I hadn't had a chance to have the breakfast, hence cannot rate it. The reception folks were not cooperative even to provide breakfast to us though we were 5 minutes late. The lift was untidy. The room which they gave me initially had lots of problems like the AC remote was not working, the room was too small. The reception folks were not cooperative, the room which was allotted next time was big and had a bathroom which was stinging as if someone had vomited inside. The shower had heap of dust on its top which was disgusting.

Still they were questioned and asked to pay the amount while departing after checkout. As soon as we enter the room got very bad and irritating smell from washroom, so asked the staff to to clean it again and properly. The lift is so dirty and not cleaned properly. Response rate for the request is very low. Asked for additional pillow which I have got 1 hour later as they mentioned the staff were busy.

- Vm (3/5): Pouring of disappointment - Dinner was delicious, service then was also good(27/05/2024 night) Breakfast was poor and the explanation was disgusting. Since it was complimentary we were treated as relief camp members. Even if we were willing to pay for food, they were not okay in meeting our requirements. Air-conditioning was not good in one of our rooms. Bedsheets were not clean enough and the bathroom utility were already used by others.
