• Mathias (8/5): Praktisches Appartment in unmittelbarer Strandnähe mit Parkplatz - Perfekte Lage - 3min vom Strand entfernt, problemlose Anfahrt mit dem Auto auf den Parkplatz. Wohnung im 2. Stock des Hauses. Balkon beim Schlafzimmer. Die ganze Wohnung kühl eingerichtet.
• Christoph (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! Der Aufenthalt war angenehm und das Quartier ist gut gelegen - Die Lage ist großartig. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer an der Prominade. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Carlo war ausgezeichnet. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit! Der Parklpatz ist abgesperrt. Man sollte Adapter für die Steckdosen mitbringen. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist etwas eng. Besitzer größerer Autos könnten einen Einweiser brauchen.

• giulia (10/5): Soggiorno breve ma da 10 e lode - Se cercate un appoggio a Grado, l'appartamento di Carlo è la scelta ideale. Siamo stati qui solo per la notte scorsa, ma è bastato per apprezzare la cura che l'host ha messo in questa casa. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati, tutto è nuovissimo e la pulizia è da 10 e lode. Carlo ci ha accolti con grande calore e professionalità, rendendo il check-in facile e veloce e dandoci ottimi consigli. Un'esperienza a 5 stelle sotto ogni punto di vista: è raro trovare host così appassionati. Da prenotare ad occhi chiusi!
• Francesco (10/5): Un piccolo gioiello a Grado, torneremo sicuramente! - Un soggiorno breve ma assolutamente perfetto! L'appartamento di Carlo è un vero gioiellino: curato nei minimi dettagli, molto accogliente e con una pulizia impeccabile. La posizione è ottima e permette di godersi Grado in totale comodità. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Carlo: un host eccezionale, gentile, super disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, anche se ci siamo fermati solamente per una notte. Il letto era comodissimo, proprio quello che ci voleva. Speriamo di tornarci presto per un soggiorno più lungo. Consigliatissimo! Era tutto fantastico. Unica nota leggermente negativa i prezzi di Grado. D'altronde c'è la qualità.

• Szilvia (4/5): Nem ajánlom senkinek - Belváros, így minden nagyon közel volt A szállásadó hozzáállása mikor kiderült hogy a kulcs rossz így kb másfél órán át nem tudtunk a szállásra bemenni. Reggel derült ki hogy csak egy parkolóhely van az apartmanhoz. A másik autóval 1,5km-re tudtunk parkolni. A szállásadó rém bunkón viselkedett.

• Björn (9/5): Schönes Appartement in hervorragender Lage (historische Altstadt) - Hervorragende Lage in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Grado. Mitten drin und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Appartment hat eine sehr gute Größe und ist mit zwei Badezimmern und Waschmaschine perfekt für den Urlaub mit der Familie geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super (Vorabinfos für die Anreise durch die Innenstadt per persönlicher Nachricht). In der Küche fehlt es leider an einigen nützlichen Details. Scharfe Messer, einen Sparschäler oder das Feuerzeug zum Entzünden des Gasherdes wären sehr hilfreich gewesen.

Additionally, having two separate bathrooms was very convenient, and the balcony was quite cozy. The furnishings definitely need an update — they are quite outdated and could use some renovation. Overall, the price-performance ratio was not very good.
