Daniel (8/5): Sehr gute Location, wenn man Geschäftlichey und Privates verbinden will - Zentrale Lage, gute Variante fuer Selbstverpflegung mit Küche, gutes Preis-Leistung - Verhaeltnis Alles o. K.
Daniel (8/5): Bin insgesamt mit Preis/Leistung zufrieden - Lage mittelpraechtig in Bahnhofsnaehe. Aber fuer einen "Arbeitsurlaub" alles sehr zweckmäßig und passend Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus sehr gewoehnungsbeduerftig

CONCEPCIÓN (8/5): - La ubicación La dirección no coincide con el lugar. Difícil de localizar
Brigitte (5/5): - Die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Das Appartement hatte nur mit Sichtschutz zugeklebte Fenster, so dass kein Blick nach außen möglich ist. Oberflächlich war es sauber, aber unter den Betten lag Müll.

Dr Ungureanu (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen!!! - Nichts Zu laut gewesen, mittel in der Nacht hat man an der Tür geraucht oder genau vor die Wohnungstür laut geredet (schätze ein Monteure). In der erste Nacht Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, der Hausmeister hat ein Heizlüfter gebracht, allerdings der Luft sei so trocken gewesen dass ich nächste Tag Nasenblutung bekommen habe. Beim Verwendung der Wasserkocher kam zu Stromausfall und Blitz aus der Steckdose.Die Reinigungskraft hat die Bettwäsche gewechselt, jedoch hat ein paar schmützige Handschuhe auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Des Weiteren hat nicht mehr einmal die Boden geputzt. Außerdem ich bin nicht informiert worden dass in meine Abwesenheit wird jemanden rein kommen z.B für die Bettwäsche, oder neue Wasserkocher bringen. Finger weg von diese Wohnung!!!
