• Asela (10/5): Highly recommended this place to stay. - I really like this place! The cleanliness of the property is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. They also change my bed linen every second day. Plus, public transportation is very close by. I would appreciate a little more organization in the kitchen. Also, providing glasses and a water bottle upon guest arrival would be very handy.

• Georgiana (6/5): …. - Locația este cam la 20min aproximativ pe jos de Colloseum și de Fontana di Trevi Era mucegai la capătul patului, mirosea a urină în baie, prosoapele nu au fost schimbate deloc și nu ni s a adus nici hârtie igienică, papuci a trebuit să cerem, iar în spate frigiderului, când l-am tras, pentru a putea folosi acea priză, era plin de praf la fel ca și marginea patului. Păturile de pe pat din crem erau bej, nu mirosea lenjeria a nimic, parcă a fost spală doar cu apă. Personalul a fost respectuos, ne-au ajutat și ne-au așteptat dar acordați mai multă atenție curățeniei din camere, puneți plapume și lenjerii noi de pat, nu cuverturi, lăsați telecomanda de la aerul condiționat în cameră pentru a putea da drumul la căldură deoarece caloriferele erau reci. Datorită locației, o să revin dacă se vor remedia acestea lucruri.

• Agostina (1/5): - Siamo tre giovani ragazze sarde e abbiamo deciso di soggiornare al Rattazzi Central Station a Roma, ma purtroppo è stata una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute in una struttura ricettiva. Già dal primo giorno le cose non sono andate come previsto: ci era stato detto che avremmo potuto fare il check-in tra le 9:30 e le 10:00, ma al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che la camera sarebbe stata disponibile solo alle 13:00. Solo dopo aver manifestato l’intenzione di andarcene ci hanno improvvisamente permesso l’ingresso, come inizialmente concordato. La camera era in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: sporca, piena di capelli ovunque, con asciugamani e lenzuola evidentemente già usati. La tavoletta del wc era rotta e si staccava ogni volta che veniva usata. Abbiamo chiesto immediatamente un cambio della biancheria e una pulizia approfondita, e ci è stato detto il giorno dopo che tutto era stato sistemato. Tornate in camera, la situazione era praticamente identica: avevano solo tolto il copriletto, lasciando le stesse lenzuola sporche e sostituito solo alcune asciugamani. A quel punto, per evitare ulteriori discussioni, abbiamo deciso di non chiedere più nulla. Ma come se non bastasse, ha smesso di funzionare anche il condizionatore. L’unica nota positiva è stata la disponibilità di un ragazzo dello staff, Jonny, che è stato molto gentile: ha sistemato il condizionatore e, dopo aver ascoltato le nostre lamentele, ha provveduto lui stesso a cambiare le lenzuola e pulire davvero la stanza. Quando sembrava che finalmente le cose stessero migliorando, siamo state svegliate da urla violentissime tra membri dello staff nel pomeriggio del terzo giorno. Spaventate, abbiamo deciso di uscire subito e non tornare fino alla sera. In sintesi: non consiglieremmo questa struttura nemmeno al nostro peggior nemico. Camere sporche, servizi scadenti, gestione approssimativa e un ambiente tutt’altro che tranquillo. Un’esperienza da dimenticare.

Despite promising to change the towels every two days, in seven nights they never cleaned my room or replaced the towels even once. Also, there was a constant noise coming from the bathroom and the ventilation, like an air conditioner or something similar.

• Vasili (6/5): Годится для остановки на одну ночь. - Локация. Разрешают оставлять багаж до вечера. Есть общая кухня с чайником и кофеваркой. Есть чай и кофе, бумажные полотенца. Очень тесно, некуда вешать одежду. Очень шумно с улицы. Ночью выключают холодную воду, если вернёшься к полуночи, то душ только горячий 😱.

• Agustin (2/5): Not recommended. - It’s located near Termini. The WC didn’t work properly, it didn’t flush the “paper”. When pointed out to the staff the response was:”No no, it works”. The AC worked 5 minutes and then turned off.

• Nina (8/5): First trip to Rome! - We loved the location,the room was very clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed! The noise coming from the main street was horrible. We couldn't sleep past 6:30 am even with the outside shutters rolled down.

Loved having full-height window (w/outer sash to dampen street noise) A/c very good, very quiet. Slippers supplied! A bit cramped in room, as we needed to use desk, but we made do. Expensive, but everything’s expensive in Rome.

The location was just perfect, very close to station Termini and walking distance from alle highlights and a lot of nice bars & restaurants. The rooms were very clean and large enough. Very friendly and helpful staff and we could leave our luggage there after checking out. Overall great value for the price. Thank you Rattazzi! We will definitely come back!

There is a kitchen room where you can use oven, hot water, coffee, fridge, all kinds of things.And they cleaned us our room every day and they try to arrange everything within 10 minutes whenever we need. The manager here is very good because my wife was very sick on the second day but she took us to the hospital and arranged everything.I will highly recommended

• Lukas (9/5): Great value for money - Clean and spacious enough, great host, there's also a small refrigerator, TV and bidet. Only the bathroom faucet is slightly impractical. There's also a common area with tea and stuff. Location near the main train station is useful for transportation but it's not the best area to explore and is slightly further from the cultural center.

(10/5): Location - Room was very clean the color was beautiful and we enjoyed all their facilities they gave us free water and coffee..We arrived at the hotel very late but when we asked for dinner they are showing some restaurant near the hotel is open until 00:59..Below their hotel you will find a supermarket where you can buy everything you need…I like their security tBecause they have a lady on the ground floor who first asks where you are going but their hotel is on the second floor and there is another person at the reception who will welcome you.

He is very polite and helpful room is very clean. unfortunately we are little bit late for check-in but they are not complain . 7 minute walking distance in Roma Terminal station and 10 minutes walking distance Colosseum. if you want to go central 1 minute working you can find a Metro Station and also bus station. This is very Helpful us. after check out, we can store is our bags until night 10 PM. I really appreciate it Highly recommended it
