- Mcwilliams (9/5): Boutiqueapartment Lago - The apartment was in a peaceful location but conveniently near several lakeside towns. It was also in walking distance to a winery! Further up the hill was a lovely little town overlooking Lake Garda, where we had lunch one day. There was plenty of private parking and a good sized pool. Inside the apartment was well appointed with everything you could need. A true home away from home. We loved sitting under the olive trees in the gardens - better than a parasol any day 🙂 Be careful if you use Google maps to get there - it sent us the back way in and we missed the entrance altogether because it was hidden behind us! Thanks to a quick response on WhatsApp the hosts managed to direct us to the right place.
