- Donna (10/5): We had a car so it was just 15 minutes to the marina to catch the wonderful boat tour! - The view was truely spectacular! Great food market 1km from accomodation. Great to have access to a common kitchen so we can prep food to enjoy on our balcony with the spectular views & sunsets. Enjoyed the in room coffee machine with coffee and tela to choose from. Room was very small, but we were so enamoren with the view it was’t an issue.

We would use the accommodation again. - Modern facilities, quite recently renovated to a high standard, good-sized room with balcony, a small fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The kitchen was very well equipped. The host provided generously some tea, coffee, cakes, and fruit to eat. A supermarket is nearby. The host Antonella, was easily contactable by Whatsapp, very friendly and gave us plenty of good suggestions with respect to the town and area. Free parking. Mountains as well as beaches within easy reach by car. Good place to stay to visit the area. Perfect place to stay!

- MARIA ISABEL (10/5): - Me gustó todo, apartamentos recién estrenados, decorados con mucho gusto y acondicionados al detalle, pequeña nevera y cafetera con café y pastas en cada apartamento. Zona común con cocina y muchos detalles de cortesía (fruta, tés, cafés, lecturas, paraguas). Además de la terraza común también dispone de balcones privados para disfrutar de las vistas del valle. - Teresa (9/5): Perfecto y súper recomendable - Todo súper nuevo recién renovado, en la habitación había cafetera y cápsulas y unos dulces de bienvenida, y Antonella fue encantadora y nos ayudó con algunas gestiones del viaje. Está a 15 min de cala Gonone para las excursiones. Parking privado gratis en la entrada de la casa. Sin duda lo recomendaría. Que no había ascensor para subir las maletas, por decir algo
- Salvador (10/5): Fantástica opción a 10 minutos de Cala Gonone - La habitación está genial, puedes utilizar una cocina común que está muy bien equipada y usar las instalaciones exteriores para pasar un rato tranquilo. Está a unos cinco minutos del centro andando y allí pudimos comer en alguno de los sitios que Antonella nos recomendó. El pueblo es muy bonito y tranquilo. Un buen lugar para descansar y pasar las vacaciones. Nada, nos gustó todo.

- Maider (10/5): Agradable y comoda estancia en Dorgali!! - Las instalaciones son nuevas, yo diría que es bastante reciente. La cama me pareció muy cómoda, la ducha genial, con mucha presión de agua que se agradece. El alojamiento tiene fuera cuatro plazas de parking, suficientes para las habitaciones que tiene. Zona común muy completa y un bonito porche para poder tomar el aire si se quiere. Y lo mejor Antonella, es un amor. Super dispuesta a ayudar y atender tus necesidades. Volvería a elegir este alojamiento sin dudarlo. Quizá la necesidad de coger el coche para ir al núcleo urbano. Es cierto que andando son 20min pero es un pueblo de muchas cuestas y si has estado todo el día de ruta montañera da un poco de pereza con el calor ir andando. No obstante, repito que volvería a alojarme allí sin dudarlo.

Highly recommended - Great location, easy parking at the property, convenient food shopping near by (CRAI, EUROSPIN) , clean and modern house, good size of bed and bathroom. Recently renovated to a high standard. Kitchen is well equipped. Antonella have waited us for check in and very kindly gave us lots of tips to visit in the area. In the rooms there was coffee , tea, cakes, fruit to eat. Games at the area for socialising. Perfect , perfect ...to be honest the best accommodation in Dorgali. Cala Gonone 17 min away. Everything was exceptional, we would use the accommodation again and happy to recommend it to other people.

The owner of this accommodation was really helpful and responsive, easy to contact. The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities. We even got the welcome cookies! The location is fine. There are buses which go to Cala Gonone regularly.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and very well equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—very close to all the main attractions on the east coast of the island, yet peaceful and relaxing. Antonella was extremely professional and responsive, promptly answering all our questions and fulfilling every request. It’s clear that the property is well cared for, and guest satisfaction is a top priority. We highly recommend Mariposa Guesthouse and would definitely stay here again! Nothing at all.

- Lachezar (8/5): Cozy Room with a Beautiful Mountain View - The room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. A lovely bonus was the terrace overlooking the mountains, which we didn’t expect — we enjoyed a wonderful evening there with a glass of wine. Communication was generally easy and smooth. The only real issue we had was with the windows. Since the place is in the mountains, we wanted to sleep with the windows open to enjoy the fresh air, but there were no insect nets, making this impossible due to bugs. We would advise adding insect nets to the windows for better guest comfort. Also, the day before our arrival, we were asked for an exact arrival time, even though we had already provided a time span and explained we were traveling from the other end of the island. We also mentioned we could send a heads-up message 30 minutes before arriving. Thankfully, this was easily sorted out afterward and didn’t cause any real inconvenience.

If you have a car and you want to enjoy the mountains and the beach, it's the place to be :) Antonella is a fantastic host and she's taking care of every little detail in her guest house. Our room was a smaller one but we loved it so much - the bed, the bathroom, the balcony! Cleanliness, free parking, fully equiped shared kitchen are other great advantages of Mariposa. We can recommend this accommodation to every hiker/beach lover.

The bed is very comfortable and the room is very well air conditioned. The balconies are an added surprise with gorgeous views of the mountains, perfect sunset and spacious.
