• Marianne (7/5): Happy with the location and the standard of accommodation - Good location close to a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, subway, tramline and a local park. Spacious, clean and airy apartment with kitchen facilities and high ceilings. Key easy to retrieve from keysafe. Some minor things were out of order (safe, freezer compartment of fridge). No self-service laundromat within walking distance so we saved our laundry for the next stop on our journey.

• Enrica (7/5): - Ben collegata al centro, stanza grande presenza divano oltre al letto non scontata doccia grande. Ai due letti singoli avrei preferito letto unico matrimoniale, materasso e cuscini troppo morbidi stanza un po' buia. Presenza di tantissime formiche nel bagno.

• Joana (10/5): - A very pleasant stay in Vienna! The accommodation was very clean and well maintained, with a perfect and convenient location. The price was very reasonable for what it offered. The apartment had everything we needed, and everything was spotless. Communication with the host was quick and very professional. I would definitely recommend it!

• Francesca (8/5): Ottimo per un weekend a Vienna - Appartamento spazioso e pulito. La cucina era fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare e lavare i piatti (pentole, posate, bicchieri, piatti, tazze, scottex, sale, sapone piatti, spugna, strofinaccio, bollitore, tostapane, …). Self check-in comodo. La lavastoviglie era fuori servizio. Il doccino non si poteva appendere perché il supporto era rotto.

• Del Guercio (5/5): Niente di eccezionale - Vicinanza al centro (25 min a piedi) L'appartamento era situato al piano terra ed era dotato di due camere da letto con letto doppio. La cosa assurda è che una delle due camere non aveva la finestra per garantire la ventilazione, cosa che in Italia non è assolutamente a norma. (La finestra c'era ma era blindata ed impossibile da aprire) Inotre entrambi i blist del sapone erano vuoti

• Karin (9/5): Appartements im Zentrum von Wien, gute Anbindung. - Solide Appartements, großes Hauptschlafzimmer. Zweites Schlafzimmer kleiner und innenliegend. Bad und Klo war zumindest in unseren Appartements getrennt. Ruhige Gegend, auch im Erdgeschoss keine Störungen. Besonders nett: Vergessenes konnte Tage später abgeholt werden. Alles Notwendige (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Spüler, Geschirr...) für vier Personen vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher frisch. Anreise mit Öffis empfehlenswert, da Bewohner-Parkzone.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Bardzo miło, blisko do centrum, stacji metra i tramwaju, cicho - Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Czysto , cicho, można podjechać pod drzwi wejściowe apartamentu i wypakować bagaże. Winda na I pięto Ekspres przelewowy do kawy, trzeba mieć własne filtry. Milutkie podłogowe ogrzewanie w przedpokoju, byliśmy w grudniu.

• Marija (9/5): - Jako lijep apartman, jako smo zadovoljni svime! Došli smo u stan, bilo je ugodno toplo, sve čisto! Lokacija nam je bila jako dobra, dvadesetak minuta šetnje do adventa. Mi zadovoljni! Nema kave ni čaja. Ima kuhalo i imaju šalice,medjutim nema kave… to nam je jedina zamjerka.

• Simona (7/5): struttura con posizione abbastanza comoda, se si ha voglia di camminare si raggiunge il centro a piedi senza troppa fati - la stanza da letto era grande e comoda per appoggiarci le valigie senza dover giocare a tetris l’appartamento era abbastanza pulito ma si poteva fare meglio nella doccia e sotto al letto

• Marit (8/5): Clean and warm with good location - Clean! Clean and nice bathroom, close to the public transportation, warm. Comfortable beds, nice clean sheets. Easy check-in and out, easy to find. Has elevator. Quiet street. You have all the essentials there. Could be more cosy - big room is quite big and empty…some decoration or carpet.

• Diana (9/5): - The apartment is clean, has the bare necessities and enought space for a short trip. It was very warm and overall confortable, although modest. The walking distance to the city center is a plus and the neighbourhood is quiet. The check-in is very easy and we were very thankfull that they could accommodate our early check-in request. The only downside is that the smaller room can become a bit stuffy as there is no option to open a window.

• Nigar Siddique (8/5): Comfortable - Well located in a quiet safe area. Comfortable spacious rooms No basin in the WC so to wash hands one must go from the WC to the showering area. Small issue. Doesn't change the positives of the stay.

Anche se posizionata in una zona appena al di fuori del centro , l’ultimo é raggiungibile in appena 10 min. Il quartiere dov’è posizionata é un luogo dove bisogna avere due occhi in piu sopratutto al calare del sole. Per il resto piacevole soggiorno. Un pochino sporca ma per il resto tutto eccellente

• Jorge (7/5): - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y la ubicación también era bastante buena. Hay un supermercado al lado del apartamento. El apartamento era una planta baja al nivel de la calle. La cocina no tiene muchos utensilios y lo que más echamos en falta fue un extractor de humos. Si quieres cocinar algo muy sencillo y rápido está bien, si no, no es lo más recomendable porque todo se llena de humo y vapor.

• Attila (8/5): - A szállás nagyon csendes volt. Rövid tartózkodásra megfelel. Mosdónál nem volt feltöltve a szappanadagoló, a zuhanyzóból kellett nyomni a szappant. A fűtés nem volt bekapcsolva, szerencsére nem volt hideg. Általában az ilyen típusú szállásokon szokott lenni teafilter vagy egy-két kávékapszula, de itt nem volt semmi ilyesmi. Kicsit alaposabban ki lehetne takarítani.

• Oliver (9/5): Schön renoviertes Apartment in ruhiger Lage - Das Apartment habe ich vor allem wegen der für mich idealen Lage und der zwei Einzelbetten gewählt. Es war überraschend groß und hatte sogar einen Balkon zum Innenhof und war sehr ruhig. Supermarkt und Frühstückscafe um die Ecke, nicht weit zur U Bahn, tolle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Toilette getrennt vom Bad im Flur, alles frisch renoviert. Ich würde hier sofort wieder buchen, Danke! Eine Nespresso Maschine finde ich für Kurzaufenthalte immer eine schöne Ergänzung, ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden.
