- ianmickey (4/5): Can do much better for £50. - The owner was easy to contact and helpful. No curtain on window.
No lock on door.
Smoke detector in pieces.
No towels (although we didn't ask / shouldn't have to)
Bed uncomfortable.
- Andrew (7/5): - Good location with off street parking. Comfortable and quiet despite being on main road Basic room. No tea/coffee facilities.

- Michelle (1/5): DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - NOT SAFE - Unfortunately there was nothing that could have been liked about this place Outside the property overgrown with weeds very scruffy. The 'family room' was on the third floor sharing with another room and a bathroom. The bedroom was absolutely horrible. Small room with a bunkbed, locker filled with books and used chargers and plastics and wardrobe filled with other person's clothes and shoes. A full wash basket also in the room. No curtain or curtain pole on the front window. No WiFi, no tea/coffee making facilities, one used towel for the shared bathroom which was a bath with a tap shower head and a toilet. Mirror wasnt cleaned. Biggest fear was bedroom door could not lock so had to prise the curtain pole against the door to feel safe as person in other room was living there and in his pyjamas. This property is NOT suitable for booking especially when also the front door is impossible to open with the key that you are given so had to wake up the owner to gain access to the house. A full refund should be given for this property. It was disgusting and filthy and if I could have found another place I would have.

What a waste of money and time
- Darren (6/5): Pleasant -
- Daniel (3/5): Poor - Not much
Good if you have to stay a night in Liverpool and have no other option... Black mold in the bathroom an on the celing of the room.
Not tidy at all, the room is quite dirty and feels like a spare room in a normal british house
The sheets on the bed presumably havent changed since the foto of the room was taken
- Denali (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (8/5): Very good - Good value for money, location was good, felt safe as next to a police station Bathroom could be nicer
- Jega (7/5): Good -
- Lauren (1/5): shite - nothing everything
- David (7/5): Adequate budget accommodation for a short stay. - Excellent for the price. Very basic no-frills accommodation, 15 minute walk from City Centre. Very handy off-road parking. Room and bathroom were clean. Perfectly adequate for a short stay. There was no lock on our door so we had to keep our valuables in our car. No towels provided. Room was clean but could've been tidier. The overall feeling is like staying in the spare room in someones house.
- Odekunle (7/5): Improvement board - The accommodation is close to the shopping centre and bus station The window facing the road has no curtains, the heating was not put on throughout the duration of stay.
- Mario (8/5): Very good -
- Jimena (8/5): Very good -
- Queenie (10/5): Exceptional - We had a great stay, the room is perfect and in a good location. Thank you!
- Mohamed (1/5): Bad -
- Fuzwayo (7/5): Good -
- Maya (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Diane (1/5): Avoid this Accomodation, unreliable, rude and dismissive. - My booking was confirmed, a few minutes before arrival the booking was cancelled with a msg saying they got no availability. No apology This is a tiny room in the hosts home. The host was rude and dismissive, no apology offered and said my money would be refunded within 18 days. No acknowledgement of his error.
